Was in drive thru ordered the new sausage bagel, which was the number 10 on the menu. Drive thru attended got upset when I asked for the number 10 got mad and said there was no such item. He did not know my coworker was in the vehicle ahead of me and heard him say to another McDonald's employee that they could throw my meal on the ground for all he cared. And when I pulled up, he was corrected and told by another worker to just scroll down to see new items. My coworker didn't mention to me what happened till we left McDonald's, so for all I know, I may have eaten a meal from the ground🤢

I stopped here for some fries and to use the restroom, did not know this restaurant gets so busy on a Sunday from all the road travelers. Supervisor Catherine was working like positions all on her own. She had a smile positive attitude and was motivated to serve and help. She helped a couple who did not even speak English. She took fries and nuggets out and prepared them, the. She served me and still had a smile. The restaurant was clean and restrooms were clean and well maintained. I gave this place 5 stars for having someone so positive and under staff do so much.Will always be stopping here.

Food is always consistent, there was a couple of mistakes made. I ordered a 2 cheese burger meal, and 2 cheese burgers and they left out the 2 cheese burgers honest mistake I repaid and then pulled up and got my food. Of course the 2 cheese burgers were not in the bag so I had to turn around and go back to get them. Other then that cannot complain.

I love McDonald's. Homestyle burgerSome how evertime i order it they never get it rite or do it rite. Has been 4 times. N every single time they make my food wrong. Eder i ask for a double homestyle n they only put one paty .. Or i ask with bacon n they forget the bacon. Or they even forget the sauce. Or they jus give me a wrong sanwich. 😆.. Even do i always try and explain the worker that takes my order to make sure they make it rite n fresh. Some how i always get a no 😆So no.more MacDonalds for me. The young workers need more traning. Well the whole crewParking: Small parking place. An always crowded. Needs a beter location

Woooow im wordless this time my experience here was amazing clean place employees were polite and MY FRAPPE PREPARE BY "Citlaly Ramos" WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME.. KEEP UP...those type of employees are the ones who keep us coming back. She should be recognized..😆😆😆😉 not mention my food was on the spot fresh and not burned..

Employee at drive-thru did not know how to give change - my daughter gave her $10.19 for a $5.19 total and she gave her $4.95 in return. When questioned, she loudly argued that my daughter had only given her $10.14. (Why would my daughter give her change to get change back? That doesn't even make sense!) The manager then came to the window and was even louder and more rude than the employee! She offered to "count the draw while we waited" - but who says the draw was correct to begin with, when the employee couldn't count any better than she did?!?! Will not visit there again!!

We come through this way about twice a month on our way to the ranch. The food is always fresh and hot. Sometimes, they forget to give us napkins.😆 BUT! I don't mind the ladies who work the windows and the counter are always super sweet.Parking: This McDonald's is attached to a convenience store and right off the highway with two towns that interchange. So it's busy. Sometimes parking is a bit crowded. We normally find a spot to wait and park when someone leavesKid-friendliness: It's McDonald's. What's a more kid friendly place can there be?

Stopped here while traveling to get a quick bite and stretch my legs. It was CROWDED with most of the crowd around the two kiosks just ordering lots of drinks, so I ordered at the counter instead. Service was great and I got my food quickly. Then I started eating and it was terrible. I realized that I was the only person in there with food--so THAT'S why everyone else was using the place as a discount Starbucks 🤣!The bathrooms are really nice and were fairly clean. The only other negative (aside from the food) was that you could clearly hear someone in the kitchen screaming about taking breaks and the other employees having to calmly reassure this person that there was a break order and no one had went over breaktime yet; customers shouldn't be able to hear these conversations and you really shouldn't be screaming back there.Parking: The store will get too crowded to walk in before they run out of parking. Do be careful about pulling out of parking back into the road, as there is no barrier between the two on the W Jeter St side.

Great staff, seem to work together fairly well. Always friendly and clean restaurant. Treatment by staff comparable to most Chick Fil A's. The "round up your total to the nearest dollar" for Ronald McDonald House is a brilliant idea, whoever came up with it deserves a promotion and a hefty bonus. Overall, 5 stars all the way.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for DA's like me that use wheelchairs. Helpful staff...no staring, no snide comments. Very cool. Plus, 3 of my kids enjoyed it. Can't ask for anything better.

I was traveling from Pasadena, TX to the valley. I only cross in Nuevo Progresso. I ordered egg egg Mc muffin meal. I don't drink coffee much. I ask to have at least 6 creams and 3 sweeteners. Before I left the property, I noticed no cream was added and thank goodness I ordered a white milk. Very sDisappointed as I told then at least 6 creams. I didn't even eat the sandwich, as I was so disappointed 😞
