I hit something on the road with my steer tire. Pulled in their tire bay and called penske for service, they chose another vendor to come fix the tire. The Loves mechanic told me I have to leave the property, that I can't get serviced here. I had to pull out on this very busy road and leave the property. Now I have to get a new wheel. Thanks a lot Loves Rhome, TX. Thanks for the hospitality!

Always love all the Love’s truck stop locations. They truly have everything you need. Even pots and blenders for truckers. Jewelry and clothing for souvenirs. Toys and candy for the kids. They also have a Chester’s (chicken spot) and McD inside. Bathrooms were clean and had good amount of stalls. Employees are welcoming.

I stay overnight and woke up Easter Sunday in need of a PM on my truck. I was greeted in a very professional manner and the service tech were very knowledgeable and the service exceeded expectations. Job well done. Be back soon

The experience at Love's Travel Stop in Rhome Texas was horrible. Our Company used this place to get ABS System done and the first Trailer they said they fixed and didn't , mind you I'm still waiting on a sensor to come in and supposed to get a call to get this problem resolved. No call yet!! I called the corporate office in Oklahoma and they said they will take care of this which like I said still waiting on the sensor! Now I have a coworker that goes to get his trailer fixed and the ungodly about of over 1000.00 and nothing was done . So I put in another complaint and I have pictures if I can post them if what they done to this trailer and calls it fixed . ABS lines were cut and the sensor was taken out and the lines weren't even zip ties like they should have been A BIG WOW !!! THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD FOR EVERYONE ON THE ROADS AND US AS DRIVERS. I can promise that the part that is supposed to go in the trailer that they 1st messed up will not be used. I will or any of other coworkers use this place at all. POOR MANAGEMENTPITIFUL MECHANICS UNSAFE PLACE TO GO..PLEASE DONT GET YOUR WORK OR TRUCKS MAINTENANCE THERE!!!

Unable to pump fuel, then they kept running my fuel card even though I told them I could only use it so many times a day, then cashier said she needed to hold my personal ID to get fuel. Absolute trash of a Loves. Do not recommend for any reason unless you want to be overly frustrated!

I needed a coolant line replaced in my DD15 and TA quoted me $112 for the part and over $700 to replace the line plus they wouldn’t be able to get to it until the following morning. I bought the part at TA and came over to Love’s and they got me in right away and only charged me $237 for 1.5 hrs of labor and a gal coolant to top it off. Friendly staff.

First Time I’ve seen any truck stop send out a large group of their employees to pick up all trash thrown out by our fellow drivers. Awsome job Loves. Poor job to our fellow drivers who can’t use a trash can

I'm only giving one star because I had to give something...as an ex OTR driver this by far is the worst loves I visited. I use to look for the heart sign I knew I could get an awesome cup of coffee. But not this morning the coffee was either empty or old even the half and half was empty. I counted at least 4 people on the clock unacceptable to have old or empty coffee pots in a truck stop with that many workers. Smh

The guys that work at the mechanic shop in this place are a bunch of morons I had to have one battery replaced in my truck , not only did they forget to reconnect the ground wire they forgot to fasten a bolt back down to keep the battery stable!!!

Love going to this location. The shop is good and they fix the problem. If they can't they will tell you where you can go. The store staff is great as well as the restaurants. Chester's is owned by Love's but the McDonalds is a franchise and they do not except Love's Points. I have recently got work don there and I can't count the number of tires I have had replaced there. I send other drivers there all the time.

A picture describes a thousand words, well, here’s one. This is what we fill up for, this is what we pay $16.00 for when taking a shower, trusting blindly, these employees will do what they’re not only trained , but paid to do.This whole location needs a make over, even the McDonald’s quality of food was questionable. I won’t be returning to fill my truck or for any reason. Saw this stain AFTER drying my entire body. How hard is it to throw away a towel or to make sure it’s properly washed at the very least .Extremely disgusted and highly disappointed after this trip. Knowing someone is out there laughing, you can’t overlook something like this when folding a towel.I hope corporate sees this because it’s clear management doesn’t give much of a damn.

Came to get a mudflat on semi. And the tech says I got do the trash and other things. Before he comes back to the shop. For me to come back in an hour and half. What kind of business is loves running?? You guy’s would lose money so your tech can run trash. You guy’s hire a mechanic or a garbage man?? Bad business. Hire someone to do trash. Let your mechanics do the job they were hired for. BAD BUSINESS!

Showers are clean with hot water and good water pressure, staff are friendly and professional inside the store. As for the shop.... Rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and poorly trained. waited 8hrs for service, then to be forced to pay $71 for them to stand around and tell me that i need a brake chamber (which i already told them that i needed one), then they told me they cant do it today because the mechanic is going home for the day and noone else can do it. Then why are you charging me $71 to do nothing? We are charging you bringing it in regardless if we fix or not. Avoid this shop. Loves Corporate needs to start looking into thier stores and shops cause they are getting REALLY bad everywhere! I suggest doing surprise audits

Was looking for a quick in and out and ran into this place. Gas prices were lower than what I had been seeing in other places so i decided to fill up. Inside they have a McDonald's, Chester's Chicken plus the other usual gas station food. The men's bathroom was clean and the staff was super friendly. I can't ask for too much more from a gas station.

Summary: Three Loves gas station employees provided vague instructions to locate an alternative air pump after acknowledging the individual machine for standard vehicles, while open, didn’t work. Gavin understood the miscommunication, guided me to the alternative air pump, as well as provided instructions on how to use it for future reference.I own a vehicle and used the air pump station to fill my tire only to find out that it was malfunctioning and was deflating my tire. I asked a total of four Love employees for assistance, two informed me the pump was broken and that there was another “#22” pump around back. I provided a satellite map to one of them and asked them if they could specifically point out where “#22” was (my tire was extremely low to the rim and I didn’t want to waste time searching) but they refused and repeated their instructions verbally. I nervously went around back where the trucks were hunting for pump “#22,” went back inside and expressed my concern again to two more Love’s representatives as I didn’t see any pump.One individual, simply repeated instructions verbally after I told them the instructions I was already given wasn’t very clear. Another employee however, Gavin, 19, understand my challenge and guided me directly to the pump, filled up it up for me, and told me how to use it for future reference. Turns out pump “#22” is at a truck station where gas is pumped rather than an individual air pump station like the vehicles side has. Alongside the gas pump there is an unmarked air pump next to it, a completely different setup that standard gas stations for vehicles don’t have. Gavin understand there was miscommunication going on immediately, understood that I wasn’t familiar with the gas station (let alone the area designated for trucks), and went above and beyond to assist me. Give him a raise (in the equivalence of dollars rather than cents). He has a great worth ethic and a strong sense of situational awareness which will benefit him greatly once he settles into whatever career he chooses.

Great in and out for gas. We travel with an RV that uses diesel and use the TSD Open Roads app for competitive diesel discounts. We have to use the truck lanes but it's worth it for the discounts on diesel. We never pay the posted price.

It's a decent place, easy parking near ft worth. To the dog owners..... The dog park is not for your dog to go #2. It's for you to take them off the leash and let them run around and play. If they happen to go #2, clean it up so other people can play with their dogs rather than dodge a minefield of doo. Seriously..... Do better drivers. Or leave the dog home. LOVE'S, thank you for the dog park, but please keep baggies stocked in the posts so the others don't have any excuse. You're giving them excuses, although there's no reason for them not to have a baggie.

Loved the chicken lady at Chester’s Fried chicken. Happy employees and she even did her rooster call for us.We stopped because we were pulling our RV and need a place to dump. They had one but it wasn’t working. Had to drive all the way to Bridgeport for that. So pass the word you RVer’s. That was super time consuming considering we had to backtrack to do it.Everything else was great tho
