I like coming to this store, and have come across some very kind workers, but what bothered me about a recent visit, was I believe one of the associates was advised through the manager to keep an eye on me. As I would go to one aisle to another I was closely watched. This store has some kind associates, but I believe some of those who walk down the aisle you’re own to take a close look to make sure you are not pocketed anything, have been trained by management. What bothers me, it seems that it’s only certain skin colors it happens to. Every time I have come to this store to spend money, that’s never been counterfeit, but money I have received through hard work. The part that I can’t understand is when you get to the counter, many times you are asked if you care to give a donation. Why would a company want money from someone, supposedly got the money dishonestly. So I may have to stay at a point, where a there’s a better view in eye contact, so their eyes wouldn’t have to strain as much, thinking I would walk out with some merchandise. I happen to be a very hard worker, and have a honest living. This kind of behavior is truly bad for your business. Everybody is not a thieve. I’ve worked in retail, and the ones you don’t watch that wear suits and ties, be the very ones stealing the merchandise.

Alana PetSmart is more of the newest Petsmart that I know of. They are clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful if you need something and if you’re new to the pet world, they will be more than happy to come over and suggest you it is conveniently located on West Belfort

This is our local store. They didn't have a good variety of parrots to choose from when we were buying one, but thankfully all our parrots needs are easily met here. Service is fantastic and while not everyone knows everything about every pet, we've always been directed to someone with the expertise to answer our questions.

I always come to this store to get my son Cooper groomed and Amanda is such friendly and professional person I ever met and too expert to groom cats specially. Tge way she holds Cooper it’s the way I do, he lives to go to her lap as he trusts her, she is always going extra miles to give her best of best and also Jollin is amazing. I had a horrible experience with other groomers but Amanda and Jollin are really reliable you can trust on. Thank you girls always to make my Cooper adorable and taking care of him

Awful experience while trying to buy a fish. The girl working in the fish section saw us looking at them with our daughter and ignored us. When we tried to call for help it took a while before she came. When she got there she immediately had a bad attitude. She was rude to us when we asked about the fish and then when she found out our tank was 5gal, she refused to sell us any fish even though some of the stickers said they were able to be in a 5 gal tank. I am all about animal safety and we ended up buying a beta somewhere else. If she had a better attitude, we would have bought from there but now we will not be back to this location.

The in-store staff here is very rude. I have had some very unpleasant interactions with one specific employee. She is often the person overseeing the fish dept. She acts as though helping customers is an inconvenience to her. I only continue to shop here because it’s close to my home.

Adopted my Buttercup from this location 💞 Lovely staffs and clean area! I hope their pets gets adopted 🙂 Take care of them well and they will do the same to youI adopted two cats from Petsmart, different location. It was worth the 70 minutes drive to this location ☺Anupdate photo too! MORE CATS!

The worst groomers stuff ever. Andy or whatever her name has the worst attitude and no patient. They gave my dog haft of hair cut and couldn't finish their job. This is ridiculous.I have been a petsmart customer products/ grooming for years. After this experience I'm not going back to this location

Seems like stores are cutting there inventory. I was looking for a de-wormer for a little kitten and they only had one option and I went to another store and they had the same product and it was cheaper at the other store. We have noticed higher prices and less inventory. We really do like this store it seems like online is taking over.

Store is very clean and good selection. Everyone was super friendly, even took the time to educate the kids on some of the reptiles and mice. Adorable kitties available to adopt as well.

DO NOT BUY BONES HERE!I had previously attempted to buy a knucklebone and Emma, who checked me out, called for the manager to swap it out. I noticed they were suspiciously quiet as to why. When I asked what happened she told me that sometimes during the roasting process the bones can get a bug inside. I continued with my purchase and headed home.The next time I went in to get another bone I could see why. There were roaches all over the wooden structure holding all the bones/antlers. All the wooden shelves were covered in roach droppings.This is my first negative review. I wanted to make sure nobody brings these critters home and takes the risk of their pet falling ill or having an infestation in their home.I was extremely disappointed in this store's lack of preventative care to gut the shelves and stock and order a fresh batch/display.Unfortunately, given this experience I will drive to the older petsmart 4 miles further down the road, where I've never had issues with quality control or cleanliness of the products/store.

I recently have a new dog, that I was struggling finding a food that he likes, but I came here and they do have very organized shelves where you can find food for any dog and any age. Costumer service are nice and knowledgeable I asked lot of questions and they really helped me out with them.

Tori did amazing with my dog’s grooming! Love the holiday add on for a coupon book and the cute holiday bandana. Also love that everything is nicely stocked and organized. Definitely will return! 😃

Don't buy fish or any other pets from there, went thru 2 dozen different fish that either died on the way home or within 24 hours. My tank set up was perfect, had the water tested several times without a flaw. Go to petco, they are way more knowledgeable about all your pet needs

I love the costumer service i got from the manager on duty Miss Ashley.on black Friday my son purchase a Fish tank on line. he overlooked to check his email witch was notify for dead line to pick the fish tank. my son then told me to handle the situation for him and miss Ashley was very nice and respectful about the situation.She gave the Fish tank not just that she help me to the Fish tank in my car. definitely recommend miss Ashley help if you need it!

We needed a new snail, as our other one passed away about a month ago. The employee that helped us was very nice. She was eager to help us and we learned she was new to the area.I would have given 5 stars but was hoping to have more in stock for us to choose from.This store is always welcoming and friendly when we shop here.Love love Petsmart!

We used to take our dog for grooming, and when I said “we used” not for our own decision…they kindly banned him from grooming services.They first told us we have to detangle his fur before taking him there and the last thing was for showing some aggressive behaviors as an animal as he is…so apparently they only groom very well behaved dogs, in that case they should consider growing the business by offering haircuts to people too.

The store was well organized, which REALLY helps to find what you need. We brought our 70 lb lap dog in for a bath and grooming. Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job! Looking forward to bringing him back again!!!

I took my dog in for the pawticure. They do such a great job grinding my doggie's nails and smoothing out the pads of her feet.
