Complete scammers. I tried to sell a set of power tools and they low balled me offering $50 which would be at $7 per tools and per battery. Then tried to claim there was currently a deal on the tools brand new and that's why they couldn't offer more when I got home and looked it up I found that they had lied about the deal.

Bought a heater here. It was faulty. Came back traded it for another one. This one is faulty. In for a third time. Another bad heater. Tried for the last time they said they guarentee this one works and guarentee i wouldnt come back but would be $30.00 more. I spent $90.00 on this heater.I bring it back a couple months later to pawn it and they said " all we can do is $10.00"Told them i bought it here for $90.00 and they said "sorry 🤷‍♂️"

I came here today because unfortunately I lost my job due to a wolf in sheep clothing but that’s another story. These ladies were the absolute greatest! I have been so depressed because being broke isn’t fun, but these 2 ladies were a ray of sunshine. No I didn’t get as much as I wanted out of my merchandise BUT Josie tried her hardest to get me as much as she could for what I brought in. She also lent me her ears and heart for a few and just let me vent. Gloria (who knows everything) (inside joke) was great too. She had a great personality and sense of humor. I ended up spending a good 2 hours there, but that was okay because I left there feeling as though I had just made a couple of new friends. Now people- THIS is what great customer service looks like! Josie and Gloria, thanks for treating me like family. I will never forget that nor will I let Josie forget about my menudo. If you live in Greenville, it’s worth the drive to Quinlan. The guy at the pawnshop in Greenville is stingy and grouchy. 😉

I had a great experience doing business with Jason works at Insta-Cash pawn in Quinlan.. I don’t know these people but they treat you like family and went above and beyond helping me out and they have great people working there .. I would do business with them again and again .. Thanks Jason keep up the good work.. I wanted to say one more thing Chance is a great guy also and he’s does an awesome job as well him and Jason are on top of things.. thanks Jason & Chance y’all are great! 👍🏼I would highly recommend them..God blessed y’all 😊

The team at Insta Cash Pawn are truly amazing!I’ve been going there for years purchasing equipment for my landscaping company through their lay- away option.Every time, each member of the team greets me with a smile a friendly hello, and welcoming conversation.I found myself in a bit of a financial bind and needed to pawn a piece of equipment to pay an important bill. And although I felt ashamed, Jason Thomas had no judgment and even helped me get above the minimum I was needing on my pawn.The atmosphere is always pleasant !Throw in your occasional jokes and Jason’s showcasing talent of guitar playing and singing along with other clients, and you have the makings of a great business.

It is always a bummer when you have to give up something you own to get a little money to handle things. At Insta Cash in Quinlan the staff makes the whole pawnshop experience a little less of a bummer. Great people like Gloria and the rest of the crew are very helpful. With the charisma of Gloria and the fair price paid by Chance and the boys it seems ok to hand over a piece of your property. So if you have to go in ask for Gloria or any of the other crew and get that money. Except for Bob he is cool just a little to much by the book lol.

The bigger lady with grey hair talks over terrible negotiations. They wanted to give me $20 for 2 grams of 10k as well as a $100 fossil ring watch. She was very rude. Let alone because my id was expired they made a deal of it. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO VALUE. She began mentioning she has to pay rent and her employees. So she has to cut me down. She told me to take it to Dallas she wanted me to settle on $30 for 2 grams of gold. After telling her what it is. She said the women have fat fingers in quinlan so she won’t sell😂😂 I Said ma’am maybe you have fat fingers but not every woman. I stay in Greenville if anyone is interested in a gold fossil ring watch as well as a 10k gold “m” pendant😂😭. I respond to google reviews she’s the woman in the second picture on the right

I've been visiting this pawn shop for 18 years. If you need a loan, they are very fair. If you want to purchase something, the prices are usually great.The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend..

I used to love this place! I have been poking in the last couole years and today took the cake. Place is a DUMP. Floors are a wreck, broken glass cases. I was a buyer today but couldn’t even get someone to make eye contact.Maybe next time. I miss the days of Alise.3/9/2020, well someone is reading reviews. Went in Saturday and broken case removed. Cases wiped down. Even got someone to sell me something. Keep working.9/28/2020, as you can read I reviewed this location and was brutal with the review. I updated months later with a marked improvement. Went on Saturday and again greeted with smiles. Store much cleaner even some huge strides to get not only merchandise on the shelves but items on the shelf have been cleaned up for better presentation. I enjoyed my visit ensured the sales team I would be back for more treasures. Keep reading these reviews team. You are better for it.

I go up there with 2 TVs and asked for some help to get one of the TVs out. The gentleman that came out to help did not listen to my warning when he opened my door and then the tv fell. It now has a crack on the top of the screen. I spoke with Kim of their so called corporate office and from her mouth they are refusing to fix it cause she can’t see how it is their fault. So I’m out of a tv unless I have the money to go up their and buy one of their TVs. Bad place to do business with.

the place is an absolute dump. trash laying around, filthy floors seriously under organized, things just dumped out behind the counter laying everywhere. the girl with the mustache wants to try and rip off everyone that ive seen her deal with. im surprised being a corporate chain of pawnshops that this kind of store management is allowed. but i guess when everyone of the store employees is a fat sloppy dirty clothes wearing employee, one shouldn't be surprised. i know i wont be going back.

COMPLETE RIP OFF! Here is my experience at insta cash pawn: I go there to look for a heater and found a patton, those little grey ones....I had to wait fifteen minutes for them to take it apart and fix it and they had the nerve to joke around saying $5 for maintenance fee. I seriously thought they would reduce price but no... I PAID $16 FOR THE TINY HALF WAY WORKN THING JUST TO FIND OUT WALMART WAS SELLING EXACT ONE NEW FOR SAME PRICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Nothing worse than a theif with a friendly face. Dont be deceived. Everything is over priced, save money driving to greenville and your purchase might not be broken too.

I'm editing my post about this place cause of my recent problems with this place on (Monday September 24th 2018) stopped by to see what games they had for sale and one of the customers was talking about WW2 and Nazi propaganda (saying Anti Semitic things against Jewish people) my family and I being Jewish didn't find this at all pleasing.. not a single worker at this pawn shop told the man to shut up or to leave SMH!! I will never return to this place and if I could give it no stars I would but I hate to say this but it's time this pawn shop closed down.. its been there for a very long time and its only gone down hill with devalued items, junky/broken items, rude and unfriendly staff (not all but a few) and the newest I can add to the list RACIST customers

I’m not even sure this place deserves one star!!! They devalue your stuff and are completely rude. The lady even wanted to stand there and argue with me. I will definitely not be going back.
