Update 09/23/23 broke keto and ate very bad but everything was so good! Had the omlette with hashbrowns toast and coffee... Everything was great! Neve had to ask for coffee!Update, everything a Lil better.... Had the same omlette doing strictly keto so couldn't try the hash Browns or bisquit . Was a little busy but went by fast. Service was spot on.Jjs omelet was very good, hash browns not so good, maybe they sat to long, they were hard and a little cool to the touch... Bisqits are amazing. Coffee hot! Very attentive staff. On spot with the coffee.

Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Great breakfast spot in sunny Rockport.We were given the recommendation to visit JJ's Cafe and we were thrilled once we got there. Nice sized dining area, plenty of light and fun wall decor.Lacey took great care of us and all staff encountered were efficient, helpful and smiling.Coffee refills were frequent as well as asking if everything was to our satisfaction, we loved every bite.Everybody knows everybody here but even if you are a guest to their city, you feel like family.Highly recommend!!

The moment we walked into this Texas treasure, we were greeted with warm smiles and a caring attitude. We were asked not to sit down because the table was still dirty. The table wasn't actually dirty, but the thought that they actually cared showed genuine concern for hospitality. Our waitress, Ayslian, was exceptionally friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Despite being short handed, the service was prompt and accurate. The food was very delicious and hot! My kids said the eggs were sooo good. Cleanliness was awesome and no wait time. Highly recommend this place for breakfast.

Super cute, quaint and absolutely mouth watering brunch!! The food was so good and fresh! The coffee was excellent and they kept our cups topped off! Our server was such a sweetheart! Top notch service and they have a little outdoor patio if the weather is nice you can enjoy as well! Located right in the heart of Rockport, Texas! This is a local favorite for sure! Definitely check it out if you're visiting Rockport and then you can swing down the road and check out the beach and some amazing shopping in the downtown area!

Always a Pleasure to eat at J J’s in Rock Port Texas. Unbelievable Shrimp & Grits. Traditional Gulf Coast Dish. If you are ever near there in the morning are lunch time. Stop and try it out you will not regret it.

Harlee was my server, and did a fantastic job. Very attentive and the place was standing room only. Tables were bussed quickly, and people were seated quickly. The food was absolutely perfect. I built my own omelet, pepper jack cheese, chorizo, green pepper, onion, and a hand full of Jalapeño. The hash browns were burned up crispy as requested with a side of buttered toast. My compliments to the cook, couldn't have done it better myself. Very reasonable, excellent variety on the menu. Keep up the great work, and loved the homey "Mom and Pop" atmosphere.

This is the spot. Woke up after a long night of fishing and wanted a good, hot home style breakfast. We rolled up in here and man did they deliver! Great service, fantastic selections and awesome food. Definitely recommend. We came right back the following day before we headed out. If you are on the hunt for great service and even better food! Get here and eat.

It's a nice little diner that the locals hang out and drink coffee and talk about retirement. The people were very nice. The food was good I ordered a jumbo taco and it was stuffed full of goodness. It was not rolando's big or a super taco. It was actually just enough. The coffee was delicious and it was delivered and filled promptly. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious.

12 for a blt I had to make my own sandwich. The tomato lettuce mayo comes on the side !The bacon is deep fried dust. Disgusting.The tomatoes and lettuce were nice.And they never buttered the dried out rye toast.

Went there yesterday for the first time in a while. Unfortunately the food was not great. Breakfast potatoes were cold, hash browns were burnt and the corn beef hash looked and tasted like it was from the can. I will the service was great. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Hopefully it was just a bad day in the kitchen.

We have been here twice now and the food was pretty good but the portions were not very big. Both times the service was great. It is kind of no frills dining and they get really busy at breakfast on Sundays.The omelets are really good but on the small side. The pancakes are too. The cheesy grits were just meh.

This restaurant was amazing! I absolutely LOVED everything I ate. I got the 1 trip salad bar (side salad) and build your own omelet. I'm not crazy about eggs and have never really liked omelets but this was amazing!! I will be craving the omelet lol I had my omelet made with ham, Pico, bell peppers, jalapeños and pepper jack cheese sauce 🤤 do yourself a favor and get your omelet with the pepper jack cheese sauce!! If you're in Rockport and wanting an amazing breakfast you definitely should come here!!!

Smashing Breakfast Hit! Try the Traditonal Eggs Benedict with hashbrowns smothered with cheese and tomatoes. Coffee fresh and brewed perfect! Super nice down home staff and I saw lots of regulars there so that says volumes about this place! Coming back for sure!

Grasy was wonderful! She was very attentive to our needs by constantly checking on us. Our food was great! We both ordered the Combo Seafood with Catfish & Shrimp. The only "problem" was the food seemed non-local. It was like a restaurant supply chain food. However, it was well flavored...unlike institutionalized foods. Great job, Grasy! Great job, JJ's Cafe!

Nothing to write home about. I had the corn beef hash. It wasn't terrible, but I'm also not 100% sure it didn't come out of a can. Hash browns were awesome though and the eggs were done perfect. She had the JJ Benedict and it was decent. I'm not usually a fan of pepper-jack, but it actually tasted pretty good. Our waitress was great though, and we were seated right away....which is probably stopped me from giving it 2 stars. Doubt I'll be back.

We went during the week early in the morning and were greeted warmly. We decided to seat in the patio since it was not hot yet. It was quiet and relaxing. I had a breakfast taco that was excellent with their spicy salsa. The hubby had the French toast breakfast. Their bacon was great. Our service was excellent 👌 and our server was always checking on us. The place is a bit hidden, next to Walmart. I recommend them.
