This was my first time in a Hollywood Feed store. I was impressed with the great selection of dog food, treats, and toys. It was my dog’s birthday and I over spent for his birthday but it was worth it watching him opening up the presents.

I went in to buy some Farmina dog food and some healthy treats for my new Rottweiler puppy and Jordan helped me and she was Awesome. Jordan was very knowledgeable on pet foods and treats and was able to answer all my questions and took Excellent care of me and gave me the absolute best service and was so friendly and professional. My experience at this store and with Jordan was nothing short of Spectacular. Also the inventory was great and tons of choices and options. I will continue to go back and do all my shopping for my dogs here at this Hollywood Feed store.

This is our favorite store! Literally, best place. It's because of Jovani & Jordyn, they are the most AMAZING people ever. So helpful and kind. They always go out of their way to give helpful suggestions, and they truly love our pups! We have 1.5yr old boxer puppy and he gets SO EXCITED to see them. They are so loving and make us feel so comfortable. Even with our energetic little guy, who always makes an entrance. We feel right at home.

Went to Hollywood Feed Rockwall in search of help for our overweight guy Jake. Jordyn stepped up to assist & was a gem! She is very knowledgeable & thorough about the food brands, recalls, food transition, lo-cal snacks, diet suggestions, etc. She was patient, kind, and caring throughout my endless line of questioning. Highly recommend HF & Jordyn! 🤗

My first time and the customer service was AMAZING they gave me great recommendations on toppers for my picky Cane Corso which was (seasoning, little treats, and goat milk) told me not to try all at once but one of those option but he was sure all will definitely get him to eat. I got home tried the blueberry oat milk and guess what his food was gone and asking for more!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!

amazing experience. We had stayed away so that we could support local business here in Royse city but could never get the food we needed. Tried Fate, even worse. Thank God for these guys. they also have delivery options available so we will only be going here for our 3 dogs needs. too bad for the other places as we spend $100 monthly on food

We are totally disappointed that when our pet really gets to liking his treats you stop carrying the item. We have had this to happen several times. We going to purchase items to be told you no longer work with that supplier. We are over it.

I’ve been a Hollywood Feed customer for years and was thrilled when they opened this location. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location but I still feel the Rockwall store stands out to be my favorite. The employees are consistently helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but still have that balance of letting you browse in peace.

Awesome team at the Rockwall location! We patiently waited for this location to open and it has not disappointed. The team greets you everything you enter and they are so eager to help. Great selection and I’m so excited that there is one closer to home! I went in on 8/8/23 @ 12:28 and the young lady working in there ( didn’t catch her name) was amazing! So helpful and sweet which seems rare these days! I will definitely be back!!! Keep up the good work! 😃👍👍

Always helpful staff! The frenchie was an added bonus! Helped me find my dog food I purchased by looking up history. Also suggested a great cbd product for my anxious bulldog ! Store was very clean and super organized. I usually shop plano location but liked rockwall location a little better.

We have a puppy with intolerance/allergy issues so we went to Hollywood Feed in Rockwall to discuss the results of our pups intolerance test. The guys there knew exactly which ingredients we needed to eliminate, and which of their foods we could try.The staff here is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and approachable.

They carry a lot of the specialty dog foods that your typical pets supply stores don’t carry. The store is very clean and bright. The staff are so nice and friendly too.
