Jennifer assisted me recently with buying a dog bed and another item online so I could obtain the discount I found, without having to wait hours to “pick it up” even though I was already in store with the items I wanted. She was very kind , patient, and helpful.The store was clean and organized when I went.

Great selection of products for both dogs and cats. Came in to buy a few things for my cat, but disappointed that I wasn’t greeted, offered assistance, or that no one came to the register when I was ready to purchase. Had to leave my stuff there because I waited 5 minutes and no one ever came out. The only worker I saw was busy stocking up fish products in the back.

They always seem to be shortstaffed, and Store always look like a little bit of messed up. Some things need to be straightened up like shelving of the product properly pricing and marking stuff like that. also, they need a couple of scanners in the store so that the customer can scan the product for the price check rather than go to the front and wait in the queue just for a price check

This is my go to place for aquarium products, the store is always well kept up. Alexia the store associate is always helpful and has great customer service.

Store personel were very helpful. The only problem I've had the last several times is the Petco stores DO NOT provide bags for purchased items. Even when when me or someone else purchases one or many items. As far as I know Petco is the ONLY pets stor in the surrounding areas that does this. Consequently I rarely shop in the store, choosing another pet store that DOES provide free bagging!!!

The groomer Kendra did horrible with my mini golden doodle. I explained that I wanted his hair trimmed to breed & didn’t want him bold or without short hair. My puppy looks horrible, doesn’t look his breed & I almost thought they gave me the wrong dog! If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to take there dog here for no type of service!

I am so disappointed at Petco’s grooming area. The retail part of the store is fine and actually many of the workers are very helpful and kind. However, today the groomer was so unkind. It says on the website that you do not need an appointment for nail trimming, so I walked in. When I arrived, she was currently grooming a dog at that moment and said rudely that it would be a while before she could see my dog because she was the only one working today. I asked how long until we could get the nail trim and teeth brushing service. She replied rudely that it would be about 30 minutes, so I could walk around the store and wait or come back later. I told her I would walk around the store until she was ready. She never acknowledged my answer or anything but whatever, I thought she was ok with it. After 30 minutes, she was still grooming the tiny dog, and, in addition, taking in other dogs before me while watching me through the window. So after about 45 minutes of wasting my time walking around the store, I left. *I‘ve even defended the store to my boyfriend who even complained about bad service because only one person ever works at the grooming service. Never again!

Every time I come here this place gets worse, and I really tried with them but I give up. MULTIPLE employees are some of the rudest people you will ever meet. Items will be in stock online, but not actually at the store. Products on display that they won't actually sell. *Constant mislabeling of prices* for over twice what it says. I used to like this location because of the variety of size in feeder insects, but lately the fridge is full of dead bugs that have literally been there for 3 months (the dates are literally written on the cup).

The staff in this store are always so kind and amazing. Kayla and Michelle have hearts of gold.They are very knowledgeable and have saved my beta fish “ Gunnas” life. Thank you both so much for your patience, knowledge and help. I highly recommend coming to this Petco location. Everyone will make you feel welcomed.

I liked this Petco, I would’ve given it 4-5 stars but1. It was way too pricey for a dogs haircut ($110 total + Tip) is kind of ridiculous2. The lady who ended up cutting our dogs hair, although she did a good job at the end, when we first brought Dutch (our Golden Doodle) I showed her a picture of how I wanted his cut and she immediately said “Oh no, that’s not gonna happen. He is matted,Honey. All over. Feel here and here and here (directing me to where she said he was matted).” I felt those exact spots (no matting) and might I add take care of his fur well. She could not tell the difference between thick long hair vs matted. After I picked him up, she then confirmed he wasn’t matted after all like I stated to her at the beginning, but she did not listen as the expert.All in all it wasn’t terrible, I probably would go back, but first impressions are important.

Donated a pleco that was getting too big for my 25-gal tank. Bought a bristlenose one that'll grow to about 4 inches max. For fish I find that Petco is better equipped and has more knowledgeable staff than PetSmart.

If you wanna go get tons of lectures, go meet with Michelle she’s a lecturer and later on will not do business with you will make you disappointed and she is very rude with the customer , the rest of the employees are fantastic people I will never go do business with this place. Due to a lot of lectures and rudeness of Michelle I would highly recommend to go to Petsmart, which is way much better than Petco treat you as a customer no lectures not a lot of talking you will be more than happy I promise you guys who read my reviews.

They gave me back my baby still wet not fully dry. Doesn’t look like they did the Deshedding I paid for and the place smells horrible. I could’ve saved my money had I known the job was going to be half done. I won’t be back to this location at all

Went in today for a Sunday evening of fish watching! Everyone here is always friendly! Heath made my 2 yr old laugh when he was talking about the big rats! Sorry i dont have more info on useful topics like what they have in stock or prices compared to other pet stores! But none the less, i felt they needed a 5 star review for being an entertaining place to take my little one on any given afternoon!

Today was my dogs birthday so I took him into pick out toys as we do every year. For some moronic reason they are running cat adoptions out of the dog toy aisle today. So he couldn’t go in the aisle without getting too excited. This is laughably dumb. Does the person who set this up know anything about cats or dogs?

Staff are not friendly. I went for bird treats and an additional bird cage. Their bird cages along the back wall was blocked with stuff.My daughter and I wanted to pet a ferret and they would not allow us to touch the ferrets unless we were going to buy one. I explained that my daughter was interested in them but I couldn’t promise that we would buy one today. She told me her manager said if I wasn’t buying one then I wasn’t petting them.Last month I became a bird mom again after PetSmart allowed me to play with my bird. I bought my first ferret after falling in love while playing with her at the pet store.I have been a Petco customer for over twenty years, but will not visit this location again. I just cancelled my dog food delivery subscriptions with Petco as well. There are better choices for customer service.

The young man greeted me while finishing up with the customer. From time to time he reassured me that he would be right with me as finished getting the customer his order of a variety of fish. Subsequently, he assisted me and was able to get me all of the fish I wanted. He as well gave me some feedback regarding the health of the fish tank.
