This store is such a treat. We walked in to a bright, clean store and greeted immediately. The greeter asked if we needed help finding anything and after we mentioned needing a key made and started to walk away, I could hear him mention into the radio that there were customers headed to key area. Every employee we passed smiled and greeted us. This is a well-run store. They have such a wonderful collection of things, hardware and really interesting kitchen items, cute greeting cards. I usually spend an hour just poking along each aisle and always find something I absolutely need to have. And if that isn’t enough, there is an ice cream bar in the back with Blue Bell ice cream, a huge variety of fudge, free coffee and popcorn! I want to work at this place. So cool.

Be aware that the workers that check you out are unbelievably rude. B PATTON checked me out at 5:06. She was unbelievably rude and dismissive and so was the male working with her behind the counter. I had asked her before she did anything to please make sure to give me gift receipts for the three larger items. I showed her exactly which ones I wanted the gift receipts for. She didn’t do this. She was then mad and tacky when I asked for them. She was like “I don’t think I can even do that”. She then tried to lie and say she had done it and shoved receipts in my bag. I said, let me see that because I knew what she was doing. Trying to act like she gave me the gift receipts when she didn’t. Unbelievably rude about it & still never did what I asked her to do. She's actually gave me a gift receipt with everything on it to give the person which is not what I asked. It’s a gift to someone. They don’t need to see everything I bought for others. I simply asked for two of the gifts to be on one receipt for one person and one of the gifts to be by itself. She couldn’t figure it out. And then a male worker jumped in to explain why a gift receipt won’t matter unless they live here, they won’t be able to return anything because each ace is privately owned, and it’s doubtful that the other aces have the same items. His Words. I will never go back. Do better.

Brent helped us with a marine battery and was very friendly and efficient. I appreciated his efforts. It us a great store that always has the more unusual items you might need. Also their stainless bolt assortment is the most complete I have seen anywhere.

This is an awesome Ace Hardware. They seem to have everything. A good chunk of the right side looks like a Bass Pro Shop. The rest of the store looks like a very clean Lowes or Home Depot.We are from a mid sized town in Tennessee. We have 3 small Ace Hardware stores. All within about 8 miles of each other. They pretty much just sell hardware. So this Rockport store seems pretty awesome to me. And almost everything they carried, they had a huge selection. Bird feeding supplies, sandals, hunting and fishing, yard art. You name it, there was a big selection. Not just a few things in every department.If we had an Ace like this in my town, I'd shop there all the time.

I love this place! The people here are amazing! They all know where everything is in their store, anytime I need something there is an associate there to help. Very knowledgeable about what they have and where things are at. Everyone is always so polite and pleasant. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. The store is always clean and well organized. There is a huge selection of hardware, tools, fishing, household goods, kitchen appliances and goods, Stihl products, Traeger grills and any kind of grill item you would need. There is alot of plumbing, bath and kitchen fixtures. So nice to be able to get lumber and construction supplies here to make it a 1 stop shop for projects. Super convenient to get propane tanks exchanged or filled. So many quality name brand items that are so popular. The people here really make this a wonderful place to shop. I love just browsing through all the new displays and seasonal items. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work! We really appreciate the hard work you all do!

We stopped in to get a propane tank filled. It was promptly filled at a reasonable price. This is a large hardware store with just about any hardware supply you could ever need.

This is the place to go to!!!!! The staff most helpful if they don't have it they mind telling you where you might find it, but worry, this place is packed. Trust me, you'll have to look for yourself

This store is like a candy store. I usually spend more than I go there for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have more staff to assist you than other box stores. Almost can't go down an isle without someone to help you. Give them a 5 🌟 , excellent store.

A great store in a small town. This store has much more than you would expect from a local store. Heck, even if you do not need anything, it is worth stopping by and walking through. The staff are great! Friendly, helpful, and efficient.

So, while traveling, I stopped here to get some WD40. As I walked in, I realized this was probably the biggest Ace hardware I've ever been in. There are lots of cool items, and I picked up some other things, too!

We were very fortunate we only had minimal damage to are home I feel sorry for the other people in this town that had major damage to their home I helped as much as I could did a lot of free work removing debre I love my town of Rockport an Ace Hardware has been a big contributor to my love for Rockport their store is remarkable I'm had so much fun here in Rockport lived here all my life a love my family most of them still live here also I love Jesus most of all I think GOD for getting us through the tight spot we were in when HARVY came to our city thank you all for being so generous once again I'm available to help anyone who needs the help God-bless one and all

Ordered two hard to find items online and recieved email that my order was ready for pick up. I drove 30 miles only to be told they had sold my items and only had one more in stock. Frustrated to say the least.

What a joke. Every time my Ace hardware app updates, I loose rewards point. So they charhe you points to updats an up you could careless is updated. Watch next time. Plus I'm a vet and I get double the points. But I still only see a discount for it after 2500 points. which is discount of 5$. I save that much evertime I go to Lowes, home depot, builder source and damn near any other hardware place. Ace is a scam. Maybe if they stop sending those ripoff coupons out each month in the mail that are the same each month but can't use the one that is four days expired, they would save enough money to just give us a deal on product. Friendly and professional employees. Exchange/return is fairly difficult. Each time involves a multitude of keystrokes by the cashier and then the need for approval (assuming manager). That process can be quick if that person is available. If not, get ready to wait (this experience is WITH a receipt).

This location is PACKED! Tons of fishing gear and outdoor grilling options plus sauces/marinades with lots of different home decor/personal items. The staff was very friendly and worked fast to get through the line of customers. My only complaint would be the high prices but that's just my personal opinion.
