I had an issue with the tire stem on my trailer while passing through on 287. I put the spare on and headed into town to have the tire repaired. It was 12:45 and the guys were out on lunch so I walked my dogs around until 1pm. At 1pm they showed up and fixed my tire stem in 5 minutes. The owner even came by while I was swapping the spare off and putting the repaired tire back on and gave me a hand. Everyone was nice and had me back on the road in no time. Great spot and great folks!

Amazing people!!!! My kids broke down they ordered the part gave them a place to stay and fed them then put the part in first thing the next morning. I couldnt have asked for a better place for them to break down you guys are awesome and if anyone needs their car fixed you should be their first stop. ty again for everything you did!!

I was passing through on my way back to CO and my oil light came on. Stopped here and they were so nice. I just needed a quart of oil added and they did so quickly. If i lived there this is where I'd go for my service needs, but alas it's a tad too far away. Thank you for your help, you made my day!!

Got a flat tire just south of town. Went 3 different places in Quanah without any receiving any help. Within moments of arriving at Stearns, the donut was off and the new tire was rolled out and put on my car. Customer service was fantastic. Entire process took less than 10 minutes. The staff made the experience quick, easy, and very pleasant! 10/10 recommend Stearns for all your tire needs.

An employee from this tire shop saw us pulled over on the side of the road and without hesitation came and helped us get back on the road in less then 10 minutes! I got a flat on my way to Florida from Utah. I was told it was unfixable by two other places on my way. Instead of buying a new tire I plugged it myself. After a few hundred miles it got to a point I could not fix anymore so I put the nearest Walmart on the GPS to buy a new tire. I don't know why but I was directed to this place even though my phone said it was Walmart tire center. I'm guessing an angel was looking out because they were able to patch it up professionally, all done about a month ago, and the tire is still going strong. They were all very helpful and friendly. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it!

Shredded 2 tires when we hit a pot hole and Traye was an absolute hero and fixed both tires roadside for us. He provided amazing customer service and talked us through the whole process of making sure he had the right tires for us. He arrived quickly and had us back on the road quickly. Cannot say enough about his service and highly recommend this shop!!

They are the best! I was driving through when I realized I needed an oil change. I am so glad I decided to stop here. They are all so friendly and welcome. I had my dog with me and they were so nice to bring him some water. I had a long drive ahead of me so I really appreciated their speedy service. Their prices are very fair as well. High recommend. Great job guys!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. On a Saturday late afternoon we were stuck in Vernon Texas with no tires in our size anywhere. Someone suggested calling Stearns Tire and Lube. We called and left a message thinking great they are closed too. About an hour later we got a call back and he had the tires we needed. Unfortunately we needed him to come to us. His prices to come to us was more than reasonable and in the heat of the summer 100+ degrees. He changed our tire! It wasn't easy either. I would refer him to anyone in the area 100 fold. He saved out vacation!

Excellent Service, Rob, on two separate occasions on two separate vehicles, with completion of an oil change noted a damaged item to my vehicle and brought it to my attention possibly saving a transfer case and safety issues and the second time noted the transmission dipstick tube was broken. great guys, good service and value. will continue to do business with!

We are traveling from Texas to Idaho to drop our son off at college and our tire needed air and our car topper needed to be patched from a rip and another ratchet. I've always had a great experience at Stearns. As someone who is new to this area they have always been welcoming and have done an excellent job on getting me tires and oil change. Does anyone know why they are temporarily closed?

We were stranded with a flat mid-way through a 16 hour drive, and on hold with Progressive Roadside Assistance for almost an hour. Someone from the Texas Department of Transportation found us and gave us Stearns' number, and it was such a lifesaver. We were pretty far out from where they were, but they brought us the right size tire. Progressive was going to tow us to a tire store, and charge us 4x the cost of Stearns, before the tire purchase. Thank you so much!

We were traveling from eastern texas going to idaho and one of our tires was leaking air, we were given his card at a rest stop and met him at his shop. Very nice guy was very quick fixing the tire, very professional and new what he was doing. Would recommend to anyone!!! Was very fair with the price

Hit a massive pothole on the road that has apparently been responsible for multiple blown out tires. Traye rolled up behind me struggling to change my flat and immediately gave the most exceptional customer service I’ve ever had. He promptly jacked my car up, drove to the next city over to grab me a new tire, changed it, and got me back on the road in no time. Did I mention this happened around midnight?? He was kind, knowledgeable, and very quick! MANY thanks to Traye from the (nearly) stranded Oregonians!

I most definitely recommend Stearns Tire and Lube!!! Called Mr. Stearns himself (the owner) early Sunday morning after this Christmas for a emergency call. Mr. Stearns himself answered the phone, came to me 30 minutes away, provided excellent customer service and quickly! It was freezing temperatures on top of everything!I can not thank Mr. Stearns enough for being there for us!If you need any tire service for your car, truck, semi, tractor, 24 hour roadside service and your near him, do yourself a favor and give them a visit/call!!! Traye really knows customer service, and could teach many others quite a bit. His fair pricing, total service, and sharing of important information about the tire industry were all very special. Wish he was closer to us in Arlington, but so glad he is where he is in Quanah, because that's where we got the blowout.
