I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Grooming employee, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to spare others from similar treatment. Despite being scheduled for an appointment, the staff accused us of arriving late due to a time change, which was completely unfounded. And made us go back with our dog. This incident sheds light on the utter lack of professionalism and rudeness displayed by the employees.I strongly advise against patronizing PetSmart Grooming. The lack of professionalism, coupled with rude and confrontational behavior, creates an environment that is wholly unwelcoming and unpleasant. As consumers, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, qualities that were sorely absent during our visit. Save yourself the frustration and seek grooming services elsewhere.

Logan used to do such a great job on my dog and followed instructions exactly. After she quit we took our dog to Renay and she is so lazy. She doesn't like the usual hair cut as its too much work for her, wanted to charged extra which is no where mentioned on the website that certain blade sizes is extra and even after agreeing to it she did half job. She didn't clean his ears, sanitary area, eyes, his paws and paw pads are a mess, Stay away from Renay

Most of the people are nice and helpful I guess tonight they weren’t there. Waited awhile for help (asked for help had to wait for someone knowledgable). Woman showed up answered a few questions then promptly walked away, I waited a bit longer after asking for someone who maybe was a little less busy. By the time they showed up I started putting things back. Pet supplies plus was cheaper and way more helpful, used to love this petsmart but I won’t be going back no matter how convenient it is.

I had a grooming appointment at 2:00 pm I forgot my shot record for my dog. I said she is up on all shots I forgot them on my desk. I said if you can start on her I’ll run home and bring them right back can’t Pet Smart policy to see before bath. So they said come back at 2:40. I came back and they said can’t take her. I said you told me to come back at 2:40. It’s takes 2 hours and we have other dogs Well that’s my last trip to Pet Smart

PetSmart has the best selections of cat treats for really decent prices! We have a spoiled kitty that loves stew meat by Delectables. Pet Smart did not disappoint 👏 🙌 👌 😌I also used my Pet Perk rewards to receive 💰 off of my total! Win win 🏆

Really disappointed in the grooming salon and the lead Demar. She always has an excuse why she can’t cut both of my dogs. Each time it’s a different excuse. Last time she cut my dog Gia she told me my dog needed to learn how to sit so she could give her a better cut. She barely cut around her face and now has matting and she refused to cut her at our last visit. It’s a wasted day for me and my dog who really needed to be cut. People don’t have time to constantly rearrange their schedules to get their dog to the groomer. I won’t be going back. You lost a good paying customer and I will be letting people in my neighborhood know to stay away because they waste peoples time.

Helpful staff who are knowledgeable. They have many varieties of tropical fish for reasonable prices. I bought a red stripe dwarf gourami and it's doing well so far. I'm docking a star because I saw died fish in one of their tanks.

We take our dog to train here as well as shop here for pet supplies for cats, dog and fish. We have been long time customers. This particular Petsmart has a good variety of items and we have always been helped by knowledgeable workers. Emma has been our trainer and she has been sweet and pleasant to work with. Very flexible and can shift the training to fit our needs and cooperation of our dog. We will continue to purchase training courses as well as buy our pet supplies here.

Needed to return a turtle tank that developed a crack on the bottom and we lost the receipt. Not only did they look up the receipt using our phone number but exchanged the tank hassle-free. That's great customer service!

Got my dogs groomed there a couple days ago…. TERRIBLE was not what I asked for at all. They completely shaved him down, had patches of bald spots on him and his ears are uneven and MATTED…. He is a Bichonpoo and they made him look like a poodle. Was not what we asked for at all. Also lady was rude. Very disappointed.

Update: Petsmart called me back in and made it right. I used Logan this time and she did a great job!Lazy women groomer! My doodle gets weekly grooming at pet supplies. Never an issue. This was my first time trying petsmart.After 2 hours she gave back my 5 month golden doodle all damp and didn't cut her nails. Tried to blame it on my dog being a puppy and not letting her. She didn't even put shampoo on her. My puppy smelled like wet towel! She didn't complete the job and I refused to pay. The manager approved it. Unacceptable, inspect your dog before paying for satisfaction.

I give it 2 stars because the people who worked there were nice and helpful. With that being said, we got two fishes that died in 3 days. I should have known better than to buy them there, considering some of the tanks had dead fishes floating in them and it was sad.

Amber groomed our dog. He came home covered in burns and razor cuts. She didn't finish the job. We have to take him to the vet to finish nish him so we are paying double. This place is terrible. Not safe for dogs.

The grooming service is the worst ever!! Do not ever take your pets here to get groomed. The groomer has no idea what she is doing. If you just want your pet shaved baled then she is the one for you. The way they handle the pets is so very unacceptable!!!!!!

Great selection of animals for adoption...other sites would only have like 1-3 animals. This place was overflowing and good prices. We came for fishes but got caught up in the puppies and kitties too! Lol! But we went home with some good healthy fish. They keep them clean and nice varieties here. Will be back.

Always someone to help me in the reptile/aquatics area. I love love love the salon here, I have a Bengal that hates his nails trimmed and these salon employees are patient and friendly. The only con is a few employees who think they know more about my animals than I do and do not hesitate to speak on it. Considering I have had exotic animals around me since I was a baby, and have kept and currently keep many I don't appreciate the comments.

Terrible experience here with grooming. Asked for seasoned employee to perform schnauzer cut and they completely botched it. When I went up there, the seasoned employees attempted to hide the terrible job one of their trainee's completed then proceeded to argue with us about the poor haircut. Overall was a terrible experience and my dog was also disturbed visibly shaken.

Russ/Ross, sorry dude it's been a few days I forget which it was, but this guy knows his stuff with fish tanks! Huge help and tested my water and helped me with the nitrate/nitrite issue I was having. Didn't have me but a bunch of things I didn't need, just what I needed (I bought other stuff because it was on sale and I'd need it later, not because they pushed it on me, which I really liked). It's been a long time since I've had a good tank to take care of and I'd forgotten a lot without realizing it and they were very helpful in reminding me with the how to.

Do not ever take your pets here to get groomed. The head groomer has no idea what she is doing. If you just want your pet shaved baled then she is the one for you. If your pet has curly hair all they want do is shave them down. The way they handle the pets is so very unacceptable. I would be ashamed to do what they do. STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Go to pet supply plus down the street.

Obviously the experience will varied base on the people you interact with, but my experience today was great. Great service and good approach to dealing with the problem I had. Because of this, I will be back again. Just want to say thank you for good customer service.

Terrible customer service; I had booked my dog, who suffers from severe anxiety for a bath and when I walked in, I was informed that there was no booking in their system despite receiving a text from Petsmart and would have to come the next day. Another appointment was then scheduled. After returning the next day, I was again informed that my dog could not be taken due to there being no more space due to my dog's anxiety. At this point, I suggest that staff must enquire before booking as how many dogs can be handled and whether they can provide express service or not, if there is a need, not when the customer is standing at the counter. Additionally, while being told that my dog could not be taken, they happily accepted other dogs, leaving my dog under high stress and anxiety again. I had talked with Sacha who was extremely generous and cooperative. Joey was quite discouraging to Sacha to take up the appointment. Finally, the manager showed no consideration and decided not to take our dog again and reschedule for another day. Given the lack of consideration, I do not plan to go there again to another disappointment.
