I have never had to deal with a more unfriendly associate than I had to tonight. The guy was extremely rude, he seemed upset that I was in the store. He made extremely weird faces at me and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I could not get out of this store fast enough. I think it’s safe to say that I will not be returning.

This is the worst place I've shopped at. The cashier was extremely rude to my kids telling them not to touch anything if they're not going to buy like seriously...they're kids... she must had had a horrible childhood to think it's ok to talk to children like that. I honestly felt so infuriated by her treatment to us but at the same time I remember I believe in God and prayed for her afterwards 🤷‍♀️😄🤦‍♀️. Never going back there

My neighborhood family dollar. Its close . Its always open. They have what I go in for. Staff is nice. AC works... Two thumbs up folks! I've been a customer at this store for about 20/years

Ive worked as an assistant manager, at a Family Dollar. And this has to be the worst staff Ive ever seen. Everyone that works there is silent, rude and unhelpful, with bad customer service. The turnover rate must be bad as well, since theres always new crew. There has been some nice, happy cashiers, but all of a sudden they dont work there anymore. I dont blame them, morale is terrible.

Very dirty store. The floors look like they have never been swept, let alone washed. Also the entire time the cashier was ringing up our items she was talking on the phone. It was obvious that it was a personal call.

Employees are always friendly. If, in need of cleaning supplies, this is the place! The prices are way cheaper than Walmart and you are in and out.

The clerks were too busy chatting to check me out. I left all my thing's on the counter and left the store. It's always this way. I won't go back to that location again

Come here sometimes for basic grocery stuff and other random dollar store type items. Don't expect and kind of customer service though, and watch out for the weird guy that makes faces.

The manger here has no customer service. Very Rude and unprofessional. Dont recall her name, but I think its Dalia. I reported my Experience to upper management.
