The store is always disorganized, extremely cluttered and dirty. The price tags are not in the right places on the shelves. Unbeknownst to me I tried to purchase a product a day after the sale ended and although the product still had the sale price on it the manager would not sell it to me for that price. To make matters worse she claimed I was switching tags!In an attempt to purchase some items that were on super sale on the rack outside the store the jumpsuit I gathered for my grandson apparently had the wrong bottoms. What did the manager do again tell me I was switching tags! This time I'm calling the corporate office that manager is rude inconsiderate and needs to find another job!I have never been so humiliated by an organization as I was family Dollar and that manager shame on you.

Concerning Quitman tx store.Whoever your manager is now 4/28/2020, they are really keeping store in good shape. She is real short and does a good job. I shop at out of town Family dollar stores and believe me ours is the neatest and cleanest Now because of her. Sorry dont have name. Short with real short blackhair. She loves her job.

Messy, always stuff stacked in the walkways. A couple days ago the cashier was vaping the whole time scanning my items. Super unprofessional.

I should have checked the receipt myself, 5/12 9am Cashier lied to my face , And I thanked her for doing better than a cashier at another store thanks for nothing

Would rather drive another 20 miles rather than deal with people like the ones in the quitman store on Friday afternoon. Never again, I'd rather c them lock their doors and go back north than to give them one cent of my money

Called and asked if they carried something just to be told when I got here that they do not carry it but the lady didn't seem to even know what i was talking about also very rude
