When I had dogs I could always count on Pet Supplies Plus for having my dog’s favorite food. Today we were looking for wild bird seed and walked out of the store empty handed. I was disappointed.

I love shopping at this location. I'm always greeted by friendly employees right when I come through the door. And I especially love that they offer immediate assistance which I usually need because there are so many product options to choose from. Highly recommend shopping for your sweet pet's needs at the Pet Supplies Plus Richardson location.

Fast and easy , staff super chill,ordered a bag of dry food online for my pup went there in and out in 2 mins,they give me fresh bag of dry food as well not like other places always try to sell you things almost near expiration date. Nice overall.

Always love Pet Supplies Plus. Their DIY dog washing station is a HUGE winner. Saves so much time with every bath. Great prices both with their supplies, food, and washes. All of the employees are typically very helpful too. Always in and out of here fast. Unless I'm bathing my Great Pyrenees....then I'm there for a while drying him.

I booked what I thought was a full groom for my dog. He’s very fluffy and needed a haircut bad. When I got there I mentioned how long is hair was and that I was happy he was being groomed because he needed a haircut bad. At that time you would’ve thought that the groomers would’ve mentioned that a haircut wasn’t included in the package that I chose. I paid $75 just to have my dog washed. He cannot see and his hair was soooo long. I was frustrated because I don’t understand what I paid $75 for. I was talking to two of the ladies explaining my frustration and some lady that was grooming a dog jumped in and was being smart. I wasn’t talking to her and I am very upset with the service I received. I called and spoke with a manager and she was nice , however she needed to speak with her manager. When her manager called back he was not helpful at all and just apologized and hung up. He did not offer anything. To me the communication should have been better and the customer service as well. Who wants to pay $75 just to have their dog washed. I could’ve washed him myself for that. Then when I asked if I could bring him back and pay the difference just for a cut he told me no. Why would I pay twice? You don’t know what I have going on or dealing with as to why I had to leave. At this point I want my money back or a partial refund. I don’t understand why I wasn’t advised at the time that I dropped him off that a haircut was not included in the package. Poor thing can’t even see.Update- Thank you management and the two ladies in the grooming department. I am happy with the way it was handled. My baby can see again.

Took Benito in for a full service groom and we learned so much about how to take care of his coat. I had previously taken him to a groomer and they shaved him-which today I learned they shouldn’t have done that because it ruins his coat. Needless to say I’m not returning to the other groomer and will now only take him here. Tammy and her team were awesome and my fur baby loved them!

Thumbs up for this business and 4 paws up for this location. A genuine greeting is given for every visit to this store. We have been here only a few times to use the self service dog washing room and browse the dog aisles. The Dirty Dog Club is a membership punch card with 3 washes for $21, 6 for $39, and 12 for $69, whereas single washes are $10 each. They have everything needed to bathe your dog such as shampoo at each stall including hypoallergenic, an adjustable spray nozzle, a hair catcher for easy drain cleanup, plenty of towels, air dryer equipped with a lengthy hose, comb out supplies, apron, and collars to secure your dog to the wall. The water temperature fluctuates so keep modifying for comfort levels. The staff are not only friendly, have a positive attitude but make the effort to educate the consumers. Their prices have been slightly lower than large box retailers and my German Shepard gets a complimentary treat at checkout. @payton_sherman @cherrybomb_mcgee

I went to get some bones from the pet deli and when I got home, I found 2 worms and a bettle. I had to throw them away and I'm not even sure if the ones I already had given my dogs prior to discovering the bugs, if there were some in their bones.

Love using the dog wash. My dog? Hates it. But the water is warm-ish and the dryers work well and they provide towels too. Don’t wash your dog at home; use their stuff instead.

I love, love, love the people here. They are so friendly with my dog Dexter and myself. My dog gets his bath here and it's a great bath. He looks and smells amazing. We don't go anywhere else!!

It's close to my house so I go here for dog things & crickets for my Lizards. Usually have lots of life crickets. But now & again they don't. I now go and watch what crickets they put in my plastic bag. If you don't you'll get lots of dead ones! Other than that. It's always clean & get "welcome "when you walk in.

Stopped in to get some freeze-dried dog food a couple of days ago (Small Batch). They’re sold out. I asked for a rain check for the food. The manager refused to write me a rain check. He mentioned he could write a rain check, but told me he refuses to do so. I left without buying anything to go to another store.Two things have happened since then. I found the product at Trinity Mills location and Chris (GM) and I spoke. He understand the situation and had resolved the issue.

My bull terrier didn't need much in the way of grooming, but she was pampered all the way. She had her bath and nails trimmed and was very happy when I picked her up. And the 2 groomers commented on how wonderful she was. So...I will definitely be putting my girl on a routine schedule here.

Great place and always well maintained!!! Always get my freezed dried and raw Pattie’s there!! The girls that work there is sweet and kind. But the young high school guy with curly hair was a little snotty. Mention how I loved the music there and he rude response. He clearly didn’t want to be bothered.
