It looked like a bomb went off in this store. I would expect this from a Dollar general but typically dollar tree locations are pretty well kept. It seemed like the staff really didn't care to clean up at the end of the day.

Mr. Jason is very professional and does an amazing job of interacting with the clients that come into Dollar Tree. He always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help. The store has a lot of boxes around due to all the stocking going on. Also because the employees are so willing to help the clients they have to start and stop stocking repeatedly. Its on my way home and has supplies I need such as snacks, office supplies, and celebration items. The workers are often entertaining. No one has been rude or impatient, customer or employee while I was shopping. Just a nice place to make a quick stop after work. I didnt give the store a 5 star rating because boxes of supplies are frquently blocking the aisles making the place look a mess.

As always, very good trip. I pass another Dollar Tree, getting to this one. Now, that how good. Great service with a great manager and staff. Love this store. Just try it, you will love it too.

Rude staff!! Went in today to get a few things. There was boxes on the isle barely enough room to walk by. There was a cart full of merchandise in the way of the things I wanted to grab. There was 2 lady’s working on putting the things up. The younger lady was very nice & she apologized for being in the way. The lady she was working with, older white lady was rude. She told the younger lady not to apologize. She resumed to say it’s their job so no need to apologize for being in the way & that I could walk around or wait till they finished. I left without the things I needed. Went to Dollar General instead. The staff there was much more nicer. Next time I’ll just drive to the one in Waxahahachie. It’s much more organized with friendlier staff.

This my favorite location. I have come to know Jason & his team quite well. Jason is always pleasant.I have yet to come here & not hear him greeting everyone. I have never seen Jason not on the floor stocking, rearranging or making the store neat. He always working!! He will gladly check the back storage area if you are looking for something. I could go on & on about how impressed I am with Jason & his team. Please continue this type of customer service....it is very rare these days but yet needed during this pandemic.Signed......the crafter who is always calling or asking you to check your back storage for me😊

This is by far the most (and best) organized, cleanest Dollar Tree I've ever shopped in! Did I say how clean it is? I couldn't believe my eyes - I told the "aged" employees that from now on, this is where I will come if ever I need Dollar tree items. I was highly impressed!!

Very neat, clean location and wonderful customer service. I came by a quarter till closing and was pleasantly greeted by Jason and Sheryl/Cheryl. They were kind and Jason walked me out, which was so polite. Any cashier at this location is so kind and that is hard to find these days.

How can management have any pride in this store? It is just a junk heap. This store is hideous and needs a massive clean-up. You can barely walk in it.

I filled my various Greeting card box up with cards... 2 for $1.00 I also got so many cool items for my Desk AND a great pr of Red framed sunglasses with a great sun hat with a Red ribbon bow to match..... all kinds of great things I didn't need, BUT I can totally use each and every one AND... lol for Under $20.00

I agree with the other positive posts on the cleanliness and friendly staff. I pass a few dollar tree stores near me but I will go the extra mile to get to this store. GOOD JOB MANAGEMENT AND STAFF!!!

This dollar tree is awesome. They always have what I'm looking for. This location has great management, and a friendly staff that is always willing to help. The Dollar Tree in Desoto, on Beltline, has a lot of opportunity to be like this one.

Cool stuff, for just a buck$... Lots of greeting cards, for every holiday.. And all occasions.. Great place to grab decorations, for EVERY Holiday! Stocking stuffers, galore!.. Just go visit, and most will be hooked... It's just a FUN store, that means a $, (and sometimes less)when it says a $!!!☺

I purchased an outlet plug for [me of my vehicles, several boxes of frozen Italian water, baskets, and miscellaneous items. All were in great condition and the staff was very helpful. I will return.
