Horrible!! Zero stars!!! I understand their food is supposed to be fresh but Their Gravy was way too hot and burnt my 6year old! I stopped here on the way back home from traveling yesterday, went through drive thu service. I got my daughter a kids meal of chicken strips. As I was driving off I hand my daughter her meal and hear her screaming!! I pull over to find some of her GRAVY had spilled on her and burned her leg! She now has a big blister due to how hot that dahm gravy was!

First of all, we went in to place the order. We waited in the area of the second door where there were more people at the tables also waiting for their orders and one of the cashiers came to run us out of that area saying that it was closed! We moved immediately from the box and after 20 minutes they reluctantly gave us our order... but when I got to my car with the things to continue my trip I realized that the banana was spoiled, in poor condition and the melted ice cream choose to throw it away instead of eating it.

I drove up to the drive through lane speaker 8 minutes before 9pm closing time and the guy on the speaker immediately said they were now closed...I asked him what time they closed (since google maps had them listed closing at 9pm) and he stonewalled me...just silence...There was one pickup truck in front of me at the window but I don't know if that was a customer or an employee who blocked the lane. That is no way to manage any fast food establishment...I went on to the next DQ down the road, which closed at 10pm and I showed up about 15 minutes before 10 and they were open for business and had several customers inside.

Visited this location on 10/17 and purchase two banana splits .The service was great and food taste fresh.Also didn’t know Tuesday’s and Thursday’s they have 1.99 banana splits !Great

I arrived at 7 PM on a Wednesday night didn’t get my food until 722 and when it did arrive, the fries were cold. I asked for a refund and they refused me making me take another order of fries. They were just as cold. 20 minutes for one cheeseburger and cold fries is completely unacceptable for any fast food restaurant in America. That being said Dairy Queen is my go to restaurant of choice when I’m driving and have to get something to eat. But this place should be embarrassed of itself. It wasn’t busy there was me and two other people inside the restaurant, and those two men had already eaten.

The young man at the counter was super nice and made us feel very welcome. My husband and I are on our way home from dropping a load in Pharr and it was very pleasant to meet such a sweet hardworking young man. We will definitely stop by again!Parking: Truck parking on the side of the building

Very very personable I can do it pull up to the drive-thru window and almost every one of the workers know my vehicle and just automatically know what I want then one manager I'm not real sure what his name is absolutely wonderful guy very very personable he's kind he's everything a manager should be if only some of the workers were that personable

They were out of small cups for drinks, Buster Bars, and possibly motivation when I stopped in for a late lunch on a road trip. I was glad to see the DQ on a sparsely populated stretch of road, so I stopped in for some "fast" food. :) Yes, you know where this is going.The young man that seemed to be most familiar with the register was clearly not happy to be there, that day. The only time he smiled was when he was talking to some young ladies who also came in while I was waiting for my food. He smiled as he mentioned to them that he was leaving immediately as soon as another worker arrived. When I was ordering, I asked him about a special sandwich that they were offering at the time and I couldn't tell whether he thought it was disgusting or if he thought everything about work was disgusting, at the time, so I went with a safer sounding option. The other lady working the counter was trying and, although she needed assistance from the young man, occasionally, seemed to be trying to keep a positive attitude. I'm not sure what was happening in the kitchen, but everyone's orders were taking a long time. When I finally got my food (a sandwich and a small blizzard) they met my optimistic expectations of DQ quality food and treats. I didn't keep track, but I think it was realistically 15-20min to get my order. I remember thinking that maybe I could have called ahead if I had known, but the phone rang multiple times and it only seemed to further frustrate the young man because he audibly expressed his disdain about the phone ringing, again, from the back room. I don't think they even answered the phone.I hope that the young man was just having a rough day and if I were his manager, I would prefer to have given him the day off to resolve his issues, rather than letting it impact customer experiences. Something was going wrong in the kitchen which may have been the source of the young man's frustrations. But, while my brief encounter was sad, I did leave with the food and treat that I had hoped for and I have no complaints about the quality.

I loved the ice creams and the person behind the counter was alone and doing one thing for everyone. I feel bad for that one guy my family and I had too see. But, the service there is GREAT! Never got our order wrong. They have very tasteful foods that we can stop over and get from the drive threw. That's why I'd rate it 5 stars.

First time I stopped there for a slushy. The cup had a napkin around it all full of red "cherry" liquid, it was leaking all over, I had to be careful not to stain my clothes. The drink was just ice, sugar, red coloring, and some artificial flavor.

The evening crew on Saturday 6-24-22 we're very welcoming made us feel very appreciated. That's why I drove from corpus to y'all. Small Town always have the best DQ,my opinion.

Horrible!!! When we walked in, an employee walked right in front of us and didn't even acknowledge us. Then we stood at counter waiting for someone to take our order. When our order came my husband's drink didn't come. I went to counter to ask for it and the girl there kept asking it we had ordered it. Twice I showed her my receipt. She finally agreed to bring a drink. I had asked for my cheeseburger without a bun. It came with a bun and the cheese was stuck to the bun so all I could eat was the hamburger. I had to had to go to the counter to ask for a knife and fork. Altogether a very unpleasant experience.
