The past 3 years it hasn’t been a very easy task to filling prescriptions at the pharmacy across the street. Poor customer service drove us across the the street to Red Oak Drug. Finally my insurance works there. I’ve been inside the store maybe 5 times and a drive thru. Excellent service every time. Employees are always very helpful and nice. Since Brookshires sold us back to Walgreens, I was ready give up on the prescription issues. Thank you Red Oak Pharmacy.

SUPER friendly staff and they are so quick to fill prescriptions! I go here once a month or so to fill things for my grandmother. They know her name when I call and are always all smiles when I get there to pick up the meds. The staff is also very quick to check if a medication is in stock, and they always let me know if it's going to be a little while before it's ready when I call something in. No getting there and being surprised because they have already communicated and set expectations properly!

I’ve called around to multiple big retail pharmacies for a compound and none of them have it the medicine for the my kiddos. Audrey and her staff was very nice as they called, transferred, and filled the prescriptions within a short period. Great customer service!

They just don’t have pharmacies like this anymore - for whatever reason I never give good reviews, just the bad ones but this one here, well they blew my socks off. My dog has a prescription filled here bc it’s a compound medicine that the pharmacist makes. Well, I received a call from this place - “the pharmacist is going on vacation, leaving next week and we just want to make sure you’ll have enough medicine until she gets back in”. YOU NEVER SEE THIS ANYMORE! I’d get my medicine filled here but my insurance pays for only CVS 👎🏻 YALL ROCK!
