Understaffed on a weekend . Came in before 5 on a Saturday and wasted 45 min waiting for blizzards. the 1 person who was taking drive thru orders and taking dine in orders was also in charge of making the ice creme orders. In no time there was 2 lines of customers at register 1 to order and the other to complain about the whereabouts of there orders

Over an hour wait for one burger is insane. There really wasn't even anyone there eating there, so it wasn't busy. The girl in the drive-through just came on and said, "Please wait," and left us there for over 20 minutes. I couldn't reverse because there was someone behind me. Food was cold when we got it like it had been sitting for a bit.

This place is so horrible, when it’s a fast food place & u have to wait very long . The food is always cold & the chilly taste very old to me .. I asked to get fresh chilly I should have know better since I worked here before that it’s very old they reuse it for days ! Never again will I go there .. sad to say things haven’t changed or gotten better ! (I post my tacos they were so bad very wet couldn’t even eat them ! )

Wow! What can be said about getting the order wrong 3 times and the wait was 45 mins. The poor kids trying to run the place did the best they could without any help from management and understaffed!Parking: People were parking in the wrong spot for their order. It was pretty much a disaster😵💫

This worst dairy queen I have been to . Services is horrible on the cooking the side the FOOD s over cooked or they under service you . The cook needs to pay attention to what is doing . I HAVE HAD TO GET MONEY BACK TWICE ALREADY . i hope the higher ups look at my complaint. I ENJOY EATING AT DIARY QUEEN . BUT RAYMONDVILLE SREVICE is VERY BAD. THE STAFF AT RAYMOND VILLE wants to fix everything with a sorry. Instead of looking at the big problem. IM SURE THAT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS COMPLAINTED!!!

Seriously just waited 20 minutes for a hot dog and Junior burger at drive thru. Typing review as we wait! Will never be here again.UPDATE:. After receiving this hot dog with stale bun for my son, which cost $4.29, returned it. That took 10 minutes!

Do not come here they do not have the best customer service skills . The balled lady with big teeth can’t handle a huge order,insults her customers and the manager wants to make friends with everyone despite giving a diabetic coke not diet . #stayblessed

Love using this place too reward my niece is a nephews with awesome treats. Good burgers. Last few times though the chicken strip gravy didn’t really have any flavor. Prices are a little high but other than that good food!

We expected a nice dinner. Worst experience. Our order was returned twice due to the fact that they did not get the order correct. Our meal was colder than the ice cream when it was given to us. The only thing hot were the fries. I think I will only go just for the ice cream.

Food was prepared fresh but seemed to take longer than it should. Reasonable prices & the place was clean. One employee was very helpful and courteous. 2 others were older & didn't seem very friendly or helpful. Our cashier/server seemed to be the only person "working". The others all appeared to supervise & count down the registers.

Food is good. Have to be specific with the order of you want toasted or well done burgers. The lines are not so long but the service is pretty quick. Ice cream never fails!! Watch out for the drive thru. Its kind of narrow passing the window to the end.

Waited 15 minutes in drive-thru, then my blizzards came to me melted was charged wrong 1.50 less.I tell cashier so they void it back to card then charge me correct amount, why not just charge me 1.50 diffrance..

Called to place an order over the phone since ordering on the app wasn't working. Guy who answered said "were to busy to take online orders and orders over the phone." Well okay then!...1 week later: it didn't get any better. They completely forgot a whole meal. When I called to refund the money on my card, they said they couldn't. Wasn't going to drive back to Raymondville:/

Don't bother coming on a Saturday night for food. Out of the 5 workers only one is actually working. The other 4 are just to busy with thier phones to bother getting your order out. Let alone right.I would try to talk to management but she is to busy on her phone too.

Stopped by after church to get a small cone of ice cream. Requested a senior citizen discount, which is normally given at this and other dq's. Was told that a senior citizen discount only applied to food orders. I received my ice cream, left and did not say a word. What offended me the most is that the manager talked with the clerk and did not acknowledge my presence at all. The manager was standing in front of me. The weekend crew needs some behavior management training and better customer relations training. The crew that works Monday-Friday is a delight.

Manager must be teaching employees how to be rude. Wanted more pecans added and woman at window was very sarcastic asking me how much I needed. Asked for a cherry misty, guy said machine was broke, I had already paid. So I asked what they had that was cold but not ice cream. He asked Angelica, she responded with a snicker, ice water, I asked for a refund, she asked me for my receipt, I did not receive one.Burger I asked no onion no tomato. Bother were on the burger. I Texas sized the meal, he kept giving me a medium drink, when it was a large.
