Item I needed was available. I usual bat a 1000 when looking for particular items at this location. Normally the associates are friendly and helpful. Last night I had a less than stellar experience and the team lead I spoke with was lack luster. I went online and wrote a survey. I returned to the store to look for the assist button I was advised I should have use and confirmed that no button existed in electronic. The buttons are quite large and would be hard to overlook as noted in my photos. As I was asking to speak to the manager he was actually attempting to call me to discuss my concerns. He listened to me and affirmed my concerns. I felt heard and valued. I had a better understanding of the employee and their personality. I wasn't treated rudely or unprofessionally. I believe it is a training matter that will negate unnecessary inconvenience to customers moving forward. John is amazing in conflict resolution and values constructive input.

This is my neighborhood Walmart. I enjoy the people and shopping experience. Like a lot of businesses, they are sometimes out of stock. But that's not unusual. However, they seem to go great lengths to full my orders. I placed an order for 2 of the same item. The local store was out of stock. They fulfilled the order by sending one from Illinois and one from Nevada. Good customer service.

Weird store associates at the checkout . She ask me why I have multiple receipts and I stay quiet and it’s none of her business I have a limit on my bank card and I don’t like to have a larger amount on a single receipt. Just check my receipt and let me go.. don’t question me it’s none of your damn business. I’m not shopping here anymore

This location needs to retrain employees in simple common courtesy with customer relations..I shop here once a week, sometimes twice. I know the employees can speak because they talk to each other usually while blocking the aisles. I can pass several employees & not one will even say hello or ask if I'm finding everything I need. Most of the time the only one who speaks is the one @ the door as I'm leaving. There is a woman that I sometimes see @ self-checkout during the day, she is very pleasant & speaks to everyone. I don't know her name, African American, always smiling & just very attentive. Many employees could learn from her. Too many employees also block the aisles shopping the online orders. Customer service just really needs to improve..make customers feel welcomed, be acknowledged @ least.

This is the worst place to shop and work at. The team leader Lacey is very rude with a smile and shows favoritism to other workers because of their seniority. I may be a new worker, but I will not tolerate mistreatment against me and other workers. She insulted other workers calling them racial names and saying they look like other African American character/celebrities. The manager Neil only cares about trying to be better than the other local Walmarts instead of actually resolving any of the workers issue. He talks to the lead as if they are best friends telling all of the employees confidential information. The HR lady Ebony label me as crazy for reporting an authority figure and tried to make me talk to a mental health counselor as if i didn't know what she was trying to do. They switched my position as a cashier and the front manager Kendrick started yelling at me and getting jealous of an underaged worker who admitted she is very uncomfortable with him around her. She was just trying to train me on how to use the cash register. He kept enforcing rules only on me even with the same level associate right beside me. As a customer this place never has workers in the right place because of our scheduling system. I see why our cashier lines only have a few people each day. This place knows where to go and that's below sea level because I don't allow prejudice, jealousy and mistreatment upon smaller workers even if it's not me because I have more respect for myself to get another job and shop elsewhere.

I used the delivery service and even had a membership. I ordered groceries in the amount of $161. I was charged $196. I wrote in the instructions that I would sign for my order. The driver James delivered my order to the wrong address. Instead of a store credit so I could reorder I was told to wait 10 business days for a refund. When I called customer service there was so much background noise it was ridiculous. It's sad that companies only care about profit now. That was my budgeted cash for food and now I have to wait to go grocery shopping. I'm done with Walmart for good.

I like shopping at Walmart early in the morning. I do not like coming after a certain time because of the long lines. Nevertheless, I am always finding good deals on things I need. It’s the holiday season and I am cooking. Also, I love stocking up on snacks for my son who loves everything. Between the pantry and the kitchen drawers, I most definitely need storage organizer. My son can choose from the pantry and drawers for snacks. Yep, I need Santa to bring me a deep freezer..

I never really have issues here. I was annoyed at the way a Walmart (coach) treated an employee at a register. She had the blinking light on for some time and was managing per holiday traffic. A female assistant, MOD, came to help and even helped to check out while setting the cashier up on another register (5 to 4). She was consoled and told to turn her register light off for now. The cashier was beyond courteous and apologetic. The Walmart coach, glasses/stout, came behind the MOD, and totally dismissed her while trying to explain what happened. He also countered and told her to turn the light on while saying she could explain later. It was early mid day, and I understand that things happen. Disrespect, on the other hand, is a choice. I believe it was 12/23/23 between 11-12:30.

Had to go on a beer run and they had just what I was looking for. I'm not a big fan of there new checkout method with self check out because some people are efficient at it. So you spend more time in line with just a few items that took you no time to grab.

Constantly blocking numerous aisles during peak business hours. UNSAFE. Someone needs to contact the fire marshal regarding this.Edit: the constant aisle blocking has been fixed but if the employees could get the memo that not everyone enjoys smelling the weed they just smoked, it would be great 👍👍👍

Walmart sucks now. You ring up your own groceries, still get stopped at the door even though there is a Camara on the register. And still stand in long lines for customer service with one person behind the desk. Where are all the previous cashiers? Put them in customer service.Not to mention the put back baskets in the front with meat and other refrigerator items just sitting there waiting to be put back. That's unsanitary.

This place is always full of pallets in the aisles, there not “Dollar Shop” and the employees are pretty unhelpful. I have given up waiting multiple times for an employee to help me retrieve a locked item. Even though this Walmart is closest to me, I find myself going to others further away.

As far as the pick up department pure pathetic. Waited over thirty minutes for literally 2 items to be picked up that was ready yesterday of this post. I've seen several cars come and go and I'm still waiting on my 2 small items. This is unacceptable and please do better.

It was a very bad and terrible experience, I'm a handicap person, and I could not get any handicap ♿️carts to do any shopping. I had to wait over 30 minutes 😢 don't worry. I won't be back. I will do my best to inform others to find other's places to shop.

This location has some wonderful employees, but tonight I went and the young man gathering carts took the trash that was left in one of the carts and literally threw it on the ground instead of throwing it away in a trash can. WHAT? WOW!

This store used to be top-notch. However, as the community has grown up around it, both service quality and store cleanliness have suffered.As a result, I have grown more dependent on the store pickup option. This had been an excellent way too grab the products I need quickly and at a competitive price-point. However, recently, I have noticed a shift in business practices whereby I am being charged for products immediately on check-in; items are being marked as picked up, without any communication as to why, although you end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes to actually receive your items. It does not matter whether there is one or 20 cars in the queue, the wait is at a minimum of 15+ minutes.Lacy, who purported herself to be the store pickup manager informed me that the store uses these practices to address staffing shortages and available retail space. As a customer, I am not sure what any of this has to do with why they don't finalize the purchase at the car as they have historically. When I am unwilling or unable to wait for the store pickup, I now am charged for items that I have to call a 1-800 number to get a refund. It appears that the store has made a decision that is convenient for it but has not factored in how it might inconvenience its customers.Based on my conversation with Lacy and other members of her team, there is a clear solution here: SHOP ELSEWHERE. Going forward, I will be shopping at HEB in Waxahachie or Brookshire's across the street.

The Red Oak Walmart continues to litter into this stream that runs behind the store. This stream now has thousands of Walmart bags that Walmart refuses to clean up. The store manager promised to put nets on their storm drains, but he has not done this and the issues has gotten worse.

The lines are insane. Scan & Go’s are closed. Self checkouts closed. Lines are wrapped around. Finally see someone that works here and isn’t a cashier. Not sure if she’s calling for back up but...I just came for cereal. I’m waiting in a long 🍑 line. I could be in a self checkout and get home by the time actually reach a cashier...not tonight. Wth Wal-mart
