The outside needs to be cleaned as well as the inside. The store is cluttered. There is so much merchandise that it's hard to tell what's what. The aisles are hard to get through from so much clutter. On a positive note, the cashier's are polite and helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. This store is always messy and cluttered up with products that should b on the shelves but they don't put it out and they have a lot of out of date items on shelves.

I wasn't greeted or thanked for shopping. I wasn't assisted with help on finding the extended swiffer duster. Other customers and the clerk looked at me crazy. I wore my winter coat, boots, and hat due to the weather, wind gusts, and still fighting a head cold. The clerk even walked by from the bathroom without any eye contact or manners of saying" excuse me ." I wasn't even asked if I found everything ok. I'm pretty sure that I was judged by my appearance. I paid by cash. I'll shop in Maud and New Boston, TX stores only.

Dollar General really stepped up their game when Wal-Mart came to town. Wal-Mart has a better food selection, but Dollar General still has all of your general needs on top of your food basics.

Good store in small town so had non traditional Dollar Store items that don't find in stores that are in larger areas.
