Don't bother shopping here they just went to full self checkout. In return I'm sure some people lost their jobs. Wal-Mart has learned that self checkout causes major theft increases. I guess Dollar General didn't get that memo. 🤔

This particular Dollar General location Seems to have a lot of trouble Keeping employees around . It seems as though they have had the same managers for Quite a bit of time. They have had some very wonderful Employees since I started frequenting the location regularly, But even as well mannered and Hard-working as some of the employees are They are usually Along with a single manager and expected to stay at the register and it just doesn't work that way . I think That with A change and managerial Positions , And perhaps maybe Hiring on a few more employees The word on a ship instead of just one Woody fastly in Peru The conditions inside and outside the store and maybe boost morale for employees who want to do more while they work . Otherwise the people who work at this location all seem very pleasant and they Aren't Bad at their jobs by any means. Just in need of more organized leadership. Instead of an organized and uncaring Management figures. With all respect and best wishes.

This is an excellent store to stop to for wherever your needs I recommend it to all friends and family they're the staff is very awesome very knowledgeable and went out your way to help you I would recommend Dollar general so all my friends and family

I love how this place is in very close walking distance for me especially when my little one needs something at that moment and I can just walk on over, some of the staff are incredible like Terry, shes amazing worker and a great person to talk to, but there are other ones that need a little help with the communication skills and how to treat a customer skills, my boyfriend said something about her attitude or something and she decided to talk back and huff as well as say I better shut up or someone going going to get me fired in a sarcastic tone, ain't the best person there very rude, shes always rushing and just give everyone attitude, I hate how shes talks trash about the other employees when they are actually the ones that are good.

Store is never organized. Can't walk down aisles without tripping over stuff. Worse of all, you can never get in and out in a timely manner. No matter what time of day you come in. Needs better management

Every time I have been to that location, it has never really been organized. Cashiers are not that friendly. Then again, Rockport is a busy town, so guess it's hard to maintain such a busy store.

This place was very nice when I got here in October but as of March 18th 2020 it was absolutely disgusting. The parking lot was full of trash and the inside was dirty and smelled like something died in there. I will not go back into such a disgusting place and buy anything. Hopefully they get it together and clean it up sheer laziness.

The store was very chaotic with the holiday stuff coming out but they have a lot of good deals and things on clearance it was just scattered everywhere and as usual only two employees to take care of it all and they were nice but not the brightest and the people that were stopping there we're not the best of characters either I saw a lady stealing air conditioner fans on my way in

I was out catching bait. I stopped at store 19719 in Rockport, TX. I was a few dollars short. The manager was cool enough to make it happen for dad and I time of need. A big hell ya for paying it forward. You earned my vote today.

This place is exactly the meaning of sad America. It is dirty inside and out. The majority of people in the store, including cashier, are tweaked out. Very limited mask wearing. It is honestly just sad! Will never stop at this store again! Never!

These are all very clean, the workers are friendly. I always see them working and straightening out the store or putting things out. This is an everything store. Cards food items, gardening items toys, kitchen items VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED.

The place is utter chaos. All of the shelves are messy and unorganized. You cant find anything with out searching all over the stores. It looks more like a garage sale than a store. Not to mention it is just disgusting looking.

Its like wading through a garage can to walk into a garbage can. Filthy parking lot, filthy store. Empty shelves that you can't get to because of all the half open boxes on the floor in front of them. The manager should be fired for allowing the store to look that way.

This store, as are most Dollar Generals, is packed with merchandise and hard to maneuver around. The new location in Fulton is more organized.

It is a very nice store. The price is very reasonable. I always find great items. The employees are nice and friendly. The store is clean and meat.
