This place has always had what ever I've been looking for, 2" Male threaded unions, I've looked at Lowes and Home Depot and they didn't have it. Hmmm found it. The employees here are a happy bunch of workers, always happy to help.

Staff is really helpful, walked in and asked for roof flashing the lady said isle 40. Great, easy to find what you need. Don't go on Mondays, the good helps off that day.

I went in to get paint today. They were having computer issues with the color match machine so the first can of paint was a little too dark. They recognized that and immediately got a new can of paint and began working to resolve the problem. Several staff members pitched in to help with the challenge and came up with a creative way to narrow down the formula for a better match. I walked out with a perfect match. Great customer service. Creative employees empowered to solve the problem and take care of their customers. I was surprised they never even considered trying to sell me that can of "close" color but were determined to match the color correctly. I like their high standards and integrity. I will return!

The shelves are not tidy and well organized and the prices are not always marked. I think the prices are just a tad high but they have things other stores might not and they have nice prices on sale or clearance items. The staff is friendly but you might need to interrupt their conversation to get assistance depending on who is on duty.

I went in 10 min B4 closing and it was the day before Thanksgiving so they were closing early but the guy was really nice didn't rush me and got me just what I needed even when I didn't know what they were called or anything , I hope he had a nice Thanksgiving

We went at 5:30 on a Friday evening. They were supposed to be open until 7:00 (per both Google and the sign on their door) but they were already locked up for the night. Would be nice if they’d actually adhere to their posted hours.

Quite pleasant. They almost always have what I need. the staff is very helpful and if they cant help or dont have something they try to figure out a solution. i LOVE that they are open sundays (one of the few days i have off) when every other hardware store in town as well as surrounding towns are closed. saves me a trip to walmart or to tyler/longview. While yes, it is a chain store, and not a mom and pop hardware store, and im all about supporting local buisness i think that they compliment and suppliment our community.

The staff are not very helpful, all they want to do is stand at register and talk. I was never asked for help or that I needed anything. When I did ask they just pointed and told me the lane number. Like they didn't want to help me. They have high prices on everything that is there. I hate coming here if I need anything.

The folks at Wallace Tru Value are always exceptionally helpful and it is always a much better experience than the big warehouse type hardware stores. As a consumer I am glad to have this business close to me to meet all of my hardware and DIY needs.

With how much I go in and buy stuff you would think I wouldn't be looked up and down after saying I didn't need anything it was pretty rude for one of the male employees to look at me for more then a couple seconds like I was stealing after I said I didn't need help he just stood there and watched me and my girlfriend we usually go in there and the female employees know us for always coming in so to be treated like that was insulting to me and her so we are no longer going to true value anymore

Sorry to say this but my last two trips have been for something that they normally keep in stock. I think the people are friendly and helpful but not having the item just makes it where I don't want to go there anymore.
