Just wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful, and incredibly nice staff at this location. We were headed back to Houston and all I wanted were crispy tacos from Dairy Queen, but when we got there they had a gang of softball girls in there and we're trying to close up. We walked in and asked if we could make an order, and after a quick consultation with the manager they kindly obliged. The crispy tacos were delicious, and the lonely steak finger left in my father-in-law's country basket was just as good. We will definitely come back to this spot when we are in the area again. Thanks again!

Worst services ever I’ve never been to a Dairy Queen so unorganised and did not pay attention to my order while waiting for 45 minutes in the drive through for my order and when I went inside it was already finished as everyone else is orders just sitting there and not even being taken out to the customers at this point they should just shut it down

I live out of town and stopped to eat at this DQ one time. There was a young man named Randy (?) with exceptional customer service and the friendliest smile. He made my first DQ experience all the more enjoyable. I will be coming back every time I pass town again and recommending to others. Great service and great food! Good job!!

I ordered 2 #1s our Patty's were cold like if they had been sitting for a while my burger barley had any dressings my fries were hard and crispy just awful if I wanted crispy I would of asked for that overall I would never eat here dairy Queen again because of this experience.But s/o to the cashier I believe her name was becca so polite and great customer service!!

They had me wait for awhile and gave me stale fries. If you’re gonna make me wait at least make some fresh fries too. Or try a fry before you give them out.

Usually try to avoid Dairy Queen, due to my experience with their food, but I can honestly say I went there today 9/1/21 and it was really good all my orders FF were really golden Krispy. I was satisfied with the food today DQ in Robstown Tx.

Great fresh food. The only reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because of the drive tru wait time. Even if there is no cars ahead of you could be waiting 30 mins or even longer. Which would be okay since your getting fresh food, but they give you drinks and ask you to pull around. Then you go home to watered down sodas.

Was in the drive thru with hubby and ran inside to use restroom. I had to wait for the person to get out, while waiting I either heard her intensely blowing her nose for an extended amount of time, or snorting, then coughing and coughing. When she exits it's an employee. This is disgusting, especially during an epidemic. Needless to say, we did not eat here, nor will we ever!! 🤮 at 8:45 10/01/20.

I ordered three meals. My burger was ordered to be all the way w/cheese and was made w/ no dressing. Chicken strip basket looked Nothing like the picture advertised lol little chicken bites not even crispy and as for there nachos oh my really... a hafe of a handful of chips drowned in cheese sauce first and last time there! My new York cheese cake blizzard wasn't even made right... I was very disappointed in this DQ

Well we wanted a stuffed chocolate chip cookie and the staff said * we never ordered any more . Luckily we aren't living here very much longer. It's the laziness that is super popular and it's not ok. People don't care 🤷

Such a shame, I was hoping for a relaxing meal and this place was a huge disappointment. The workers, including the night manager, are rude and disrespectful to the customers. They refused to give me my receipt and proceeded to ruin my order, and they found it all so hilarious. I have many, many relatives in Robstown and will be publishing this on my social media outlets.

Went to this establishment twice this week only to be very disappointed both times. Apparently the employees do not know the difference between onion rings and french fries as both times I ordered onion rings and both times received fries. The second visit also served cold fries.

If there's a better wording for great service please let me know we were on our way back from south padre and we missed a few other DQ's along the way so we decided this was it lol we pulled up and we dropped a pretty big order on what seemed like a crew of 3 1st off shout out to the cook I see you bro in there making good food and getting orders correct and what not,thank you sir (tips hat) and the 2 ladies working the front thank you as well not only did everyone enjoy their 6 yes that right 6 #1 combos we aslo munched happily on our 6 free Sundays which were included in each combo ordered so over all just a huge thank you to the entire crew (in case I missed anyone) yall made the remaining ride back to San Antonio that much better keep up the good work @dairyqueen
