Seriously the worst pharmacy. Never have anything ready on time, wait in hold by phone for almost an hour many times. I’ve worked in the pharmaceutical industry over 20+ years and know the ins and outs of pharmacies… can’t wait to move my prescriptions elsewhere.

I called to find out why a generic prescription cost almost $400. The pharmacy hung up on me while I was holding. I attempted another call, and no one answered after waiting 10 minutes. Two weeks ago I asked to have my rescue inhaler refilled, and it wasn't. I am switching to another company because I'm tired of the poor customer service.

This is my regular pharmacy, they are always very helpful and prompt with filing orders. The staff are kind and always ask us if we need anything. They care about you getting the best medicine and needs for your budget, and they always make sure you're well educated and informed on any of the medications you need or are looking for.

This is been the third ando most awful day at this store worst service! At first as i entered the store the lady said they only accept 4 cupons per item and i said thats fine i just have 4 as i got my stuff to make the deals they had then she very rude say you can only take 1 or 2 we have limits and. Said if you dont want it go put it back! I felt really bad and went to put back the stuff and as i was heading to leave the store she even said if you dony want limits go to another cvs😢 so what is the point to have good deals if we cant do them! Im never going back they were very rude other times i asked if they had a poduct they just said maybe no but never offered to help me 😞

The pharmacist selected medicine for my “ achy body, scratchy sore throat ,runny nose and watering eyes” .I was treated nicely. The store is not sparkling but the staff was super nice.

My local CVS always takes care of me, from the young men and women that run the front counter. The ladies and gents in the pharmacy that take care of me and my family without delay!!

I have been going to this CVS for a while, I have moved from River oaks Tx, but I plan to keep returning to this store. Staff all have been real nice to me.
