Paid so much for nothing, ears are still not clean, his breathe is not minty like y’all promised meaning you didnt brush his teeth, don’t smell a shampoo or conditioner so not even know if you actually used those or just clean him with just water! He is all same except he is shaved off and I can see his pink skin, used razor so hard that he was hurt on his male private parts! He is so terrified, I will not bring him back here and will not leave my baby alone with y’all again!

The groomers were caring & gave me a report of how my puppy did during the grooming session. Nails were perfect, his coat was sleek & shiny, teeth & ears were cleaned plus he smelled amazing. Thanks for pampering my puppy! 😉

We had our dog come in today for a grooming, bath, brush, and nail trimming we paid a lot of money for a service that we didn’t get. The dog came back with his nails just as long, hair just as long, and we asked for a refund and we were told no. Never going back again
