Went yesterday (1/21/24) around 11a.m. to pick up a refill. Walked in, went to the counter, the young female African Americans pharm tech with ear piercings took her time to come help me, muttered something that sounded like "can I help you?" Didn't even remotely act like she was happy that I was there.I told her I was picking up a prescription, and then she just....stared at me.I waited until she asked for my name and date of birth because I wanna make sure they're ready and have it pulled up on their computer first....more staring.I waited just a bit longer and...blank staring.Ugh, so uncomfortable.Eventually I told her my name and date of birth because she couldn't be bothered to ask, and she said nothing as she typed them into the computer.She then turned away to get my prescription and took her sweet time. Moving slow, having full conversations with other staff, she has airpods in. There was one moment that she even stopped looking to have a full conversation about traveling to the pharmacist?There was only one other person behind me but this girl had no sense of urgency or respect for other people's time.Eventually I got my script. Only adding one additional star because it was discounted, but that's about the only upside.I wish the staff would at least act like they aren't so bothered by customers, presence.

Why have a drive thru if it is never open? I waited 20 minutes for the window to open. Eventually I went inside and was told that the drive thru was not an option today. I asked if they were going to put a sign on the window to inform customers, and the employee blew me off and asked if I wanted my medicine or not. This is not the first time I encountered a rude employee. I will be moving my medication as well as my family to another pharmacy.

I wrote a review regarding this CVS and it’s nowhere to be found….. but I see I’m not the only one that sees how rude & judgmental these people are. They literally can care less about the customers, especially the older lady (mixed race) with glasses that works the computer onside the pharmacist; one nasty person. I’ve learned to go in with my camera rolling bc someone will always be nasty. They don’t wear there name tag but per the GM “it’s state law that they wear it and their name be showing”; you never see that here. GM needs to shake these judgmental people up. I’d definitely go elsewhere but my insurance only pays for cvs and I’m guessing that’s why they’re so nasty.

The line to get my prescription (which was due at 5:40pm according to the CVS App) was simply unacceptable. I arrived at the store around 6:00-6:15pm and waited in line until 7:03pm for my prescription. I want to add that they had Libbie working 2 registers going back and forth trying to help 2 people at a time and 2 registers at a time. She was doing her best, but it is unacceptable. They should have had someone stop filling prescriptions (there was more than one person back there filling) the Pharmacist was there filling and anyone else could have stopped for a second to help and take care of customers first. That is what you do. There is always a line anyways, but I couldn't believe that she was working two registers with a long line of impatient customers. I expect there to be a wait, but when I got to the register my RX wasn't filled and I had to wait even longer. Like I said this CVS in Red Oak Texas has always been busy, but someone should have helped her. She was very kind and doing her best, so please do NOT put this off on her. It is CVS, the corporate office on down to the manager of the store. It's absolutely unacceptable. I am going to do more research on other pharmacy's that I can go to. My doctor put in a prescription last week. Because I contracted covid. I had to take the meds at a timely manner. CVS sent a text telling me that it was on hold. That CVS needed to speak with the doctor first. The doctor is who sent it in. I continued to be sick because CVS is disorganized and wasn't willing to give me my medication.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to in my life. 95% of the staff seems very unhappy working there. Almost every time I go someone is rude. I would assume there is not enough staff so the workers are overworked. Seems to be a common thing these days. Obviously CVS is not paying attention to reviews and surveys because it continues to be bad customer service. It’s the over all demeanor of the entire store. I wishI could change pharmacies but the insurance company made a deal with the devil named CVS to only use them to fill prescriptions.

Pharmacy is ghetto. There’s no reason my prescription shouldn’t be ready after 4 hours. Nobody wants to wait in store for 20 minutes more on a Friday evening

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever!!! Pharmacy techs are always rude and never ever find my meds but when go on line I can see my medication list... horrible customer service and waste of time!!!!

Pharmacy representative who answered the phone was extremely short and rude. Only discovered the medication I was waiting for was out of stock after calling the store to inquire about the status.
