I took my rescued/adopted dog to training with Petsmart's trainer, Melanie. I was probably as nervous as my timid dog, but soft-spoken Melanie is a "dog whisperer" :-)Melanie made each session valuable with easy instructions and tips to practice at home! What a great experience with such a kind, experienced, and full-of-information trainer! Audi and I will be back for another session.

The store has a smaller footprint and seems to be lacking in choices. Couldn't find a medium sized dog bed or a slip loop leash when we were in. The staff was friendly.

Yeah...don't buy these collars. We had that collar for 2 months and it started rusting and corroding. They should decommission those and put up a safer line. Super harmful.

I had my dog groomed with Marsha. I have never had to do this before with any dog. She did an amazing job, I will surely go back to her again!

They always have what we need for our cat and the small animal selection is plentiful. Our kids love visiting the adoptable animals section!

Nice folks at this location. Prices are a little high but the have the cat litter we like to use. Tip...check your receipt as there is usually a coupon for next purchase. I usually get to bags of cat litter, pay for one and get the receipt and get $5 off the second bag...easy!

Clean and rearranged displays make some necessities easier to find.We went to shop for a new dog bed, training treats and additional Chuck-it toys.Found what we needed ourselves, which is good because there was no one on the floor to assist... checkout was quick and the checker was helpful and courteous.Nice to see an actual human at the checkout too.I'd recommend this location as pric s and selection were both good.

Inventory of fish and critters is sub par relative to other stores. They have tanks, but half of them are empty. I overheard that they're out of crickets as well. I guess if dog and cat food is enough to carry the business that's fine, but every time I go in there looking for fish it's always a disappointment

Nice comfortable environment, do it being not as big as other PetSmart's. Seems easier to shop. The workers were very friendly and I even think my pets got smart.

This is the second time I take my dog to get groomed at this location, and both times I did not receive the service I paid for. The bath is supposed to include a sanitary trim and pad shaving (according to the PetSmart website when you are booking). My dog has never received that despite of me paying for it to be done. This is the second time I will need to not only go somewhere else but also spend extra money to get his paws shaved and sanitary trim.

Our experience with the grooming department and the store manager's response to a mistake the grooming department made, was not only alarming, but unprofessional and very unethical. Im shocked at how unnecessary and confrontational their response was towards me, after deciding to shave all of the hair off of our border collie instead of a light scissor trim. Im praying his coat will come grow back normal, after the vet has warned otherwise. He did not deserve that and petsmart should have called me to pick him up, like any ethical groomer would do.

This occurred during our recent ice storm. As the sun was melting some ice on a rare day, I went out to run a bunch of errands before the sleet and freezing came again at sundown. All stores were closing early, staff needs to get home safely, too. As I approached the entrance, staff members told me they needed to close up. My cupboard was bare for my pup... and they let me come in, assisted me and I hurried home - a VERY satisfied and loyal customer!

The store is okay, but the Groomers need to be a lot more careful. Twice, one of our dogs has come back hurt. This last time so much so that we wound up taking him to the vet. They need to find whichever groomer is being rough and pulling on the dogs legs, etc. and fire them.

I made a order online for delivery. Everything went great up until I received a text that order was delivered. But there was nothing. The picture sent by the doordash driver was a different house address then the one in order. I called the store asking what was the steps I needed to do or can you help? I spoke with the store manager who refused to go the extra mile to help and only told me they can't help. Refusing to even speak more about the issue so we both can figure this out they didn't care. On my own I spoke to DoorDash they contacted the store and scheduled a redelivery. My frustration is the Petsmart store manager didn't care nor want to help me. I have filed a complaint with the Corporate office and requested a call back. In my opinion you must give better customer service even if you are not able to give them the results they don't want to hear. All this store manager needed to do was express concern and give me a Doordash customer service number. PETSMART BE BETTER

The staff is always friendly and they have a good stock on items. Their grooming services are fast and reliable.I always gets my dogs' food and treats from here, especially the basics since it's at a very convenient location.This store usually has a lot of sales going on for their rewards members so make sure to sign up!

I visited this place for the first time and asked for help as I couldn't get what I was looking for and I showed the clerk an exact picture of what I wanted to buy and she assured me that they didn't have the product and she left. With all my patience I searched and there were several packages in very clear sight. They do those things when they are not willing to help, because she did not make any effort.

Visited the store with my husband. No employees noticed a large amount of poop on the floor in several spots until my husband and another customer stepped in it. No store employees addressed my husband, apologized, or asked if he needed anything to clean his shoe up.

The store itself is good. Great selection and prices. The grooming service is not. Will only take the paper as proof of rabies shot. Forget that they give you another tag when you get the shot. That's pointless. Just another thing making noise as she walks around. Forget that she's an extremely calm and friendly dog. Will never schedule with them again.

I came in to buy a 30lb bag of Eukanuba Large Breed dog food. I got a bag that was stacked above a price tag of $56.99. At checkout, the price rang up as $62.99 and I was told I had to provide my email to get the $56.99 price. So I provided my email but the bag still rang up at the higher price. I was out of dog good, so I paid it. But this has happened before at this location, where items sometimes don't ring up for the sticker price. It smacks of bait/switch. This is the closest store that carries this particular food, so I shop there. But next time I'll insist on getting the listed lower price. $6 is $6 I can use for fuel.

Why do you even have a phone number if all you do is ignore anyone that calls.? I’ve gone in the same day and it’s bone dry never busy so why is no one can answer the phone.? Definitely needs better management.

Terrible customer service. I was Late and they cancelled. They said they were short staffed and couldn’t do the grooming. This is my 2nd time with them and they always try to find an excuse to cancel. They all looked stressed out because they had a few people quit. Well no wonder the working atmosphere is terrible. So I asked if they could just bathe my dog. Their reply was at 5:15. So I’m 15 min for a grooming appt and I understand you can’t groom but a bath doesn’t take that long. They will look for any excuse to cancel because it doesn’t matter whether or not they have clients because they will be paid regardless.

I do not usually write reviews but this place is always short handed they cancelled on me twice and then scheduled an appointment and cancelled when we got there. I will not be bringing my three dogs back.

Never returning. Shopped at this Pet Smart for the first time today. Bought a handful of things and paid almost $220. Looked at the receipt later and realized they charged us for something twice, when we only bought one. On another item they charged us more than what the price sticker said at their store. When seeing that, I looked at everything. Four other items we bought were extremely overpriced when compared to their own website! We bought a crate mat and was charged $51.29, but online it said 29.99! We called the store first because it just seemed so weird. We were told it costs more to run a store than to run a website, so that’s why the prices are higher. First, that sounds ridiculous. Your prices need to be consistent online and in the store, just like everywhere else! Poor customer service as well. My boyfriend was being extremely nice about it but the employee we were talking to was rude the whole time. Never returning!!!

My son was called, after he had already dropped off his emotional support dog, and told that they could no longer groom her there after today. She is a senior dog and they said that the dog must keep standing during the bath and grooming. His dog has had either a stroke or a seizure of some kind and at times has trouble with her back legs. They washed her, left her soaking wet and then had my son pick her up. The only positive was that they didn't charge him. They shouldn't have because she looks worse than when she went in. How dare you treat dogs and their owners in such a manner. We will never use another Petsmart for anything. If zero stars could have been given that would be your true rating
