May 9, 2024 around 11:00am.When I approached the counter and said "Good morning", the associate did not reply or return my greeting. Instead, she smugly stated "It's too early for a refill" and accusatorially asserted that I must have already picked up the prescription somewhere else.I politely explained that it was this Walgreens location that had last filled my prescription, and that I was concerned about running out of medication and missing a dose before the next refill date. The associate dismissively said "Well, you can talk to the pharmacist if you want, but I can't fill it."Without making eye contact with me, nor introducing herself, the pharmacist addressed me from where she was standing ten feet away and staring at a computer. She simply rolled her eyes and curtly stated that the prescription could not be filled until May 23rd, without providing any further explanation or solution.This was an extremely unsatisfactory interaction. As a customer, I should be treated with basic courtesy, respect and a willingness to have my concerns properly addressed - not faced with rude accusations and dismissive behavior. The lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by both employees was unacceptable.

Just drove 30 minutes to get to the pharmacy. Your website says you close at 9 PM. I got there at 8:05 PM. CLOSED AT 8. Fix your website hours please.

What is wrong with this store? Doctor sent prescription in on Tuesday. Went to store to pick up. Store said it wasn't ready. So I checked everyday. It was finally ready today. BUT the date on the bottle was for Tuesday. Wow!!!!!

My husband and I were on vacation from Austin, staying in Rockport. The store is pretty good. Employees were very nice and friendly and helpful. We got some snacks and cigarettes, she even told us that the lighters were on special if we were interested. They have a large selection of items. We ended up getting even more stuff than we came for! I could have stayed there for awhile doing more shopping. We enjoyed our visit there.

Worst pharmacy experiences ever! First time I was told my RX was ready and then got there to be told I was next it wasnt filled yet. Then stood for an hour and 17 minutes with severe back and hip pain. If you have pain that's just cruel to make someone stand for an hour and 17 minutes. Beware of them telling you your prescriptions are ready and they put you off for hours. I have had this happen twice to me and told come back after two. Yesterday the guy said hold then hung up on me after waiting for 10 minutes. After waiting that long the first time standing. I called yesterday after being hung up on and the lady said it would be until ready at 9:30 today and for my husband to come get it then. He waited an extra hour they told him to come back at 2 again today. Your are offically messing with my health where I am told by the manufacturer to change it regularly at the same time once a week. My husband has been taking care of me for months. Not including fuel prices. Wake up. Don't go here if you want your loved ones taken care of.

waiting to pick up my moms prescription that she really needs and they told me it would be right over and i’ve been sitting here for some time now. multiple people have walked by and gotten what they need and i’m still sitting here. They also move very slow, i’m in a rush to bring this to her bc she is not feeling well, absolutely ridiculous. This is only towards the pharmacy though everything else is fine. they need to fix this

I ordered a wood panel online. I went to pick it up since it said done I go to the photo counter Brittany gets my order ask me to look at it because I need to review it before picking it up. She opens the box and ask is this how you want the picture because it had white sides which I already new. I said yes that how I want the picture she hands it to me and said they guy can check you out at the front....I was confused since I use to work at Walgreen's for 5 years and I worked I. The photo department so I new how the picture was supposed to be Glued to the wood panel but I thought maybe it's a new thing and it had stickers on the back now or something. I opened it up again and looked on the back nothing so I asked the cashier I think this is supposed to be glued to the wood he said yes it is I guess they didn't finish it! Wow so I took a glance after getting home the picture is hanging off the wood panel. Wow just wowI think Brittany needs to be RETRAINED in photo if she thinks this is Acceptable.

We are just tired of being treated as an intrusion in their day at the pharmacy. It's always the same attitude when ever we pick up our drugs. I understand "short staffed" but they need to understand "customer service". We will be moving to another pharmacy as of today.

1st and last time using this Walgreens pharmacy. They gave me attitude the whole time. Cut me off mid sentence several times and even hung up on me. These are the rudest pharmacy folks I've ever dealt with. They told me my dr hadn't called them. Come to find out he'd had to leave a voice mail. So yes he did call. They gave me attitude because I wanted to check our prescriptions before paying. Yep, they messed up. They fill one prescription twice and another not at all. After they "fixed" it I checked again, found another mistake in quantity on a different prescription. I think they finally have it all right. Will never come back. I feel sorry for folks who can't stand up for themselves using this pharmacy. These people don't have it together at all! Scary don't ya think?!?

Rudest pharmacy employees i have ever experienced at a walgreens. Will never ever return to this location. 2 issues. 1) The pharmacists kept stating they never recieved my prescription. Come to find out the doctor had left multiple messages each time they called. According to pharmacist they can not receive calls. 2) the pharmacist theb suggested an over the counter medications instead of what I was looking for. I told her this is a fertility medication and it would not be a good idea to do a different medication. I took my prescription over to walmart told the pharmacist the story there and he said there is no over the counter option for my prescription and they must have been thinking of a different prescription. (This mistake would have caused me months and lots of money in fertility treatment) 3) 2 days later i get a text message my prescription is ready for pick up. I called to let them know i have already had it filled somewhere else and the pharmacist on the phone was so rude i didnt even have a momemt to tell them why I called. Just hung up and decided its their problem now. There needs to be an internal audit done on this pharmacy badly. Watch your medications!

This Walgreens pharmacy is so poorly run that a few months ago we had a drug dispensed withe the label for a different drug. If a pharmacy can't accurately dispense the correct medication what purpose does it serve? We've now transferred our business to the loca CVS.

I just came up here to get my daughter's flu prescription. I went to the counter inside and she asked for the name. I told her and she asked if I had my daughter's insurance card on me. I told her it should be in the system. She said if I didn't have it , it would be $600. I said, yeah no. I lost my insurance card with my wallet. She said, we lost it too after the hurricane. Then she says, ''okay than.'' She walked off. I walked off and than came back because I wanted to know what the prescription was.She told me it was tamiflu. So, I asked an employee who was putting things away if there was another substitute otc for tamiflu? He said yes, and walked me to the kids flu medicine. So, she sees him helping me and walks over and says ''I found the insurance. ''In a very rude way. She was just rude from the beginning.

The pharmacy here is terrible. Every time I need to have a prescription filled it’s a hassle to get done. Don’t waste your time calling because the pharmacist are useless and lack customer service. Use a different pharmacy and save yourself the headache.

THE LADIES AT WALGREEN'S IN ROCKPORT TEXAS ARE FIRST CLASS. THEY WILL LEARN YOUR NAME, GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GIVE GREAT SERVICE. However, if you are unlucky enough to get the small Asian guy, he can be rude, not interested in helping you, he will just smirk at you and say there's nothing he can do. If one of the women wait on you they will go out of their way to take care of your needs and I feel they deserve a big Christmas bonus.

Horrible customer service. The store accidentally charged 3 times for 2 items, then refused to refund the extra 2 charges saying it was an issue to take up with the bank. We were also told "it happens all the time here" Seems like a scam and a way to be sure they get extra money off customers.
