The service was very slow and I'm sure it's because of staff shortages so I'm totally understanding. When the food came out and we started eating, it was well worth the wait!!! I've tried a lot and I mean a lot of chicken fried steak in my life and this is by far the Best I've ever tried! The mashed potatoes and corn as the sides was made so deliciously! We will definitely be back! It is a small spot but delicious food!!

We were traveling from Lubbock to Pittsburgh. This was our first stop for a much needed dinner! We got the double cheeseburgers and fries. Very large portion and DELICIOUS! Our server, Nadia was very polite and friendly. This was an excellent dinner, thank you!

I ordered delivery. Got the Philly cheese steak. Man was it delicious. Fresh and the fries too. So good. Very impressed. They should however put a sign out front. I live next door and didn't even know it was a restaurant until I googled restaurants near me.

Amazing food and service, we’ve tried many menu items and everything was delicious from appetizers “loved the fried pickles” to entrees “Philly steak is a must try, different level” to desserts! Delicious homemade style food and amazing staff and owners, thank you Amy and Randy, we’ll be back!

A nice little local diner. Mexican and American food. Every dish we've tried has been good. Wait staff are friendly and attentive. The place can get busy and slow the wait time, as you'd expect.But, service is pretty fast otherwise.

The food here is good but the service is horrible. If you actually get what you ordered, it tastes good. Today was the third time that I ordered food to go and after waiting 30 minutes and driving to pick up my order, they informed me they were out of what I ordered. Advice: know what you are out of before taking an order, get a phone number so you can call someone to let them know you’re not going to get your food. We are done with the Jackrabbit Grill! I need to cook more anyway!

Awesome homemade food!!! Was driving through from out of town and decided to stop for a quick bite. They made to order our food at the drive through. That's some excellent service!! Will definitely be stopping again!

Wonderful folks all staff is friendly courtesy and the owner is the main chief and has a variety of menu items. Food is plentiful with down home type cooking burgers are premium no thin cut patties hand made and tasty.

Got lucky! Drove across TX & found ourselves here at dinnertime. Clean, easily accessible (right on 82), family friendly, & yummy eats served quickly with friendly smiles. Sat among locals. Menu was great: 4 different entrees, made to order, home-cooked, served together piping hot and delicious. Breakfast all day too. Save room for the homemade desserts. Very reasonably priced.

It is OK. I love the grilled chicken sandwiches. I met Amy, the owner. She came out and explained how everything is cooked, she is proud of her homemade dinners and sauces, and she will negotiate and make substitutions on her orders. I will certainly return.

Newly modeled, neat and clean this place is looking good. We had burgers that were filling and tasty and came with an abundance of french fries. All for about $8.00 a plate. We'll be back next time we're in town.

My husband eats here at least 3 times a week for lunch and I go at least once a week and have been since they open. I’ve never gotten anything from them that wasn’t absolutely delicious! The bacon cheese fries are amazing!!

I called in for a pick-up order. 25 minutes passed and I went to the place and got told I needed to wait 10 more minutes. I went back 5 minutes later just to wait 25 more minutes AND my whole order was wrong. Don’t recommend this place for their pricesKid-friendliness: My child was upset in the car as we waited so long

Let me just say this... I was only passing on my way to Oklahoma and stopped in for a quick bite and order a short stack of pancakes. They were, to say the least, INCREDIBLE! Hands down the best that I’ve ever had!

My sister and I were driving through Ralls mid-afternoon and wanted to split a good, homemade burger. Found Jackrabbit Grill online and their awesome reviews were no lies. Super nice people serving wonderful food!
