They stocked well. Store looks great. Jenny the manager has been working so hard to make it a nice store . she needs a raise Dollar tree. Her staff also. Hard working people. Today that store was in tip top shape

This store is disgusting!!Boxes down every aisle, nothing on the shelves. There was one young lady at the checkout texting on her phone.She was nice and when I asked why was there so many boxes on the aisle and nothing on the shelfs. She just shrugged her shoulders and said we have another shipment tomorrow.

I like going here. Only thing is that it is so very messy!! Stuff is always all over the place and boxes on the floor or at the end of isles. Some of the sales associates are nice and have good customer service but others have none!! They look miserable, unhappy, and bothered by customers!! That’s not good!!

The people that work here are very rude. Everytime I go in there I get bad cashiers with bad attitude. If I had another location closer to me I would definitely not go back

This store is always sloppy dirty a person in a wheel chair would not be able to come into this there is boxes everywhere and you ask the Hispanic manager there where all the carts shw tell me that that the people of rivers oaks are stealing them

A bit smaller than most DT stores, so they don't always have what you need. Most of the employees are really friendly. Just a couple who have no CS skills whatsoever. Since they opened up a new grocery store next to them, parking is a bit congested and inconvenient. Hopefully they'll try and redesign it to accommodate the larger traffic.

So far Dollar Tree River oaks has more of what l need on Stock.This is only the 2nd time They didn't have The non sacrin yellow sugar sub.

I love Dollar Tree . We went for birthday supplies and they have all kinds of it for 1 $ a piece.. Nice stuff . no reason to pay Walmart prices for it . good birthday decorations wrapping stuff mylar balloons.. Cant complain and they are even open later cuz of the holiday season

I enjoyed my visit with Dollar Tree. I bought four items for $5.08 usd. The store was very busy with customers. The manager open up another cash register and I was number two in that line. I was waited on and cashed out within twohan minutes. That same k you for your good customer servicemanager opened the front door for me because I was in a wheelchair. I shall return again and shop some more snksoon! Very good job done at the River Oaks Dollar Tree. Thanks again! Bobby White.

Great selection of items here, nice little/bigger than most grocery/food/freezer area. My daughter & I & our minpin/chi Cookie had a nice time trying to decide what items we wanted most! Cant wait to come back w more $$

Rude manager!!!! I guess if you're not educated, have no class, look as if you've given up on everything, and you are a rude trashy person you can not only get hired there you can become management. I see how Dollar tree feels about the company with trash like that running their mouth and the store in the ground. Shame on them!!!

If you live on a budget like we do then the Dollar Tree is the place to be!! You can decorate all year and make it look great for cheap!!

By far the worst customer service and staffs I’ve ever expierenced. Especially the manager, incredibly rude and outright mean to customers and other employees and belittles employees for everything, also certain workers are not given hours during this pandemic and they won’t fire them so they won’t get unemployment. Awful, awful people

This store is an absolute mess. Empty shelf's and stacks and stacks of boxes in the isles that need to be stocked. It's been this way for quite a while now.
