I tried to use a mobile coupon, one that I've used many times in this store, and they refused to scan it! The girl who seemed in charge was super rude about telling me they will NEVER scan a phone for mobile coupons. Since when? I used to love the friendly atmosphere coming into this store, now it's gone so downhill. No one is friendly or helpful at all!

Cashier was friendly and helpful. I forgot something at the counter and he ran it out to my car. I also found cute home decor for cheap.

Cashier was super friendly but store is extremely cluttered to the point of being unable to get down several aisles. Items tossed all over the floor, items just tossed on shelves and mixed up, etc.

This place is alwaysa mess. The employees are not helpful. The cashier girl walks around like she's mad at world .you go up to check out she do t immediately come up until there's more than two people waiting . She don't smile or thank you or nothing. This store definitely needs alot of workers. They need to be trained for customer service. Whoever is manager you need to have a long meeting with your workers because they need it!!! Especially cashier Sarah!!!

Shop at least once a week at Family Dollar, getting better at getting items stocked ,not quite there yet. I'm retired and wanted to apply simply to stock ,clean rest rooms and clean up parking lot. I was told by store clerk I would have to cashier as well. Seem several items are not priced on the item nor on the shelf. All in all I like Family Dollar, in Rice, saves me from the dread of Wal-Mart and the drive.

I typically buy my propane refill at the gas station next door but I decided to bring some business to family dollar, with regular use I will average 3 and a half months on a small tank, I don't cook much, well I just baught my first refill from them 2 and a half weeks ago and it went empty on me today, the day I bought the refill the younger bearded fella handed it to me and it felt as light as the one I had turned in , without thinking much of it, I took it home and in the process of installing it, I then realized that the seal was torn and was upset because my instinct was right, I didn't want to go back so I hooked it up, and it fired up so I gave them a chance but 2and a half weeks of gas was In my opinion unfair when I usually get 3 and a half months out of it. So I came back to family dollar asked to speak to the manager and a younger bald red beared fella said he was the manager, knowing he wasn't I have him the benefit of the doubt, I explained the situation, and I asked that if I could at least recieve a discount an,d he rudely cut me short and said they could not do anything about it. I've worked in retail and it goes a long way when you at least attempt to help someone.

The store is always a mess with boxes and carts everywhere. The cashier this morning could definitely use some customer service skills. Convenience is why I go here
