I have dealt with Country Boys Feed and the Cottle family for over 25 years. Their business is very integrated to the community of Rocksprings Texas. They have served the local ranchers very well, from ordering just about anything anyone could ever need to accepting delivery of UPS and Fedex packages for anyone who asks. They have ordered agricultural chemicals for me, and they sell them cheaper than I can get them anywhere else. I have ordered trailer truck loads of Hay from them, and tons of feed over the years. I get my propane from them also. They send me a bill once a month for everything they do for me. These small town businesses that work on a hand shake are rare. 100% Trust them. Would appreciate it,if you supported them.

One of the worst customer experiences I have EVER had in my entire life , completely worthless rude and highly ignorant group of soulless individuals I've ever come across, I'd rather over pay and have my propane delivered from as far as Alaska then deal with these clowns again , whoever the insanely rude haggard shrew is that handles the phone lines over there needs to quite and get on some kind of anti depressant and start attending anger management therapy, as well as maybe a few PR classes to learn how to treat people politely,most likely will never happen, you can't teach an old witch new tricks, furthermore I find it to be of the highest degree of unprofessional behavior to not call and inform thier customers that they would not be making the delivery to my house A DAY BEFORE A MAJOR COLD FRONT AFTER SCHEDULEING A DELIVERY DAYS BEFOREHAND THIS HAS HAPPENED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION LEAVING SOMEONE WHO HEAVILY RELIES ON PROPANE TO USE MY STOVE AND OVEN AND TO HEAT MY HOT WATER HEATER , HIGH AND DRY WITH NO PROPANE AND NOT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY TO EVEN CALL, AND AGAIN THIS HAS HAPPENED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION!!! WHOEVER THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FROM WERE OBVIOUSLY POSTED BY EMPLOYEES TO BOOST THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE BECAUSE THESE BAFOONS ARE NOT RELIABLE IN THE SLIGHTEST AND THEY VERY QUITE CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS OR ELSE THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES, MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS GOD AWFUL JOKE OF A COMPANY TO RELY ON MY PROPANE NEEDS AND HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE TO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL MONKEYS.
