We recently rescued a mini labordoodle, and wanted to take her to the groomers for the first time to be cleaned up. My expectations were exceeded with Diggidy Dog! I’ve never owned a dog that needed groomed, and Madison was a huge help with the process. She took the time to explain what she thought was the best package for my pup. She didn’t overcharge me, or do unnecessary shaving! My dog seemed very matted to me, but with a first time puppy package she had my dog cut, brushed, toe nails clipped, and cleaned in less than 2 hours! You can tell she cares about the dogs, and the service she provided. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Madison for making our girl look beautiful!

Diggity Dog is hands down the best groomer! They are always able to get my Chewy in for a grooming appointment and treat him like a king! The staff is amazing and very prompt in getting back with me in scheduling appointments. I couldn’t recommend Diggity Dog more!

My first time here and both my girls turned out great. They have you complete paperwork online and remind you about upcoming appointments. Called and wanted me to bring them in 2 hours early. Very happy with Shannon who groomed my babies, she even called to ask about how I wanted their feet cut. She followed direction on the entire hair cut. I will definitely be back. Thank you Shannon for doing a great job.

I recently took my 8-year-old Alaskan Husky, Rossi, to get a bath on 9/20/23. I had been to other salons and decided to give this one a try since it was closer to home. When I got there, the bather and the front desk staff were very friendly towards me and my dog. My daughter brought her Jelly Leash (stronger and easier to control dogs from tub to table) and the bather said not to worry he uses the same one! That made us very happy that he knew how to control and work with the leash. Since we asked for a de-shed bath and paws trimmed, it was about a few hours. When we picked him up, the first immediate difference between this salon and the previous one was, he was smiling and not panting. The second difference was how the staff said he was not a complainer/talker like the other dogs in the salon. They said he was welcomed back anytime. He was so quiet. The final and biggest impression left on us, was the quality of the bath, brush and blow out with the de-shed treatment. His fur was so soft and there was hardly any hair coming out in clumps. Diggidy Dog is a great place, and we will be coming back.

They got my pooch in quickly (next day) and cut groomed him exactly as I asked. He was not anxious when I picked him up as he has been at other groomers. They were also quicker than alot of other places I have been to. Would recommend and will go back.

We first took our Golden Retriever here for a grooming some time in March (I think) and were happy with the service. We have gone back twice after that and every time he has come back as if they didn’t pay ANY attention to the instructions. Once we asked for a summer cut. When we went to pick him up, while they had cut his body fur short, he looked like a complete fool with his tail and neck fur with original length. The next time (today), we gave DETAILED instructions to trim fur on his paw pads and a sanitary trim. We picked him up in a hurry (as something unexpected came up) and as we take a look at him at home later, NOTHING we asked for was done. His ears are still dirty. I strongly recommend inspecting your fur baby thoroughly when you pick them up from this place after a grooming.

Took my dog (mini schnauzer) in last week for a full body summer cut and to have his face shaped up. They were very friendly when I arrived. However, Groomer left long hair patches EVERYWHERE, did not shave rear end, and did not shape up or clean the face very well. Im very disappointed in the work done.EDIT- Owner was very kind and quickly got me back in to have the trim fixed. Looks much better! Make sure to schedule with her, she did a great job.

This is my 1st review I have ever done. My wife and I have been with Diggidy Dog for the last year. I have not been to the Keller location. I love the Grapevine store and the girls there. But as my boy gets older he has become less tolerant of other dogs. The Girls told me i should try the Keller location. It is much smaller and less dogs there at one time. So this was my 1st visit. I met with Coleena (The Owner) She told me she is in this store most of the time now. The store is small but very clean and when my boy was done it was just as good as the girls in Grapevine. Makes me feel good that whatever location I am in, I will get A grade service.

Lori spent a lot of time with our sweet Sunny! She was very good about sending photos along the way and was able to leave a lot more hair than was expected. We took our elderly dog to Diggidy Dog and were worries about how they'd handle him because he didn't move around well and needed some patience. Well let me tell you they were amazing! They got his nails in great shape, sat on the floor with him and brushed out his endless Labrador undercoat, and treated him like a king. I could not have been happier with their service and how they truly love and care about animals!

2 extremely unusual and dangerous experiences that occurred on separate occasions! Be very careful of this business please!My daughter was called to come pick up her dog early. Once arrived we were informed the grooming table fell over on him with him harnessed to it. We were then told he pooped himself because of it. His hair was tangled in balls and he was a frazzled anxious mess of course. Lucky for all, he was unharmed and didn't break his neck. Not sure how this was even possible because other groomers told us those tables are extremely heavy.My son also had a bad experience with his dog's stomach being severely burned the size of half dollars by overly hot grooming sheers. Confirmed by a vet and was on medication for weeks to prevent infection. This should never occur to an animal by any experienced facility.

We scheduled our 17 week Goldendoodle here for a trim. His hair was very long and our vet recommended we get the hair removed from his ears. I called before our appointment today to ensure his ears were going to be done and to request a full body trim. She reassured me that it would all be done if he was cooperative. My husband dropped off our dog and reinforced the ears needing hair removal inside. We picked him up and no hair had been removed from his ears, no body hair had been trimmed except the hygiene area. Completely pointless waste of money!

UPDATED:Saw that the owner responded, greatly appreciated. We called and got an appointment right away.OLD REVIEW DURING COVID:Really loved this place, our dog would always get groomed here. No negative feedback on the grooming, our dog would always looked great. But we’ve called probably about three times since March with no response. I left a voicemail each time.. still nothing in return. I thought at first it might have dealt with COVID... which I understand 100%. But once I went to Facebook I saw they were just taking precautions (which was great) and still taking appointments. I just don’t get why I wouldn’t even get a call back to see when we could schedule a appointment? I think communication can improve.

I took my 13 week standard poodle to Shannon yesterday. Highly recommend Diggity Dog Keller! I had read reviews where Shannon is very good with poodles and she truly is! I will also be bringing my maltese to her going forward. My baby smelled so good and looked beautiful.🐩❤ Thank you Shannon!

This was the first time we used this company and we probably wont be using it again. This location was not really set up for a family with a large dog to feel comfortable. We had our reservations about leaving our German Shepherd/ Rottweiler mix here simply because we as her parents felt unwelcomed by management. The manager, Shannon, was there about 5 minutes after the place was supposed to open at 9 and we had our appointment at 9. The associate that was working was waiting outside for the manager as well and was quite friendly and took to our dog immediately. We were admittedly early so we walked around a bit in the shaded grass area. When Shannon did arrive, she made no move to greet us at any point or to apologize for being late, she was rude and curt to us as we signed in and dropped our dog off. It was not our fault that she was late, or that the person who took our reservation put us on the wrong spot. We even tried to let the young associate know that if she told our dog "bed time" it would be easier for her to get my girl in the kennel and the manager barked at us to just let them handle it. The only reason we did not take our dog out with us right then was because she desperately need the bath and for her nails to be clipped. Upon picking our dog up she was clean and happy and Shannon seemed to be in a better mood, but only handled the dogs and refused to even look at or talk to the customers, of wich there was myself, my husband, and another guy waiting. Shannon obviously cares a great deal for animals more so than humans and being on time. As a manager myself that is unacceptable and very disappointing.Edit: we were contacted by Shannon and she did explain that she was having a bad day and apologised for it and for making us feel uncomfortable.

This was our first time using Diggity Dog today for our 6 pound morkie. After having a bad experience with another local groomer, we were a little nervous but our dog came out looking GREAT! They got us in last minute, did a surprisingly quick job with the groom, and even helped to give advice on the type of cut that we were looking for. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming...we will definitely be back:)

I have brought my Molly to them a few times. I was always very happy with the cut she got, and that she was happy when I picked her up. The last 2 times I have brought her there, she received very choppy cuts. The first bad cut she got they didn't follow instructions I gave and very choppy cut. I called and talked to them they apologized, busy day etc. Since I previously was so happy with them. l gave them a another chance. I am very disappointed that quality is no longer a priority to them. I had them recut but its still choppy. I sent text to let them know still not happy with the cut and I would not be coming back. They texted back that "they do strive for greatness but sometimes you can not please them all". I guess I was being to picky thinking a professional grooming shouldn't look like I did it myself.

I absolutely recommend! My dog Simba can be difficult and have had bad experiences with other dog salons where he would get home and be sad and not eat after grooming for weeks. When we took him there we were so impressed Simba gets home and is his normal self. His groomer is Shannon so Thank you Shannon! I really appreciate the time, patience and wonderful job you do on our Simba.
