We have used "Just Dogs" for several years (I want to say 5 years). They are the highest we have ever paid, but they do a good job. However, over the last two years the owner/operator woman has been very rude and clearly stressed out. Unsure what the problems are, but she does do a good job - so we usually just put up with it. Recently, we had put in for an appointment (as needed you cannot just walk in). There was over a 6 week wait for our 10-pound terrier! 6 weeks for a small dog groomer appointment is pretty outrageous, but begrudgingly and quietly we waited and set the appointment. Our Terrier suffers from seizures since she was a puppy, and on the day of the appointment, she had a bad seizure, and we were unable to make the appointment. We called first thing in the morning (7:30am) to try to reschedule, but the owner was very rude and told us it would be over a month before she could see her. We cannot wait. We were blown away at how indifferent and borderline cruel she reacted to us regarding our animal. I doubt she is hurting for business if she feels she can act that way, but we are moving on, and I wanted to share an honest review of our latest experience.

Just got my poor babies treated at Just Pets today and it was the best Christmas present I ever received. All the 5 star reviews are point on but the most important thing is that she is an advocate for our furbabies and knows what's best for them. I hope they are forever with us. Not only the best in Hunt co. But I believe best in Texas. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️.

The people at Just Pets do a great job with my little dog. She always comes home looking beautiful and smelling like a rose! I won't take her anywhere else! I highly recommend Just Pets. My neighbors live in Dallas and base their trips to the lake based partially on when they can get an appointment for Just Pets to groom their dog. That speaks to the overall quality of service Just Pets provide our fur babies.

As a professional groomer myself, I must say that Shannon is truly talented at her craft & her shining personality has always remained consistent which contributes to her being an absolute joy to visit with. Shannon has groomed my Pekingese previously (Millie Adele) & the work she rendered was magnificent. If you are looking for someone extremely kind hearted, patient, diligent, & compassionate to those within her care, we highly recommend giving Just Pets an opportunity to show you why they are among some of the best that Hunt County has to offer.

Our Layla has always been terrified of the groomers and would come home completely stressed for days after a visit. But we've been using Just Pets for over a year and now she is always groomed beautifully and non stressed when we pick her up. This place is highly recommended.

My mom told me about this place so I took my cats, Hansel and Gretel, for a bath for the first time yesterday. I usually get a call to come pick my boy back up immediately from the groomers bc he won’t let them do anything but somehow Lauren worked some magic and both came home smelling so fresh & so clean :))))

Seem to care more about pets than trying to hurry up get rich an retire. Good attitude great prices compared to other vets I've been too. Hope they're around a long time, will always have a 4 legged kid that will need help.
