Came there to get vaccines for my dogs, (5 in 1) firstly staff walked around store following me saying if i needed help then proceeded to hassle me about stealing, once i proved to them that i hadn't they asked me to leave the store for trespassing, i then came back few weeks later for a second round of shot for my dogs (7 in 1) this was at night so i could avoid the whole day time fiasco, night shift was worse, they continued to harrass me and i didnt know what to do so i had left the store and proceeded to leave but not before a young men in glasses, Caucasian stared at me and my car from inside the store, whilst the cashiers were laughing. Terrible place hope more people report on them and their unprofessional behavior.

If you walk out the door before you see they over charged you they will refuse to refund the difference.They will rip you off and not even apologize when you prove it to them.

I work at BoldBox Storage down the road (the self storage facility). The staff are very friendly and i can always find what I need to fix anything I’m working on at the facility. I recommend them to anyone living in the area.

Not a Lowe's, but I tell you that they do have a lot of hardware/merchandise, etc. Sooo glad to have this hardware store in our town! Beats having to drive to Greenville, and it also supports our community. Always great friendly cashiers, and employees walking around to help you in any way they can. Great Place, Thanks!

This store has impeccable customer service! Every time I’ve gone in there the experience has been awesome. I’ve also had excellent phone service when asking questions about products. I also compared their price for the dog food brand I buy . They are 7.00 cheaper then Amazon. They always carry the 40 - 50 pounds of dog food to my truck for me. I’m so happy to have them so close to my house.

There is just about everything you need here. Love coming here for feed (best prices in town) but the cashier women at the front are absolutely rude and unhelpful. I usually skip this store all together if I don't need to get feed and its a real bummer because I love shopping at this store.

They have some really cute sunglasses that were VERY reasonably priced, some YUMMY looking homemade fudge, a pretty good selection of lights from keychain flashlights to handheld flashlights/lanterns ( both battery operated and rechargeable kinds )to big area lights that you can use outside after dark.... a couple of bins off in the middle of the store that have some good deals ( you might even be surprised as to what you might find in them for yourself!! ) & a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff that can make your shopping experience more enjoyable and fulfilling!!

They always have everything I need to do any repair or project around the house or property. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The stock is always available and the lines are quick. Definitely my go to place for hardware and tools. Still the best place to go locally for just about everything for the home/farm.

I was excited when Fix & Feed opened in Quinlan because it meant no more driving to Terrell for most hardware purchases, but I've become increasingly aggravated at the slow pace of the checkout lanes. It always seems like everyone in line ahead of me has a lumber purchase or some other kind of story to tell, the cashiers are slower than Christmas and seem to enjoy taking phone calls from people at home while actual customers stand waiting, and no matter how long you've been waiting, if another cashier decides to open a new lane, she winds up serving people from the back of the line instead of asking "who's next?" and taking people who have been waiting the longest. So, I'm about done with this store. It may take longer to drive to Home Depot but I know that when I get there, I can find what I'm after and check out in less than 2-3 minutes without raising my blood pressure.

Best place for animal food and house fixing needs. I use them for everything from my animal needs to home improvement needs. Their staff is always smiling and laughing, and they are knowledgeable in their fields.

I'm not sure that the staff has had training of any kind. Honestly it's as if they were dropped there, and told to work without ever having seen or been in a retail environment up to this point. If you have to go there for something bring more money than expected, and plan on finding what you need unassisted. Asking for help will likely keep you in the store longer than it would have, and your time would be paying for there education in retail along with the discovery of what they do/don't sell, and where it is located. I know it did for me, and this was after calling in advance to insure they had the item I needed. After being told twice they had it and driving up there. I had to stand there for quit sometime will 6 employees looked at me like they had no clue what a customer's was, and I was at the check out, mind you. After an inquiry with 3 different people I had to wait on one guy in the back that I assume is the reason for the employees being hypnotized, informs me as if I should know, they don't sell that. I tell you, some peoples kids. While leaving the other employees chime in as if they all knew this new found information like I didn't already ask them. Stuuuuuuuupid!
