I love this store. The employees are always very helpful. I use the curbside pickup most of the time. They have actually called me before because my order was ready earlier than my scheduled pickup time. I really appreciate that. They have also been kind enough to bring a electric riding cart to my car when I don't have anyone with me that can drop off in the front and park the car.Very good sales in the weekly ad.

Small store but the staff was friendly and the store was clean. Was a bit odd to have the liquor right as you walk in.. but guess it's location to the beach I am assuming they know what the majority of shoppers are there for. If I lived nearby it would be an adequate place to shop.

There is a real hometown feel here at this location. Everyone has always been so helpful and friendly. The staff here truly seems to like their jobs and take pride in what they do. They do a very good job keeping the store clean and well organized. It has easy access off Hwy 35 with many shaded parking spots. They have many parking spots available for the curbside pickup to help with no contact shopping. They clean and sanitize all carts before customer uses. There is a very good selection of fruits and vegetables and have many organic selections also. Good selection of meat and seafood, and good prices for each. We appreciate that they have gulf, local fish and shrimp. Keep up the good work, we really appreciate what you do for the community.

This HEB will never get 5 stars from me due to the rat maze layout of the store. Aside from that, the store is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and parking is adequate. They carry some products I can't get elsewhere and their store brand foods are very good. Also, best carrot cake ever.

The store setup was very different. Other than that and the beach related items, it was just a familiar experience as your neighborhood HEB, if you fall asleep at your HEB and wake up here, you wouldn't know the difference.

The pharmacy hours (drive through) are extremely fluid. They differ from what is posted on the window. I did contact the store to inquire on this, and I was met with rudeness. The management here is very disrespectful and unfriendly. Of my years living here, I’ve yet to see the store manager out and about through the store which is very unlike any H-E-B I’ve regularly visited. I travel to Portland rather than shop at this HEB.

Typical smaller HEB with Bakery, Seafood counter, Deli, Sushi bar, etc. Has about all you need, although not all brands. Office Service employees always friendly & helpful, although I have encountered some cashiers that are less so. They do have multiple self checkout kiosks if you prefer. Best time to go is mornings unless you like crowds. If you do, then go on Friday & Saturday!

Have always heard Texans brag about this grocer and it sure doesn't disappoint.H-E-B has a huge selection of wet and dry produce, grocery items, essential household products and a decent selection of beer and wine.The store is well laid out with signages clearly indicating where things are. The aisle is wide enough to navigate the carts around people.And like the other bigger grocer, H-E-B also has assisted shopping where customers can request for their shopping to be done for them and picked up at curbside.

Staff goes above and beyond. After a long day of travel did some grocery shopping for my stay to deal with my mothers home after she passed. Car didnt start after I loaded groceries. Asked security guard Heaven where to get a road side service from. She got Danny another employee and he rounded up another employee with a truck and together they got the battery started. Didnt expect that kindness. Your the best HEB in Rockport.

HEB has been our go to for years. Definitely glad to see that there's locations out here in Rockport. I do like this one a bit more than the one back home. Staff as far as I can tell is very assisting with anything that you may need.

H-E-B is this Wisconsinite’s favorite grocery store. Clean, well stocked, reasonable prices and unmatched personnel make it our go to place in Texas. It has many of our Wisconsin favorite products such as Just Coffee, Johnsonville Brats, and a great selection of cheeses. (A must for this Cheesehead). On our visit to Rockport we shopped for our Valentines Day dinner. NY strip steak, Lobster all on special! Made for a wonderful enjoyable dinner. Thank You HEB you made our day!!!

ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered in a grocery store to date! Yesterday a coworker of mine asked if I would use the HEB curbside pickup for about $200 worth of items for our office. HEB can see the weather forecast same as any us yet they had a 10:30-11am offering. Worked for me while out running company errands. Well let me tell you, their employees are allowed to bring groceries to your car in 100 heat, but rain and some wind- NO WAY! While the workers stand inside with their jackets on all warm and dry myself and several other much older customers were getting out of their vehicles in the rain to get their already paid for purchases. I’m from the Midwest and our grocery bring purchases out to our cars or help us out with carts in rain, sleet, snow. Next rainy day maybe use the staff to call people and tell them they can have a full refund since the happy team members won’t do curbside in any weather but sunshine days! I won’t be back to this store. I asked to speak to Thomas the store manager but he was on a conference call, right!!!!!!

Awesome very helpful if you're looking for something you're lost and I'll point you in the right direction they'll even help you bring your groceries out to you to your car to help you let the water bottles or anything that's heavy dog food stuff like that they're very they're very awesome I recommend need to be to my friends and family I want to give them 10 Stars if that was possible but I'll make sure you all stop by and if you're down here fishing stuff like that HEB with place to go to if you need tackle gear they ain't got a very big selection but what they got is what you need

I take my dog with me everywhere but there is someone in upper management that makes her nervous when he approaches me and he had asked me can you leave right now and I said I only need three items you help me find them and then I'll leave she's my service dog not leaving without her.

It was smaller the the others I've been in. The packages of bonein meat where not sliced in a uniform thickness. Witch means it will not cook well. One employee reprimanded me like a child when I was having a little difficulty at the self-checkout instead of just politely coming over and assisting me. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience clean it was later in the evening so it wasn't well stopped but I understand that

I feel like Rockport’s H‑E‑B is a great store. Always clean and friendly. Have used the grocery pickup service many times and loved the convenience of it. However my most recent experience was less than acceptable. I understand it was Mother’s Day weekend and they were very busy but we waited for an hour and a half to get our order while we watched many cars coming and going with their orders. After an hour of waiting I finally asked one of the attendants why it was taking so long and received no apology or explanation just that he would be right out with it. Thirty minutes later my husband stood in a check out line for 5 minutes to talk to a manager and was told they were very busy but they would be right out. He told her that we had been waiting for a hour and a half. Finally received groceries from same previous attendant who just threw them in the trunk and said nothing. They managed to have no issues charging me for what I ordered with in minutes of pick up though. Will not use Rockport pick up service again could have done it myself faster. If they would have at least been civil and explained in advance or apologized even, might have been willing to try again. Will continue to shop here just not through the online service, not convenient.
