Woof gang Richmond is very to my 2 poodles Munchie and Breezy, Ms Kelly is our 5 star Groomer, both 😀 are happy with thier experience seems to love ❤️ to go back and with the treats being by the door it makes the places more welcoming for the dogs. Good and very well organized place. Although we are moving to Rosenberg in the summer, I'm still bringing my Fur babies here to WoofGang Richmond for their grooming.

I was here about a month ago for my dog’s teeth cleaning, woohoo, my dog smells much better after this! Plus it’s non-anesthetic which makes me feel more secured as I’m having a small dog. (Price is reasonable too!)And while waiting for my dog to get his teeth done I saw these cute dog cookies!! My dog loves them as his new treat now.

I used to take my senior dog (yorkie poodle mix) to woofgang and they did great with him. When we got our new baby (toy poodle) I knew they would know exactly how to make her look fabulous! All the staff is so kind and helpful, highly recommend woofgang

Edit to review: Change of ownership and change of service.......Book ahead because they get super busy and are pretty booked most of the time. That in itself should tell you about their work ethic and quality. But, just in case, let me add my two cents: we've been using this business for about 8 years and are very satisfied with their work. Fair prices, tons of goodies, and healthy options for most pets.

My wife and I have been coming here for the past year or more. We always talk to and deal with the owner directly because she always happens to be there when we come in. The prices she offers for what we buy is great and she always has treated us amazing. Very welcoming, respectful, and friendly attitude towards us. We mostly buy treats, goat milk and other miscellaneous things for our 2 doggies. It’s been a wonderful experience coming here, even when she is not here, her staff have been very friendly to us. Definitely worth checking out if you have some fur babies!

We took our Golden Doodle in for a cut. The groomer was told we wanted a Teddy Bear cut on our 18 month old. When we returned our Doodle was SCALPED. The groomer did not listen to a word said and did what SHE wanted. Our dog had no mats and now she has less hair than she did when she was a puppy. Horrible job!!! That groomer should be fired!!! Be forewarned!! NEVER AGAIN for us!!

I have been a long time client of this location and trust their grooming services. Samantha did a fantastic job with de-shedding my german shepherd. She gave attention to problem areas on his coat and really made it a fantastic experience.

I HAD to come write a review immediately. Just came in to get my dog some birthday treats and the people here are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. I found them while just trying to find a place with birthday treats and I will definitely be back for grooming and food for the pups. Go see them for dog food and grooming needs! They have Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. I’ve never had this kind of service in a pet store!! They even gave a bunch of free dog food samples. We will be back

Woof Gang has become Sushi’s go-to place for grooming, and it’s easy to see why he loves it so much. From the moment we step through the door, it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of every dog that visits.I’m impressed by Kelly’s expertise and attention to detail. Sushi always looks impeccable after his grooming sessions, with a shiny coat and neatly trimmed nails. She goes above and beyond to make sure he looks and feels his best, and it shows.

We have a 13 year old mini poodle. Needless to say but she has had many hair cuts over the years. This was by far her best hair cut. Nails clipped perfect, ears cleaned perfect, but her hair cut was exceptional. While I cut her hair myself, I am far from a professional. We will definitely be going back. I usually don't do reviews but she looks so good, I felt like Woof Gang deserved it. We've been thete before and they always do a great job but this time I was impressed. And their treats are great too! While I can recommed every cutter their, Maria did her cut this time. I highly recommed her.

Hands down best place to bring your pet!! Please ask for Lexi tell her Cordia sent you!! Oh my goodness she did wonders on our pup!! He came out soooooo happy you can tell he was treated with care!! The staff is really amazing and the prices were great!! We will definitely be back to the “Richmond location”!! I absolutely love this place! Best spot to bring your dog for some wholesome treats!! Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable on all the products and there are always specials running!! If you want the best for your dog, this is the place to go!! They even have a frequent buyer program, ask the cashier to sign up!

Update:YES, an order was taken verbally and they said they put it in the computer to be ordered. Since I never received a call saying order was in, and I was getting low on food, I went in to ask about it and to just take size bag I needed from the shelf. You were out and your staff couldn't find the size in their computer...a large bag I had ordered multiple of times.And about my girls ear hairs...I never once said it was resolved. I was advised to come back at 2pm to view the cameras, of which I said I was not going to do.Yes, she had a mini groom, and ears are not touched. But when she came in with beautiful ear hair wings, and I pick her up and they are gone/cut...there is nothing you can say to convince me her ear hairs weren't touched.It is what it is, and I've learned an important lesson!!This Woof Gang location was once an excellent place to go for all my needs...food & grooming. But, once the ownership changed, so did a lot of their staff and their service. I already stopped getting my food from them since they botched our order (didn't order it at all), so I order their food online from Chewy.They have 1 or 2 groomers I still like. Today, one of my girls had to be groomed by someone else.I explained to her I did NOT want her ear hair cut, as I like the way it looks on her. She said she understood. When I picked her up the hair on BOTH of her ears had been trimmed/cut. The groomer advised she did nothing to the hair on her ears.I explained our girl had been groomed here multiple times and everyone always understood NOT to cut these hairs. She kept saying she didn't do it, maybe they came off due to matting (her ears do NOT mat), etc.Today was our last day entrusting our girls with this business.

The staff is really nice, patient, and kind to me and my dog. My dog always gets anxious and scared when he goes to the groomers, but with Woof Gang they are very patient and understanding with him. I have struggled to find a good groomer that won’t cut him or recommend me to fully sedate him to where he’s asleep, and now I’ve found one. Thank you Woof Gang

They did amazing on my 9 month old Maltese-Shih Tzu puppy’s first and very needed groom! See before and after pics. Braxton left happy and we will be back! He didn’t seem stressed at all even though this was his first time. He loves his handsome cut and is happy to be free of any matting. Thanks Woofgang ❤️🐾🐶

They shaved my wooly husky to the skin without proper content, they have no idea how to handle huskies or dogs like these. It has been a nightmare never taking my dog there again. 0 stars if I could. The groomer and the front desk were not knowledgeable.

09/08/2022 Latest reviewMost Pathetic place I would never bring my dog here again, the groomer was changed without telling us the guy who did the grooming on my dog “Daniel” gave poor service, The cut the hair so short and it is uneven on the on the years he did not blow dry after giving a haircut who does that my car and my shirt and everywhere it’s full of hair.The lady at the counter has no clue what she’s talking about ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous—————————-This place is super clean and has provided the best service for our dog Sparky,The groomer does a good job always however was just a little disappointed during my last visit where they forgot to clip the nails and due to busy schedule I couldn’t take him and the owner would not except the service even though I paid for last time.Other than that I have no other complaints just good things to say about the place

Our dog went to get groomed there yesterday and I was excited to see her come home with a new harness purchased from them. Today we realized she was cut by the bottom of her neck. I have provided pictures. I called the place and spoke to the owner told her the situation she didn’t seem to believe me. We took our dog to show her and the blood from the harness and she kept saying she checked with the groomer and he didn’t use clippers or anything. I said to her that regardless of what he told her our dog didn’t have this patch of hair missing before we went there and the harness had blood fromIrritating the area. She kept going and going and not taking any accountability. She even said that when I go to the vet to ask our Vet if this was from a groomer. I find it frustrating and disappointing that an owner of a place like this wouldn’t have more empathy and only made excuses. Her left eye had a popped blood vessel which our vet said it was from the stress she might have had from the cut.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location! The owner is sweet, Meiko loves his groomer Alicia. He's an older Shih Tzu and has vision issues but I feel very safe and comfortable with taking him here. They take great care of, he's done in a timely manner, and smells AMAZING! Thank you so much for the great service 😀 Did I mention they have dog Cakes, toys, and treats? I recently purchased Meiko's birthday cake and he devoured that cake!!!
