Worst place ever! People don’t know their Coorporarion policy. One told me that I needed to wait 24 hours after vaccines to be able to groom my dogs and when I get there after a 40 minutes drive another lady told me I the waiting time was 48 hrs. They messed my whole day because I have to cancel my dogs appointment and a doctor appointment that I have scheduled for myself and paid 75 dollars due to cancellation. They need to be better informed to be able to provide a good customer service and avoid this kind of situation with the customers. I’ll never go back there.

They have a good selection of items. The manager was so nice to give me a refund after my cat ate the clumping cat litter from there ans had to take her to the emergency room. Shes fine and i usually dont buy clumping because of that risk, just made a mistake. Thankfully they do offer alot more nonclumping options than other stores or websites

Hope is an awesome groomer. She works well with my anxious fur-baby and keeps me informed through the entire grooming process. Also, very honest when Charlie gets matted and needs to be cut/trim more. Charlie loves her and cries less when I leave him.

This is in regards to their trainer LaNaie. She is very difficult to deal with and combative as soon as I tried to check in. I had signed up for a training class for my puppy far in advanced, which at the time he was about a month old so that’s what I wrote down. The class says it’s for 10weeks old and up, which he would be by the time the class starts. I arrived at the location with his vaccination records and everything. She immediately tells me my dog is too young and the class is now fully booked. Even though I had signed up over a month in advance! They did not refund me and told me that because I had a deal and it’s ended now so they may or may not honor that deal for a different class. LaNai was incredible rude. Save the money and go elsewhere.

Went there on Sunday and no one was there (besides 1 cashier) to work or help. walked around 3x trying to find one employee to get a heavy crate from the very top of a shelf and ended up having to do myself. go somewhere else!! Customer service is a dying industry...

Disappointing with the dog training. They would cancel classes at their convenience but if their “extra” sessions to make up werent an option they wouldn’t refund. Bad business model in My opinion. Won’t be doing that again

I got my daughter a puppy (pug&bulldog) to help with stress & anxiety and I had no idea what I was getting into. While out buying the necessities for the puppy, I couldn't find the right bed. I wanted one he could grow into since we aren't sure how big he's going to end up being.Went to PetSmart to look for one and, the nice gentleman (sales associate) helped me find the perfect one. He helped me save about $22 because the bed was on sale. That was my first time ever shopping at this particular location and it wasn't a bad experience.

We take our dog here to shower once a week because her allergies are really bad. Their setup is nice and we're able to get her very clean and relatively dry.

Our first visit was fantastic, I have a rescue dog with a lot of fear issues, and they helped her through all of her nervousness and shaking. Our second visit I mentioned I was trying to get a pool sample if they could save any for me so that she can get, a final fecal done at the vet. And they told me she couldn’t come until she had a clean vehicle. But when she came the first time she was under treatment and this time she’s clean we are just doing a double check and they won’t take her. Doesn’t make sense apparently they do not consistently follow their policies or communicate set policies when setting an appointment. Thank you for wasting my time and an hour. Drive to get to you.

Clean store with a pretty good aquarium selection. I need to revisit when I have more time to take a better look at what they offer. I noticed a small decoration is included with each of their Betta splendens, which is a step-up from most pet stores

We visited the store for a fish themed event for the kiddos. My son was able to feed the fish, color a crown and take a couple of photos. We ended up buying a 1 gallon beta tank since we received a coupon for Top Fin products. They had a few good sales on aquariums and make bETA for $3.99. The store was clean and the associates were friendly.

It’s been a while since I have been in this store!I have always been a petco person.My husband went here and I was pleasantly surprised on the new remodel and all the great pet supplies and items that they had compared to petco!There was a lot of fish supplies including really nice tanks!There was alot of great pet supplies!!Will definitely be back! Great job pet smart!

My son loves coming here and looking at the animals. Everyone seems pretty nice and they don’t bug you or follow you around, even if you’re just browsing.I absolutely love that the cages for the animals are very clean, and I noticed today the hamsters even had real veggies in their bowls alongside their pelleted food which made me happy because it seems like these animals are well cared for.The cats for adoption in the back have cozy beds and the litter box is in a separate little kitty section in each cat apartment, so cute.

I’ve been dropping my dog off here for almost two years and I highly recommend Hope, Jessica or Ryan! Those are the only staff I’ve had service done on my dog and they’re nothing but lovely. I’m in shocked that my dog runs straight towards the back and is excited to see the staff. Which reassures me that he’s been treated nothing but well. 10/10!!!!! Great place to trust your fur babies with.

Came in to pick up gifts for family pets. As a non-pet owner, this place was fun to explore while also overwhelming in size and choices. We found the perfect gifts and they were on sale! Pets were well behaved in the store, aisles clean and organized in their different sections. Line moved fast. Plenty of accessible parking and accessible entrance.

Walked my cat in to see the vet.Passed the aquariums with fish.Showed my cat the fish while saying "fishy fishy fishy".Then I noticed a lady with two kids looking for fish for their aquarium.I never forget the look on the poor kids faces when I showed by cat those swimming delicacies.Other than that: Pleasant staff, wide selection of pet supplies.Will visit again, with my cat, and avoid showing my cat the fishies in the aquariums. 🤣

Purchased two finches, female passed away within months. Male is very upset, looking for her. He is lonely and unhappy. Went back to purchase a companion and they will only sell in pairs even though they know the pair they sold us, one had health issues. They also price gouged the finches, overinflated by 30 each. Bad business, money hungry and unknowledgable.

Pet hospital of Petsmart are a ripoff… i sign up for 1 year membership for my two puppies… and when the membership end, they continue to take money out of my account without noticing me.. I received text to bring my pet in, but never anything about renewing.. i give them my email twice long a go, and when i called them about why they keep taking my money, they said because it auto renew, and they don’t have my email and they can’t do anything about it.. and they just take it.. after few minutes explaining and arguing.. I gave up.. so.. i tell the girl.. I promise I won’t buy my pet food or anything there anymore as long as i live!
