I called asking for Celtic salt. It would have been sold for horses. It shows that they have it when I look online so I called to see if they had any in store. I was on hold for 10 minutes while this guy went and looked to see if they had any. I ended up just hanging up so I can call back. For the last 40 minutes I've called over 20 times no one answered the phone. Finally when someone did answer the phone the guy seemed super irritated, and told me they don't keep it in store they keep it online which could have been a simple answer to my question.

The customer service at this location need to be evaluated. Called in to check in for online pick up. Called store out here ready for our order. No ones coming out. 15 minutes gone by, calling store and they aren’t picking up. sitting outside, had to go in the store to get service

I was on hold over 30 minutes & had to call back several times the person that answered every time was extremely rude & kept making excuses & kept putting me on hold even longer. I needed to check if an item was in stock before driving 45 minutes one way to the location. This was a whole other level.

Do not make a same day delivery! Day 3 of waiting and still nothing! You call and get excuse after excuse and still no delivery! Make sure you call tractor supply support to get your delivery fee back. 69.99 delivery fee for same day and it does not come.*Update, it's the 23rd and still no delivery!!

I have shopped at this store many times and when I ask just to borrow a safe key , nope!! I was going to bring back and I live 5 minutes from the store. I have emailed the CEO and we will see if that helps.

Stopped for a propane refill. Quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went inside to tell them I needed propane, and before I could even walk back to my car and get the tank out, he was opening the gate ready to fill my tank up. I don't see how they could do any better.

Well I couldn't use there propane service here because I could not park close enough to filling station area. But the staff was very helpful and explained how Close I had to get. Even went out and checked it out. I have a class A 38 ft. Diesel pusher

It’s a tractor supply. But they have some pretty shoddy “sales” in a poor attempt to fool the consumers. Be weary of any of their sale tags.

I had never been before. We went tonight around 6 pm. All of the people working were great! The cashier was very sweet. I was asked if I needed help and when the associate didn't know, he got the manager. The manager was helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't have what we needed, but the customer service was excellent. It is a bit of a drive for us, but we will be back.

Excellent service from start to finish. I called looking for a very specific model trimmer. To my surprise they had it and the associate Daniel went the extra mile to confirm it was the exact one I needed with very specific features. When I arrive to the store Daniel had it set aside for me. They have an excellent extended warranty on powered yard equipment that will certainly save me a lot of money should something go wrong. Everyone was very helpful, professional and approachable. It’s a little further of a drive for me but I will be back to this location.

Was a 45 min trip from the house but it was worth it. All the local TSC were out of chicks so we had to come to this one and we are glad we did. Staff was helpful and didn't have to chase them down for assistance. We weren't looking at the chicks for a few minutes before an employee was there offering assistance. Larger than normal garden center which my wife was happy about finding a white crepe myrtle for $15. Will be going to this location again when we need anything else.

We had ordered a gift that was supposed to be picked up at the Roanoke location on 12/24. However, it did not get to the store. Wendell went out of his way to help us select another item. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great gift for our son. We really appreciate all of his help and the 5 stars are because of him!

Shelly@ your Roanoke,Tx location went above and beyond on working on expediting my very poor delivery service from Roadie Delivery. Which took 2 days to get resolved and Roadie lied to me and your store about picking the item up as scheduled. They never showed up at all on 7/16 as they stated they did.

Good luck getting propane from this store. Typical answer when asked about getting propane filled is that they don’t have anyone that is qualified on shift. I have had about a 20% success rate at getting propane service.

Very kind and helpful staff!I ran in about 2 min before close to grab some kind of rodent bedding, intending on actually using it in the muddy areas of my yard. Grabbed 2 big bags of what I thought was the cheapest, but the lady at the checkout, when I told her what I was using it for, went the extra mile. She immediately refunded me the over priced bags and showed me an even larger option that was a much better deal, then helped me carry it to my car, despite it now being about 5 min after closing time. Thank you so much! Now I won't have to bathe my dog after every time I let her in the yard!

I went to get a propane tank filled. Everyone was very polite and helpful, and I had it done in 5 minutes flat... and it was 1/2 the price of tank exchange at other stores, $9 and change tp fill a standard issue grill tank. This is a great place for all sorts of "around the house" stuff.

The people working here tonight (10/18) were absolutely incredible. We’ve never had any issues with tractor supply employees, they always seem happy to do their job, but the ones tonight were exceptional. So very patient with us and our wild toddler and also kind. Super friendly and helpful as well. People like them are why we keep coming back to tractor supply for everything! Thank you.

Love this store. The staff is awesome and the selection and inventory is fantastic. They even let me bring my dog inside; too cool. Everything from dog food to seasonal clothing, tools and supplies for the farm. You have to move Tractor Supply Co!

These guys are great. Quick and easy propane refill on July 3rd...yes, I kinda waited last minute to get some propane. Pretty fair price, they charge by the weight you get and purge excess pressure for you. They will be my preferred propane refill place.

I have tried to get propane tanks refilled here on two different occasions. Evidently there is only one person in the whole store that can do it and they are gone by 2 pm. I’ve called both times before wasting my time driving to the store for nothing. I called today at 12:30 and was told that the girl had taken her lunch break and would be around after that to fill tanks, or another employee would be coming in as well. I’m here by 2 pm and was informed that nobody can do it because they left for the day and will be here in the morning. Can you get more people that are “certified” to refill propane? I’m certain I’m not the only one that runs into this with this location.

The closest thing you can get to a local hardware store nowadays. You need bolts or a .177” BB gun? They have them. You need tools, WD-40, tape or zip ties? Yup! Need horse tranquilizers? Probably. Looking for some old school licorice? Right by the check out line. Delicious.

Not enough help in the store. Bought a brand new trailer and one light was broken and didn’t function properly. Had to wait a very long time for title paperwork and tag as only one person in the store was trained to complete this task and had to complete this paperwork on another trailer first. Still waiting on the completion of light installation and have been here for 2 hrs 20 minutes so far. However a positive they did provide another light to match the new one as they didn’t gave one to match in stock. That was nice but honestly they need to make sure the trailer are ready to roll when purchased especially when over 2k

Worst customer service and help. Waited over an hour for assistance when there was no one in the store. I apparently needed to track down a guy to help us which saw me and ignored me and my husband the 10 times he saw us. Front cashier lady was nice but seriously the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. 4 different people working and no one to help. If we didn't have to get the fence we needed, we would not be back.

I’ve spent a lot of money here. I’m judging it in relation to other stores in the TSC chain. If you need a truly brilliant solution, ask for an employee named Jasmine. If you need help outside, Paul is your man. All the staff there is great, and respectably knowledgeable. They’re also very helpful with farm tax exemptions.
