My Furry kids have never been there...yet! However, I called to make an appointment for grooming but they were booked quite a ways out. So I asked her about nail clipping, which is walk in ... that's great!!!!!!!! My pups have been plagued with fleas here and they gave us excellent advice even though we didn't get an appointment! I am so thankful for the friendly FREE advice, my pups are too!

Kept my appointment for my13 month female Schnauzer that had been groomed numerous times by other groomers before going to Ruff Cuts. I was more than impressed when I picked her up. She looked like a Schnauzer should look when groomed.I will be going back and would recommend Ruff Cuts for grooming.

I am very disappointed that I found a place closer than Corpus Christi to take my long hair cat. I made an appointment for Thursday at 9 am. They didn’t show up till 9:20. Then her help called in sick so she couldn’t do the cat by herself. She ask if I could come back this morning at 9. She was apologetic and I understood (when you are sick you are sick). So I was agreeable and said I would be there at 9. She said great. Well I show up at 9 am and again no one there. I waited and waited, no one showed up!!! I left after 20 minutes. If your sign says you open at 9 then be there! I won’t go back there, no sign that she has any professionalism about her business. And I probably wouldn’t be as upset except I had to come from Ingleside to far side of Rockport twice and gas isn’t cheap!

We walked in needing to get our yorkies nails trimmed especially her due claws, and a bath and trim , they were able to do her nails in 5 minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day on the moments notice. Hears ware my 2dogs are the most comfortable out of all the groomers in a 50 mile radius.the ladies are terrific and really know how to do there job .curley sue and Bentley love going and getting pampered by them .

Costs more than that to have my entire head styled than having my dog's nails trimmed , no apologies from them maybe we should hire someone to drag us behind their pickup.

Sadly, this is the second time in a row that they cut one my son's dogs' nail too short. They first time they told us about it the second time I found blood all over my new couch!!🤬 They didn't tell us about it. I had to use blood stop on her both times so, I don't think I will be taking them back there
