When my cat unexpectedly broke a tooth I was pretty nervous as my experience at another local vet was not fantastic. I called QAC as a new client needing an immediate appointment that worked around my hectic work schedule and they were amazing and flexible with me. They allowed me to drop off before work, went over the quote and services recommended in detail, gave me 0 pushback when I explained I needed to stay inside a budget and still managed to get me out for less than the quoted price.I mentioned in passing that my cat had not previously reacted well to antesthesia during his neuter as mostly a warning but the vet who took care of me, Dr. Crabtree went above and beyond with a safe antesthesia protocol when he heard of my concerns. My cat recovered much faster than his previous surgery. He also went over the xrays with me in detail and seemed genuinely interested in what was happening with my boy.Thank you QAC for making an already stressful situation much more bearable.

We recently had to put down our elderly dog because it was time. My wife called our vet’s office (Lake Country Animal Clinic) and their receptionist named Melody was very rude to her. Melody told my wife to take our little Maggie somewhere else. We took her advice and took Maggie to Quitman Animal Clinic. The staff were so kind and caring. They made a difficult situation so much easier for us. We will be taking all of our animals to Quitman Animal Clinic from now on.

Today we laid to rest our beautiful boy Baloo all the staff was unbelievable graces with what we was going through. The entire time we was there the Doctor was so gentle and his assistant was so caring so understanding, I was so heartbroken but they made my Baloo completely comfortable and was so sweet.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.The Hernandez family appreciate all you do

If I could give this place no stars I very much so would.Two years ago my small dog died under their care saying she had a chance filled me will false hope and then I had her cremated.Well some very unfortunate series of events had happened the last couple years.During this time I've received the rudest,nastiest voicemails and text messages from them saying "we helped you so you need to have some respect for them"First why areyou messaging a clientwhen they haven't opted into text messages? Feels inappropriate...How did they help my dog since she died and (if they even kept the ashes) they have her ashes held hostage. It's sick to think who else they are doing this toI will be seeing what I can do about this cause this is very unprofessional and very emotionally devastating for me .

I have to brag on how amazing Dr. Smith and his team! Our Stella fur baby had a routine spay from a “different” clinic! Well she got a bad infection! The first clinic could not see or work on her. We had to make an appointment, which would be several days out!But Dr Smith and his team took her without hesitation, last minute on a Friday afternoon!Not only did they fix our baby but the LOVE they had for her was incredible! Picking her up this afternoon, I could hear all the ladies telling her goodbye and loving on her from the other side of the wall! ❤️ ❤️ !!I have to say hands down they are the best!! I highly recommend!!I can’t thank them enough!! ❤️ ❤️

The staff are nice and friendly and show compassion, But that's as far as they go. They are expensive to excess. They are in the business of making a lot of money. They refused to spay my cat because I don't want her to have a mixture of about 5 vaccines. I was fine with a rabies vaccine, as that is all that is required by the state. My 9 year old cat had to be put down at this very clinic due to an aggressive cancer they told me was caused by vaccines !!!! My cat went through hell and so did I ! They know my cat will be an inside cat 100 percent and will have little tono contact with other animals. tustill insisted on the vaccines . and they want to do it in 2 separate visits. These people are about one thing. $ My cat is scheduled to be spayed on the 25th ar Cypress Springs animal clinic. they respect the choice I made for mY animal.

This vet is by far one of the best I’ve ever encountered. My puppy Josey got parvo and was there for over a week and the staff there went above and beyond caring for my boy. Ashley one of the Techs there is such a sweet heart and I believe is one of the main reasons my boy is still here. All the staff there I am grateful for!

This was my first time here. My cat had an infected paw and they got me in within 30 minutes. The staff is very nice. They treated my fur baby with care and they helped alleviate the issue. I am going back in a week for a follow up. If you're new to the area or looking for a vet, I highly recommend them.

We brought our little dog to Quitman Animal Clinic with a bad problem and from the front desk to the veterinary techs to Dr. Crabtree they were all very kind, understanding and professional. They made a very hard situation so much easier and we are very grateful. We recently moved to Woods County and feel extremely lucky to have such wonderful care available for our 4 legged family. They were very good to Kanga didn't do anything too$$$ but will if necessary gave him a shot and he's feeling good again . In and out emergency for less than 120 so not too bad. Love the staff

The Dr and staff were awesome today. We took our Knuckles in today thinking she was only needing minor check up to see why she was loosing weight. Come to find out she was a lot sicker than we thought. She is an older dog so the Dr made us aware of her illness. They were so kind and compassionate with her and us. . We will miss her but glad they were there for us. Thank you all

What a wonderful experience this morning at Quitman Animal Clinic. My husband and I brought a litter of 9, 6 week old Akita puppies in for a checkup.Dr Randal Bennett and technician gave excellent service to our Pups. Beyond happy to have found a new veterinarian after recently moving to Quitman.

Over the weekend my 18-year-old kitty became very ill and we knew she was suffering. One of my friends told me about this place and so I called and told them what was going on. Dr. Smith was truly a God send. He was so kind to us, explained everything, and let us have time with our precious kitty before and after saying goodbye. It's so hard finding a vet to trust these days but Dr. Smith restored my faith that there are some great ones still out there. Thank you Dr. Smith for caring for my sweet Belle.

This is the best animal clinic I have ever been to. I have taken my miss Kitty since I first got her. They do all her Wellness, shots and anything else she needs. Recently she got sick and was running a fever. I took her in and they immediately admitted her. It was touch and go for almost three weeks but Dr.Miller did not give up on her and now she is home and the same kitty as before she got sick. I can’t thank Dr. Miller and the whole staff for being so good to her. They went above and beyond to get my little buddy better.

Wonderful, caring people that I trust with taking care of my pets. I have been taking my dogs to this excellent clinic for years. The doctors have helped me to make informed choices for my four legged family members. They have fought valiantly to prolong the life of my elderly pets and grieved with me when the loss was inevitable. They have helped me to keep my pets healthy and happy to live incredibly long lives. Rosie lived for 16 years, Cheesie lived for 20. They were both spry and happy for their long lives thanks to their care from the staff at Quitman Animal Hospital. I will continue to bring my pets here for their medical needs for as long as I have the privilege of having furry friends.

I love these guys. There staff is very caring kind and compassionate. I have brought all of my animals to these guys, and they do everything they can and lay everything out on the table. They always give you all of the options and tell you what your best option is. I would recommend Quitman Animal Clinic to everyone. It is worth the drive if you live far like me because they give the best fastest results.

Our goldendoodle ate a trebel hook with catfish bait and line still attached. We called the emergency line and they had the doctor on the phone within minutes. She met us by the door within 15 min and did emergency surgery on her since it was in her stomach already. One night stay and off to home she went, great service and very friendly and gentle with our dog. Highly recommended!!!

They have a no-appointment system (first-come-first-serve) but we got right in to exam room. Tech and Vet were thorough and efficient. Left with diagnosis & Rx, and date for next procedure. Took good care of our "fur baby."

From the front desk staff, all the way to the vets in the back all i can say is AMAZING 100%.. They took care of my son's English Bulldog, and allowed my son to see him after waking up from surgery. He was so comfortable you would think he was home. They have also treated my American Bulldog and always about the safety, and less stress invironment for the dog.. Plus they explain everything they do and not just send you home.

Dr. Miller has been our cherished veterinarian for about three years. We met him after hours when he was on call one weekend. When my precious 10-year-old Dee Dee, one of four “furbabies” had a tragic incident, we were beside ourselves. He saved her life. Dr. Miller was there to comfort us and spent countless hours working on her care and keeping us updated throughout. Since then, there is no one we trust more with the care of our “furbabies” than Dr. Miller. He always takes the extra time to explain everything we need to know and answer our questions. He always goes "above and beyond.” It's not often you find someone that is a great person and a great doctor. When your animals are like your children, you want the best. He always remains humble, and he cares for the pet as well as the family members. A gracious thank you to him and his staff for all the care over the years.

The doctors here are fabulous, kind and very personable. They helped two of our furbabies pass over the rainbow bridge. I don't think I could have done it without their help. They explained everything before doing the procedure. One of our furbabies was 17 yrs old, blind and deaf. The other was 17 yrs old with cancer (inoperable). I will never take my furbabies anywhere else!!!

Had to take our precious Missy to vist Dr. Smith. Called the clinic at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. Within minutes Dr. Smith called us. We explained the emergency, within 20 minutes Dr Smith met us at clinic and met us at door. Did blood work and had results back within 15 minutes! Unfortunately, it wasn't good news. Dr. Smith's compassion not only for Missy but for us was top notch. He explained her condition to us helped us go over all scenarios, quality of life for Missy but unfortunately we had to make that hard decision on letting her go in pease. We live 100 miles from Quitman we were down for the weekend and he treated us as we were regular customers at his clinic. Thank you Dr Smith for helping us through a very difficult decision and loving what you do to help others!
