Came 30 minutes before pharmacy closing to get 2 very basic prescriptions (amoxicillin and ibuprofen) filled and they rudely said they wouldn’t have time, to go to another pharmacy. Um, okay. I will do that and never use your pharmacy again. Thanks!

Run Run..find another Pharmacy, I had 3 different people in the Pharmacy tell me 3 different things in regards to my transfers from another State. Bunch of uneducated Clowns that took a 3 week online class, and think there now Professional!!! Reported them to the state!!!

Came to pick up script through drive thru when sick. Hours different from what’s on Google so this is my second trip. Even though there is a sign posted that Mucinex can be purchased at the drive thru window, I was told I had to come inside to purchase since the pharmacist was there alone (I could clearly see two people behind the counter). CVS is the Burger King of pharmacies. TERRIBLE customer service.

Don't ever have your medication from your doctor sent to this store they never have any in stock and if I even had mine on auto refill I have been out for already going on 2 weeks they need to get there stuff together

Usually go to Walmart but only needed cod sore medicine. Stood In pharmacy line to get item from lock up. Cashier in pharmacy sent my to the cashier at the front of the store. Not sure she understands customer service. She didn’t even offer to call another associate. The line at the front of the store 5 customers in line.Not sure why other items in pharmacy like cold medicine are behind counter in pharmacy but can’t make cold sore medication a little easier to get cause god know the assisted in pharmacy aren’t going out of their way for anyone. Gave a 1 star cause you have to give at least that to do survey.

I usually use Camp Bowie cvs but I felt really sick that I told my dr to send them here. It was a huge mistake. Went to pick up 2 meds and the girl tells me it’ll be 15-20 min wait.. ok cool. An hour later and they only give me one and tell me they don’t have the other medication and that my insurance doesn’t cover it and that it needs to be ordered. Okay, I tell them to order it and that it’ll be ready the next day. I call this morning to check and 20 min on the phone and nobody picks up the phone. I drive to the pharmacy and ask for a status, the lady was rude and tells me the medication was never ordered because they don’t carry it.. sooo I was lied to? and she didn’t even try helping me to see where I can get it nothing.

Only left a 1 star reviews because you can't leave negative ones. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE PHARMACY - It is the WORST for customer service. The pharmacy staff DO NOT CARE treat you like you are a burden, are rude and when THEY make a mistake are not willing to be accountable for it. I only used this location because they where close to home now I will GLADLY drive out of my to go to another pharmacy. Will NEVER shop here again EVER!

One star because negative stars are unfortunately not a thing Pharmacy staff is unhelpful and acts put out when they have to fill anything but the most basic of orders. They pretend that ordering medication that they don't have is a huge inconvenience to them and they tell you that it might not arrive if they have to order it.

My daughter had a tonsillectomy and a prescription for pain meds was called in. Unfortunately, the medication needed prior authorization from the doctor through insurance. That somehow got overlooked by the doctor’s office.However, the hospital called the pharmacy to ask about a cash price and we were given a quote. I get there to pay for the meds, full price, and the pharmacist refused to fill it because of my daughter being 13 years old. How do you refuse a 13 year old medication after a surgery? Especially when the DOCTOR called it in. The hospital had to literally argue with the pharmacist for nearly an hour for her to finally agree to fill it. I will never use this pharmacy for medications again.

I spoke with a male pharmacy tech over the phone today. He was very rude and not helpful at all. He had the worst attitude. He hung up on me. I am a nurse and would NEVER treat my patients this way. If I didn’t have my small children with me right now I would drive over there and get his name so I could report him to corporate. I can say with certainty that he sounded young , he was a male, and sounded Hispanic.

Literally the most ghetto. When you finally do get someone on the phone they answer you like your such a disruption to whatever mediocre conversation they were having. Plus by the looks of it management doesnt care. Last I was there to buy something the teenager at the register was clearly on something, And was staring at me like I’m the one drooling. Like bye.

Pharmacy staff is always kind and efficient. I don't like the CVS system of auto-refills without asking however the Pharmacy staff tries to work within the system to fix the issue. Again, the pharmacy staff is always kind considering they are almost always dealing with sick clients.

I generally have excellent customer service at this location! I have now been waiting in the Drive-Thru line for about 25 minutes. 🤔😮😷Update: after a few more minutes, there was a long line inside and 5 cars in drive though. The RX will have to wait until tomorrow! 😩

Went in to buy cosmetics and when I went to check out using the self checkout, a CVS associate refused to let me use the self check out despite the self check out station being completely operable. Very disrespectful.
