Finally I have found my family dog groomer! These two ladies were awesome. I brought in my English/ French Bulldog mix and my very nervous Plot Hound for dremmel and nail trim. They were accommodating and professional. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with a warm hello. They had other animals in the back and they all looked healthy and happy. They helped keep my nervous girl calm and they were quick. If you're in the Richmond and New Territory area don't let this little gem go unnoticed. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

I made an appointment for today (Thursday) with Renee. I get a call from Renee canceling my appointment saying she cannot handle senior dogs by herself. When I tried to reschedule she declined because she say that she would not hold a reservation if I was going to seek an appointment from another business. I find that a little hypothetical since she canceled my reservation less than 24 hours before my appointment. There's at least three issues I have with TLC and Renee. One, she (Renee) was the person who made the reservation. Two, she canceled my reservation twelve hours before my time. I made special arrangements to be able to make the appointment. Three, she was not very accommodating when I tried to reschedule.

I highly recommend TLC ON THE BRAZOS! Ava my teacup yorkie has a standing appointment every Friday, and has for over 9 yrs. now, to get her beauty treatment. She loves Renee and all her staff. They truly love all fur babies and take their profession very seriously. The salon is very clean and reasonably priced. So, take your fur baby to TLC ON THE BRAZOS for a day of beauty and pampering!!!

I have been a customer at TLC for almost 15 years. I love the care and consideration they give to all the animals - the young ones, the old ones, the frightened, even the annoying ones (lol). I am there just about every 2 weeks so I have seen them all. They have such big hearts and take in rescues to find new homes. If you are a pet lover, they share your love. Highly recommend!!

My handicapped sister and her little Bischon live with me. I started taking Gracie to TLC on the Brazos and she loves it there! She's always ready to go get pretty. Renee and the girls do a wonderful job of making her look pretty. She does better living in the country with a short 'not breed specific' cut. Kudos to TLC on the Brazos for cutting her the way we like it and for spoiling her rotten while she is there!

I walked in at 2:58 pm on a Saturday (they close at 4 pm). I ask for nail trimming for 2 dogs and am told they’re about to close. I point out that their website and the sign in their lobby says they close at 4 pm. Then I’m told they don’t have time for a wash and clip. I said I’m only interested in the nail clip, which is a 10 minute job for 2 dogs. Before I can even finish the sentence I’m told ‘I am NOT taking in your dogs!’ So I walk out without saying another word.While I’m sitting in the parking lot, another car pulls up and they walk in with their dog. So I decide to wait a few minutes to see what happens. After about 5 minutes they walk back out, and I ask them if they got any service. ‘Yes all we wanted was a nail trimming for our dog, and she did it while we waited.’ So why their dog and not my dog?If you want unprofessional service from a judgmental person, then go there. But there are plenty of other dog grooming places nearby.
