I went into Ace to have some keys made, and Sam, I believe his name was very helpful. He made six keys for me. The gentleman there are always so helpful and knowledgeable about what you need and offer suggestions that may be a better solution for whatever project you are working on. Experience comes with time and the employees that assist customers are at the top of the game. They are very personable and can relate to you. I would recommend this place for your, do it yourself projects

I came in to buy shelving for my husband's office, but wasn't entirely sure what I needed.When I got the items back to the office, I realized we needed to do it a different way, so I returned to the store to exchange. The cashier helped with my return, which went very smoothly, and then another cashier helped itemize what I was purchasing with petty cash versus my own card. Even though my purchases must've been difficult, both cashiers were kind and patient with me! Very thankful for their positive attitudes!!

As a widow, they are very helpful, helping me to how to take care of things around the house. They are always willing and able to help. And to show me how to do it. And I thank God that they're very good. People. Very nice and polite and very helpful. I use them all the time better than than any other hardware store.

i like this location, but they are never open when they are supposed to to be. called other stores to verify & today they should’ve been open till 7pm. went by there at 630pm & it was already closed. I CALLED OTHER LOCATIONS THAT WERE OPEN TODAY! EACH CONFIRMED THAT THE RED OAK LOCATION SHOULD REMAIN OPEN TILL 7PM. SOME LOCATIONS EVEN CLOSE AT 8PM. no longer shopping here.

This place just always give you a down home feeling anytime you walk in the door. It’s great to still be able to walk into an establishment and people are willing to help you upon entering the store. Do it change the way you are doing business. GREAT STAFF across the board and the willingness to help is simply overwhelming sometimes but it’s not a bad thing at all.

Has a real nice small town atmosphere and despite the size carries a wide variety of hardware and tools. The prices are a little more than the big box stores but they do offer a rewards card so it all balances out.

Some employees are helpful while others stand around an look at you needing services. I thought when a customer enter a store an the employees are all standing around doing nothing at least they could speak an ask to see if you need help.. Ijs they need improvement an this happened a few times.. BAD FOR BUSINESS

This were I get my Propane, Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy. Always helpful. I get my hardware stuff here because I can always get help, unlike my Home Depot at I35 at Beltline in Desoto.

Wow just wow. From the moment I walked in up until I returned to my vehicle the service was amazing. Stephen assisted me with finding the fertilizer I needed and loaded it up. The beautiful associate who checked me out was courteous and professional. She looked up the code to negate trying to lift those bags up and wished me a early happy birthday. Upon completion of my transaction a sweet gentleman assisted me with loading my purchase into my car. My first visit but definitely will not be my last. Awesome staff!!!!

Great alternative to the big box stores especially when you need something quickly. They may not have tons of things, but if you need something like bolts, garden hose, and other items it’s perfect.
