The kitchen staff haven't listened to orders the past three times I've been there. I ordered the same thing everytime, a steak burrito with guacamole sauce, jalapeño ranch, cheese, and sour cream, yet I always got the things I specifically requested NOT to get.First time, I got it stuffed with Pico de Gallo, onions, no sour cream, and black beans for some reason. Figured I grabbed someone's order by mistake somehow and moved on.Second time, I specifically requested heavy guacamole sauce and no onions or pico de gallo. It was so loaded with onions and Pico de Gallo to the point that I genuinely couldn't taste the meat.The last time I went, I heavily stressed no onions, Pico de Gallo, or anything beyond what I put down on my order. I came home with a Pico de Gallo, onion, and sauce stuffed mess with a pinch of meat balled up in the center. Something I genuinely can't eat without getting sick because I can't eat onions.Either the system is busted or the employees don't know what no onions or Pico de Gallo means. Very disappointing since it wasn't always like this and, usually, the steak burritos are great. It's so jarring to go from God sent food to not even getting what I can safely eat anymore.Next time I come back, I genuinely hope that this problem gets fixed because I really miss having a good steak burrito before I go to work without worrying that I'm going to vomit from someone putting things I specifically requested NOT to be on there in my burrito.

This place is horrible. I have been trying to get my money refunded that this one clerk who knew how to take money off my EBT card back to me. I have tried to get their corporate office to work with me but they have completely ignored my calls and requests to resolve this problem. I can’t believe that a company as successful as the fikes company that has a revenue of $3.2 billion dollars annually, cannot refund my $24.22 it’s illegal for one and two it’s wrong to do someone in that way when I have hardly any money for food.

What you'd expect; gas station/convenience store- people are okay, the place is clean. I've never seen them not working hard and I've never had a negative experience. Easy in and out right off the street, parking is okay.

Normally I don't have issues here, but as of late people have been parking next to pumps in awkward ways that make it hard to find a spot to pump when they themselves aren't getting gas. It should be posted that those who aren't getting gas need to park on the side parking lot

I went in to this store to use the bathroom and was refused the restroom because it was apparently closed. (It was not people just used it) this is wrong 100% what happens if someone has medical issues and needs to use it and one employee just don’t wanna let anyone use it.
