I went yesterday to go buy some items for my dogs and I had ask for help and I was told that they were going to send some assistance to help me out, but It never got there!!! I was planning to spend over $100. I was waiting for the assistance for 15 minutes and saw the same lady that had told me that they were going to get me some assistance walking and chatting with her another employee until I just walked out. And went to Petsmart which they had the same items for a few bucks less ☺️ thanks a lot tractor supplies for your customer service

Very Rude Assistant manager! Did not help at all to give customer satisfaction.I had purchased items within the same day that clearly had them in stock and somehow when going to pick them up the items are gone or what they say “ out of stock “ well obviously Out of stock because I purchased the items that were left !!!

This was a great experience for bathing our dog.There are about 4 different choices of shampoo, nail clippers, ointment to stop bleed, and a few groomers, towels, and a air blower.

Almost all of the customers were wearing masks. However, there was only one employee that I saw wearing a mask who was Alex. A young man who was very polite, knowledgeable and quick to answer my question. He alone is to be commended for following safety protocols and procedures. The other employee merely stated it was not mandatory. During this time of uncertainty there are many stores requiring employees wear masks. I patronize those stores as I feel a bit more comfortable in looking for certain supplies. I will not be doing business here and will be ordering on line for the products I need that cannot be found at other hardware stores. Border Town still requires masks - no mask no service. They had what I needed. Thank you.

Alex was very helpful getting everything that we needed. Extremely knowledgeable about answering our questions on issues we were having at the ranch. He found the products that we needed. Tractor supply is always a good place to stretch your legs on a road trip. They should put in a fountain drink machine and gas pumps. We would never be without gas.

Friendly service. Well stocked. Reasonable propane prices. Occasionally out of propane, call. Friendly and knowledgeable managers. Relocating in 2023 to near Walmart.

Still haven't gotten the hang of it. Still only one item on inventory on many items. So if you need more than one item your in the wrong store. You'll find many items, center of county and at good to great prices.

The employees are nice they'll be there to help and we got some baby chick and they are doing great no problem at all but one we got keeps on losing its feathers not sure if it's the food we got from there that it's not reacting well with her or the others are being a bully

Management sucks Christina Longoria does not have management skills and does not respect her employees or customers. No one is ever available to help because there are not enough workers and it all goes back to poor management.

It's a good place to get what you need but you need to know exactly what you need to get , most of the staff are not well educated on outdoors things and materials, also if you ask for help expect to ask sevral times before someone actually helps you

The baby chicks needed water real bad feathers was all fluff up . .....water water plus lamps on them needs water for sure......told a worker hope they water is was 103 degrees there today ....WATER AND FOOD!!!!!!
