The visit couldn’t have been worse. I’ve had other bad experiences, but this one was a doozy. 1. Had to go inside to get a receipt. 2. None of the window washing bins had any liquid. 3. The coffee was warm (not hot). 4. The bathrooms were very dirty. 5. There were two people making tacos, but only one person running the register (long wait). 6. And the price of the coffee was priced at $1.39, but the register charged 1.49. I visited on 1-31.

Usually one of my favorite stops but the fat hispanic woman with three chins and a whiny voice working the register closest to the restrooms was in a special mood today being rude to EVERY customer. Dear Manager, this woman is going to drive your customers away simply because she hates her job or herself, honestly she should be interacting with customers

Great place to stop by get some good delicious breakfast tacos in the morning or some lunch cooks do a excellent job or some munchies for the road staff are very polite and attentive or just fule up. Theres DEF and diesel for the 18 wheeler's a Big parking lot for the bus,s and big trucks one thing you wont find is a scale so if your running low on the Petro and hungry this is the place. keep up the good work stripes 😎🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

First off. The place is fairly clean and maintained but then you have cursing employees at the registers. Also odd workings of the credit card machine. Works fine everywhere else but have to scan,insert, and swipe makes me think I'm getting scammed. Concerning

If your with the family please don't stop here it's one of the dirtiest places I have ever been. The restrooms look and smell like they haven't been cleaned in a year. The gas pumps are full of bird feces. The hole store smell of urine I can't believe they are allowed to sell food.

The wort dirty restrooms I have ever seen in a road trip, I decided to refill the gasoline and used the restroom but they we’re really dirtyWhere is the management every day hundreds of customers past and spend our money but this is really disgusting, Do not stop here if you want to use their restrooms.

BAD SERVICE, They always have trash. The restrooms are never clean, they are always dirty and ugly. The door knobs don't work. Most of the plumbing does not work. And they don't have water to clean the windshields Nothing is appropriate or sanitary...

Slow pumps and disgustingly dirty parking lot. I guess they've never heard of a pressure washer before. There has never been paper in the pumps for receipts. This place barely rates a one but I gave it a two because they have good gas prices.

I was here overnight for a morning delivery. The store was nice, the staff was nice as well. The bathrooms should be condemned, but you can't get everything. The condiment bar was empty. The breakfast tacos were good, and I got an extra big cup which is becoming harder to find.

Staff didn’t know how to turn both DEF and Diesel on from paying inside. Tried 2 pumps 25 & 26 moved to 21 , decided not to get pump DEF to speed things up, pump worked to fuel up . Went to get card back waited in line. No tubs of DEF in store. Got card and left , 1 hour plus for 70 gallons of diesel and no DEF.

The night workers are some old ladies and are extremely rude they have bad attitudes and are mostly on their phones I was standing I front of one for my diesel receipt and she completely ignored me until I had to tell her then she proceeds with the attitude as if she was in the right, bad place,bad staff, and food is overcooked would give 0 stars but not possible

Extremly bad Stripes, restrooms extremely dirty, no soap or paper towels, store itself dirty....and 3 people standing behind counter talking to each other. Egg tacos had a lot of shell pieces... had to throw them out. Salsa bar completly MT at 0830 in the morning, and I asked lady if she was gonna refill, and she stared at me like i just insulted her and said NO very rudely and left lol. This used to be my favorite place to stop a couple of years back, not any more. Either Management don t care, or can t manage employees, what a shame!

I just went this past Saturday, April 15th, and I'm guessing they read a lot of these negative comments. There were 3 people on registers, 3 making tacos, coffee was good and hot and restrooms were clean. We were just passing thru and loved the quick in, get your stuff and out.

This is a new store. It's very clean and super friendly employees. Really like that it's just around the corner and easy access to Boca Chica beach.

It's a gas station with a convenience store in it. Restroom was clean. They had standard selection of gas station convenience store items. Register clerk was friendly. I didn't have any problems but there wasn't anything crazy awesome about it either. Just a good place to stop if you need fuel, munchies, and a pit stop.

I went inside to see if I could get some burritos cuz I love their burritos but I saw that they looked old so I asked the unprofessional kid behind the counter if she could drop some fresh ones for me, with her hands crossed leaning over the registry saying to me with an attitude I'm not kitchen. So I asked could you call them. She yelled from her registry twice very rude & unprofessional went on to skip me to the next customer & I asked can u go back there and call them she said after my next customer & I said what am I so I grabbed my husband's food & thru it on the counter as I preceeded to walk out the door she called me a b&tch & said not to come back I would be glad to than to deal with very unprofessional person like her.

Never is there receipt paper at the pumps. If I wanted to go inside, then I wouldn't pay the pump. If this is such a difficult task, then maybe I should just take my business elsewhere.

I drove by on a Sunday. Every. Single. One. Of the pumps was broken. How do you let this happen?! What kind of gas station doesn't sell gas?!And yet, every one of the pumps was blocked by someone using it as a parking spot while they run in to get whatever.

We usually stop here when coming or going to Mx. The Stripes tacos are pretty good, and the service is great. The restrooms could be cleaner and need updating, but it's a gas station with heavy traffic, so it's understandable.

Got a Jefe taco and they didn’t include the half sausage in it. When I told them they just blew it off. It’s bad enough the tortilla was so toasted that it wouldn’t fold or wrap. I’m just driving through but this isn’t my first time stopping here. But not doing it again. I wish they would just shape up.
