I was a little disappointed with how long the initial process took and was not expecting that I wish I would have had a little bit of pre warning on that. Aside from that it was good. The woman who did my title loan for me was absolutely wonderful and super sweet she had a very good disposition. I would definitely go back and see her specifically. Although I hope I never need to LOL.

The Cash Store in Quinlan Texas is hands down the best. I started a cash store loan there a while back to go to an estate sale to buy things for our house the burned. She was super fast and friendly when I called she offered to stay even thought they were to close in 15 min. (granted I was right down the road but none the less she stayed and was more than happy to do so). She (Stephanie) was very friendly, kind and courteous. She made the process painless (I had never got a cash loan before this). She explained everything to where it was easily to fully understand. I eventually refinanced my loan because my car broke down, she once again went ABOVE and BEYOND for me giving me information I needed to get refinanced. Sadly, when I did refinance I had to do so at the Terrell location because it was close to my job. I was not happy so, I refinanced about 3 days later to go back to the Quinlan Cash Store where Stephanie was at. She is always amazing to call and give me reminders and the most helpful sales rep ever!!! This store and the employees are the TOP of the LIST!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you ever need a FAST & PAINLESS cash store I say PICK the Quinlan location and ask for Stephanie. BIG 5 STARS for Stephanie & The Quinlan Cash Store. I went with my wife to get a small loan and lady we worked with was very nice and professional. I believe her name was Trudy, I would recommend her to anyone! We weren’t there very long and we were able to leave with cash in hand to get the things we needed urgently. Will use them again in the future if we ever need the extra cash!
