Barbera the manager had me and my husband criminaly trespassed because I told her there is a way to speak and not be rude to be cordial my husband looked at an item that was damaged that he was going to buy and she was being extremely rude with him so I said there is a way to speak and be coridial she then proceeded to call the police and have us criminaly trespassed from the location this was not the first time she has been overwhelming rude but this was the first time I said something to her about it she then proceeded to say that when we walk in her stolen item thing beeps which this does at every dollar general location we go to when we walk in and out sometimes we always stop and look bk to see if they want to check us or w. e and they have never said anything to us any other time we've came in she then yanked the item that my husband was going to buy and then the police arrived and she lied to them I have the whole altercation recorded I would not go to this store beware of this lady the other younger folks are good and very nice and cordial I will be posting video and making a conplaint with hr this was totally out of hand for no reason was criminaly trespassed

Ran in for a quick trip, got everything I needed in 5 minutes. Sale items were a bonus! Sweet cashier too

This is my first visit to the Ranger Dollar General in some time. I don't like going there since they remodeled it. The aisles are too narrow, and even though they're under different management, they still have the same issue of having unopened stock sitting in the aisles causing more congestion. I gave four stars because the staff was friendly.

Cashier was busy stocking so it took longer to get checked out, but he was very nice and courteous, just very busy trying to do 2 jobs at once, which seems to be the norm.

Dollar General has mostly good (name brand) products at reasonable prices. However, one must comparison shop to get the best deals. Most of the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Shelves were stocked, no merchandise in the way of shopping. Clean!! Great customer service at check out. Will definitely return.

Only one cashier. And the other women working tried to cut a deal off a day early then got mad that she had to come to the front. And walked away instead of helping the three other customers that were and had been waiting over 5 minutes

It was not the visit i would want To hear about. The store was ok .the employees are helpful but the employe at the register looked like he had not bathed in a month hair was nasty and he smelled bad.other than that five star.

Nice store go there often but it takes forever to check out they have 3 registers and only 1 check out makes they really should use the others when they have 10 people waiting to check out

Google shows it near the high school and the picture suggests it's in or around Love's truck stop however it's actually near the college... better than shoppin baskit though

The Ranger store stopped selling Southeasten gravy mix( 4.5 oz.), and will not reorder it. Also, refuses to pay for gas to Eastland and back to Ranger, TEXAS.

This place is over run by college kids who buy whatever staples they need, but the store doesn't replenish the stock for weeks so the rest of the community has to shop elsewhere for certain things.

Go there everyday . Not enough stuff for birds. Bird food and that's it. Need bird grit , millet sprays and treats. But that's me.
