Feels like an area for retired Vets! Nice spot for shopping and just serene type of attitudes all around, in the Staff and people shopping there. Was very clean, carts were accessible, employees were readily available and not on their phones! Saw a cutie too...Jesus, "unsinlge" me!! LoLPeace yall

Even though sometimes prices can be less at Walmart, I still support Brookshires as it is a Texas based store that supports Texas farmers when possible. My way to say no to China. I buy brookshires store brand a lot and it never disappoints me.Our local brookshires is clean and well stocked. The employees seem happy and excited to help you.Curbside has been GREAT! The quality of meat and produce selected has always been as good as I would have chosen myself. Great attention to detail 💕 Never once have I gotten a dented or dusty canned good or a near expiration product or broken eggs thru curbside pickupMy only wish is that seniors could get the discount every day rather than just Tues and thurs because so many of us rely on others to pickup for us and it has been hard to get help on discount days.Sale sheets for the next week would be nice.

Always friendly and clean. Well stocked but pretty overpriced. Just about everything is cheaper elsewhere, especially these days. Though, to be honest, their produce is really nice, and their selection is diverse. The sales are usually pretty good and their store brands are good quality, especially the seasoning blends.

That is a sorry place I will not be going back there are . The ladies in the Meat department are so rude they will wait on you then go get some one else while you’re just standing there waiting on your food .

Spouse bought their chuck roast (get another for 1 cent). Out of two got enough meat to make crockpot meal. There is so much old hard rind throughout meat, not work the price. The "pretty side is placed up" so you do not know what you are getting until home.Selling something like this just drives us back to the competition.Got me again. Brookshires hotdog buns. Very stale, crumbly and simply not usable. Poor quality control. Look at how thin one side of the stale bun is...The saga continues: they send out sales papers and you make the trip on Wednesday (first day of sale) and they are out of stock on their weekly ecoupons. Just a ploy to get you in the store. This happens over and over. Save your time and go to one of the other Brookshire's.It just keeps getting worse. Now the pharmacy is sold to some other Company, and they are SO RUDE. Go elsewhere!

A few days ago I was very sick with COVID. I had to pick up my meds, when I got home and opened my sack there was a small lolly pop! I am 61 years old, but that small kindness meant so much. It made me smile. I was still so very sick, but that made my day.

First off, I’d give a 5 star for the grocery store itself, however, the pharmacy staff are, individually and as a group, a flat zero! I have been over charged for my last two Rxs. When I called it to their attention, I was told I’d have to wait on a manager to correct price. This, after waiting in line for 35 minutes! I asked them to give me the $4.29 and sort it out on their own time, but no…could not do that. The pharmacy staff is rude, slow and all act, very much, like they’d prefer to be elsewhere. I’d prefer they were, too. It is sad…the store staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant…but I go elsewhere to avoid the pharmacy.

I have shopped at Brookshire's many times in the past but primarily in North, LA. It is a very nice grocery store. Here in Quinlan where I have been for almost 4 years, I have visited only Walmart and a convenient store.

We were in the checkout line waiting our turn and a young lady said, "she can check you out in the self checkout". We thought that was odd but she insisted. We went over there and the girl just stood there looking like she was waiting for us to checkout our own groceries. I said, "what are we doing here", and then she started to check us out and acted confused. By this point I am annoyed and told her the whole point of us being in the other line was because we did not want to check out our own groceries. I took over from there. I'm not sure I will be back. Brookshires is supposed to be different from Walmart but if I'm gonna have to check out my own groceries I might as well go to Walmart where they are cheaper.

I often love shopping at Brookshires over Walmart. They are attentive to customers and provide a service unmatched by the big corporations. The stores are always a very beautiful and relaxed atmosphere that is generally more appealing than enormous aisles. The staff is always wonderful and great to talk to and they tend to take my lighthearted jokes with great humor. I love putting a smile on their faces with funny antidotes and harmless silliness and haven't yet gotten a roll of the eyes or bitterness. Love the experience every single time.

I don't like giving bad reviews but this has become a habit for my areas local Brookshire stores. And this store has hit a new low. We arrived at 8pm and the employees were already locking up. Four of them including what appeared to be a manger, stood around the front office watching one cashier check people out (there were others behind us). When we spoke up to the group to point out she was the only one working they made excuses of 'I'm off 'I'm almost off' and the third just scrunched their face. The manager was allowing this to happen. The worst part, there wasn't any food! No meat, no sandwich meat, and diary was practically wiped clean. I'm done. I will be driving to the metroplex to get my groceries. It may be farther but at least I won't have to make multiple trips.

Starting with my very first visit up to the present, they surprised me with what I would call "old school customer service and manners". They always have smiling faces, respect for everyone and without any hesitation they take your groceries out to your car and load them. You don't see that anywhere else. And I was truly surprised and felt appreciated. There is always someone on an isle or close by that will always go out of their way to help you find an item...or even several. I hope they continue that for generations, because that's how it should be.

Angela from the bakery department needs to be more professional. She was constantly raising her voice and giving a lot of attitude to her Co-Workers. I saw this firsthand while picking up an order. It hurts me to see her fellow teammates belittled for asking a simple question.

I worked here and I overall enjoyed my time there. As a customer I really like the service but recently they got self check-out which I'm not a fan of. I honestly think customer service is what sets brookshires apart from other places and the new changes are less desirable.
