It is across the street from my house. It is super clean and very busy. They have regular check outs as well as self checkout. Food is fresh. Employees are very nice. I use the pickup alot since I am disabled.

I hate Walmart, the whole experience of everything but it is a necessary evil where I reside. With that said, I have to compliment Quinlan on their selection of the items on my family's list. I'm accustomed to a Giant "My Feet are tired Now" Super too darn big Walmart in North Richland Hills who can't come close to the item stocked and on the shelf, a variety of brands, smiling faces and no one stops me for my receipt at the door! I'm still going to hate the weekly trip to Walmart in either city.

Ran in to grab a couple of things for the office. Had a hard time locating where items were and could not find anyone to help me. Long checkout lines made me late to my next appointment. Not a great experience.

Walmart auto service put the wrong oil filter on during an oil change. It sprayed all 5+ quarts onto our driveway. Walmart told us to use H&F Wrecker service to tow our 2023 Ford Bronco back to them. I wanted to use a Ford tow service, but Walmart had this tow company contact us. Walmart said they would only pay the tow if we used this wrecker company. The wrecker company then destroyed the rear suspension when dragging our Bronco onto the lift while it was still in park. We didn't realize until one of the rear tire broke off about 200 feet after leaving the Walmart lot. Our Bronco's rear suspension was twisted with one arm broken in half. The wrecker company put on new parts. I asked if they aligned it and they said that an alignment was not possible with our vehicle. The 60K warranty Pirelli tires went bald in less than 6 months with less than 8K miles on them.Ford stated the rear alignment was seriously damaged from the wrecker service. Ford said they could replace the tires but, without an alignment, they would wear out again in the same short time. Walmart told us to use this wrecker company but never apologized for their wrong filter dumping ALL of the crankcase oil or the damage done by the company they had tow our nondriveable vehicle back to Walmart. Ford also stated that the engine life will likely be shortened due to the crankcase oil completely draining out when the engine was running. Our truck had 3000 miles on it when Walmart did this. No apologies for the wrong oil filter or their tow company.

Growing very tired of dodging and waiting for the blue pick up carts to get out of the way. And the clusters of gossiping employees who are too busy to help customers. The Walmarts are crowded enough with the growing incoming populations without being held up by the staff at every turn.

Decent layout and clean facility and restrooms. They have added in a limited number of checkers which is great. Have to watch produce for freshness, pickup is always fantastic.

Did not appreciate the employee who was sitting on the ground out side of the entrance shaking me down for a receipt for items I purchased asking me questions like did I go to self check out or to a cashier and what register # did I go to . I told her I'd gladly show my receipt to her as soon as she grabs her manager and she told me to have a nice day . Not sure what was with the hostility but it was not appropriated

Experience was terrible employees asking if I had money and no help we never back to this Walmart every again so Greenville will get our business. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!

They do a good job, it is the customers that make the "Walmart experience" stressful enough to need Xanax. Place your order online and pick it up, much less stress.

At the Wal Mart in Quinlan Texas, the loss prevention guy follows me everywhere and I have never stole anything from Walmart and anywhere else. I have talked to the manager and still the loss prevention guy follows me and my lawyer says he is harassing me and my lawyer says it's harassment and and that I can sue the store. I have not shoped at Walmart again. The store manager, Amber wouldn't help me with my problem and I did mention that I was going to hire a lawyer and then she said she would not talk to me. Even though my attorney said that we should try to solve the problem with each other. Then another issue was even though I had a receipt for a phone case and I tried to return it and the Loss prevention gentleman said that I didn't purchase the product and I forgot that even though I paid for it with cash, I scanned the QR code and the receipt was in my account. But I forgot to tell the employees that I had it.I really think the manager should be able to make a explanation for the problem and I am being harassed by the Loss prevention gentleman, Everytime I go to the store he follows me. And I have never stolen anything from this company 😔

I hated this place they walk around and they have people that walk around and act like they're just doing something else like shopping when they're just really watching their customers to make sure they're not stealing nothing if I wanted to steal something I'd steal it somebody walking around behind me ain't going to stop me I mean I'm not a thief but yes man let me have my privacy at least a little bit of it

I do not appreciate the store manager being so rude, just because I was talking with my mother, and would not stop to speak with him. I just spent over $250 there and I would have left my cart and walked out if there was a store closer that sold the larger boxes of cat litter and dog food bags. But since there isn’t I had no choice but to shop at this store. Quinlan TX Walmart is vey rude. They do not even deserve a star.

Walmart is where I choose to do the majority of my grocery shopping cause I can get a whole lot more here then I can everywhere else combined for a decent amount of money. I've always loved Walmart, from when they were the small old school little 🏬 stores/markets/grocery stores to the mass conglomerate that they are now!!! R.I.P. Sam Walton!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

This place must have a really high theft rate and it shows in their customer service.I used my app to pay for batteries and shampoo. I had to show my receipt 4 times on my phone and one lady grabbed my phone out of my hand to look at the receipt. If you want to be treated like a thief. This is the Walmart for you.

I shouldn't even give them a one. They were trying to get away with false advertisements but got caught and had to pay the price. They shouldn't have a sign on both sides of the saying $1.99 if they aren't going to honor it. I am sorry that they can't put the right price tag on a complete display.

I want to recognize David in personal shopper/ pick up grocery. He was very polite and sweet. I got home and he had a recipe and a note on it. That said GOD LOVES YOU . He absolutely knew I need that today. So from my heart. Thank u David. Your awesome .

Customer service at this walmart is horrible in all most every department. Auto center always have an issue they don't like their job. Walmart had great customer service but over the years it's almost nonexistent. Hopefully they get some better employees or reboot the employees they have.

I came in and returned something and Alicia the FE Coach was very rude and disrespectful. No customer service, she was being racist towards me by the way she acted towards me and my children. I will be reporting this incident to corporate because it’s so unprofessional of her and I don’t need to be treated this way.

I will never understand why they have all the checkout registers, and only one will be open with a long line waiting to cash out, then they put the slowest cashier on it. No, I will not go through the self check out because it is not my job to do their job for them. They don't pay me to do it for them.

Long time customer. Almost always have everything I need. Tending to grandchildren all day, delivery is a blessing. Item availability for delivery is the best! I had issues with another store that has delivery option but makes most common products as in-store only.

This store is understafed. 10% of product is not on the shelf. I was told I would not be able to purchase From sporting goods for over an hour until someone came to work .
